Daily notes in the calander - where'd they go?

Each day of my recent 35 day vacation I made notes of the activities of the day in my phone's calander. When I go back now, there is nothing on any of the days. I can't find anything in my outlook, either. How do I find all the notes I made?

The sync feature with the notes is a good idea except that Apple seems to have gotten it wrong. I wrote an important note today on one of my clinic patients while is service range. Then later I updated the note while out of service range. When I went back into service range, everything I had just added to the note was erased.
The exact same thing happened to me the day before. Now I am frustrated. The note taking application will not work for me in its current state. I will have to go back to simple note.

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Items in your Dock are actually aliases. The original items should be where they always were. The Applications folder is at the top level of your hard drive, and your Documents folder is in your home folder.
To recreate the those items in your Dock, open a Finder window (Finder > File menu > New Finder window.) For your Documents folder, click on the icon on the left of the Finder window that has your username on it next to a house icon. Look for your Documents folder. Drag this folder into the Dock. That places an alias of it in the Dock (the original item remains where it was.)
To get so you can see the Applications folder, click it on the left side of the Finder window, then go to the Go menu and select Enclosing Folder. Now drag the Applications folder from here into the Dock.
That should do it. Best of luck.

All Updates to Snow Leopard are gotten from Software Update or from the Apple download site.
There is no Snow "LION". there is Lion and now Mountain Lion buit both of those are Download Only from the Mac App Store. You need to have Snow Leopard 10.6.6, .7 or .8 to have the Mac Apple store link on your Mac.
To get Lion you need to call the Apple Store, 1-800-MYAPPLE, and order it. They will send you a download code to your Apple ID Email address so you can download it from the Mac Appl Store.
Oh and when you call them to order Lion ask about returning Snow Leopard.

i am facing a strange problem. i am having a sharepoint group ( i.e. SP1). inside
SP1 grops i have added one AD group (i.e. AD1). when try to findout the Current user groups it not including this. However if addd the user directly to SP1 then it show the groups.
I use below code to find out the groups.

SPUser.OwnedGroups property returns a group of
SPGroup objects that the SPUser owns.
When AD users or AD groups added in a SharePoint group, both will be seen as SharePoint user objects. That means “AD1” is only a SPUser object, not a “group”, there
is not a collection of SPUser objects in this SPUser object(AD1).
Therefore, the AD users added in the AD group will not belong to a SPGroup, though they have the permissions given through this SPGroup.

Dialogue tick boxes un-hiding all fields, not just the ones where value has changed to true

I am hoping someone can help me make what I want to happen, happen if certain check boxes are ticked withing the dialogue box
right now I can see on the console print that the tick box turns the value from false to true but the OK button is also un-hiding all my fields rather than just the ones where the value has turned to true. What am I missing here

My ipod touch is using location services of china and does not show the place where i am living in india.

For location the iPod uses the location of nearby wifi routers that are in Apple's database. You do not have to be connected to the network/router to use that router's location. Thus, it appears that the iPod can't see a nearby router that is in Apple's database. or finds one that has it location as China. Apple continuously updated their database based on info they obtain from iPhones. However, I do not know if that applies to India. No one has been able to find a way to inform Apple of a router or correct is location.

10.6.7 Mail - Notes gone from sidebar - Where did they go?

I just installed 10.6.7 - Went to check my email and noticed that the Notes section in Mail.app is gone. I can still create a note, but they are only visible if I enable-show notes in Inbox. What's up with that?

Problem with Signing in itunes with my id. After signing in it does Not Show the Apple id and they are asking 3 Times if i wanna download Songs I have already bought but which are not on this iphone

Dear community, I'm experiencing a problem since 2 days, that if I sign in in my iTunes account with my Apple ID on my iPhone it doesn't show at the end if scrolling down the ID details and credit anymore. If I try to download songs I bought once but which are not on this device anymore, it asks me 3 times for the ID and password. I fill it in but at the end nothing happens. I see only in the middle a moving symbol.
What can I do? Apple ID and password are correct . I canceled all settings but same as before.

It sounds like you want to continue using the Notes function of your Gmail account but cannot find the option in the Mail application. In Mac OS X 10.9 there is a separate app called Notes that you can add your Gmail account to. This article will help you get that account setup:
