DAG with 2 Witness Servers

Question

Hi,
We have 2 DAG members and 2 Sites with only 1 Witness Server, the configuration is as follow:
Site A - 1 DAG member and 1 Witness Server, 2 members CAS/HT on Array, 5 DAG Databases and 2 Local Databases
Site B - 1 DAG member and NO Witness Server, 1 CAS/HT installed, 5 DAG Databases and 3 Local Databases
The connection between Site A and B is a WAN Connection.
When the connection between the sites is  BROKEN, from Site B we cannot use local databases at all.
We are thinking to add on Site B a Witness Server, so when the WAN Connection is broken we can force the Mailbox Server on Site B to use the local Witness Server.
We need that from Site B we can send and received emails.
What would be the best configuration?

Manuel,
  Site failover (and failover to an alternate FSW) is a manual process.  You can specify an alternate file share witness properties using the Set-DatabaseAvailabilityGroup command, but activating it is still a manual process.  You can plan
for it and be ready when it happens, but it is not automatic.
   Site failover is more than just making sure the databases mount successfully on the remote DAG member.  You will also need to make sure that your MX records or mail routing points to the other site's Hub Transport server.  And, that,
if you make extensive use of OWA and ActiveSync, that the inbound HTTPS records are updated to point to the other CAS.
