DART: FTWL displays only 100 lines

Dear DART experts and users, I wanted to display the extracted data from the data extract browser (FTWL), using the "Display Appl. Server Files" button (or feature), but it displays only 100th lines. Have you ever run into this and what was the solution to display more than 100th lines? 2nd question is can you download the "entire" extract file to a text file format including header description at once? I understand that you can display and/or download each segment header individually, but I'm wondering if there is a way to download all segments’ header and their lines at once. Regards,

Showing/viewing 100 lines is no problem but..
What is your System release ecc60? EHP ?
Or do you have an older 4.6C 4.7 system?
What is your Dart release 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.7e ??
You need to better explain what you mean with your second question then, if my answer was not what you were looking for. If you’re talking about down loading everything you see to a text format when calling the FTWL, then this can be done with a little programming. I am not aware of a SAP transaction that allows you to do this all at once.

Report ALV printing in background -display only 1 line for header

Hi,
We are running a ALV report (transaction code ME2N) in background and when we get the Graphical display of the spool request, the number of columns of the header are limited and divided in 3 lines. It means that when exporting the report to excel, is quite hard to arrange it, as we get 3 lines for the same record. We need to have it directly in the same line.
When we are programming the job, in the u201CSpool Request Attributesu201D we are using as format u201CX_65_255u201D. What can we do?

FB11 Posting Held Doc - prompting to press return every 100 lines when post

We have a spreadsheet upload program to upload multi line item documents using F-02 and FB11. If there are more than 100 lines, when the final posting of the 'Held' document takes place using FB11, the following prompt is displayed every 100 lines;
Message F5 146
     '& line items copied - editing will be continued on pressing "enter" '
I am looking for a way to either remove or increase the accepted number of line items before displaying the prompt. I did think this might be configurable, but have failed to find anything.
Does anyone know how this might be achieved?

I think I figured it out. I downloaded all the email in my wife's hotmail account(500) to the iphone and then deleted 350 of the emails on the iphone. then I set the iphone to look for the 200 most recent messages. When I did this the iphone updates all the new emails and the old ones that I deleted on the iphone are still in hotmail.

Random Visio Stencils Displaying Only as Black and White Lines (No colour)

I'm experiencing a strange problem where some Visio stencils/shapes are displaying only as black and white outlines (i.e. - without any colour). I'm using Visio 2010 on a Samsung NC900 laptop with 8gb RAM, 1.7Ghz i7 CPU on Windows 7.
The symptoms that I'm experiencing are:
The majority of stencils display fine in the left hand stencil window but some do not.
Some stencils display the majority of shapes as black and white outlines but some in full colour.
Some shapes display fine within the stencil window but change to black and white outline when I drag them to the drawing (These are typically ones that I open independently of the drawing - i.e. - by double clicking rather than via "Search Shapes").
I've done a search on the web for this problem and have found some similar issues but none of the suggested fixes work.
One of the stencils that I experience this issue with is the Exchange 2013 Microsoft stencil.
I've updated Java and Silverlight (stab in the dark there) and my graphics driver is up to date.
It's driving me mad now so any help would be appreciated!

The remove profile worked like a charm with the greyscale images. Maybe a slight loss of contrast, but I'll hold the tiff scan in any case. I-photo would not import the image again (already in the library) but I can remove the profile on the image in my folder outside i-photo. And I think I can prevent it at import now.

Fields only to be displayed for last line item

I copied WESCHEINVERS3( goods receipt form) script to zxxxx and placed some fields in Main window using Perform statement. When i am displaying the output these fields are getting displayed under each line item. but i want them to be displayed under last line item.Please suggest how can i do this.

data: v_cnt1 type i, v_cnt2 type i.
count the number line item using describe lines statement in V_cnt1
and in the table loop count the number of item into V_cnt2.
place the field that you want at the end of all line item in the footer of the table and put a condition in the condition tab v_cnt1 = v_cnt2.

Display only cell in ALV Grid in OO

Hi Folks,
Hope someone can help me with this little issue. I have a series of columns in my ALV grid that are editable, but I need to a) make some of the cells on specific lines uneditable and b) display time based fields on this line as blank (presently they shoe 00:00:00).
For problem a) I have set the layout style frame as 'cellstyles'
    es_layout-stylefname = 'CELLSTYLES'.
I have also set the edit flag in the field catalog for the individual columns to 'X' eg
     WHEN 'CUSTTS_DATE_N'.
          ls_fieldcat-edit = 'X'.
And coded:
       gwa_stylerow-fieldname = 'CUSTTS_DATE_N'.
      gwa_stylerow-style = cl_gui_alv_grid=>mc_style_disabled.
      APPEND gwa_stylerow TO gt_stylerow.
      wa_delivery_list-cellstyle[] = gt_stylerow[].
      APPEND wa_delivery_list TO it_delivery_list.
Yet, the ALV cells are still being displayed as editable. Can't for the life of me figure out what's missing. The only other thought I had around this is that the wa_delivery_list-cellstyle table is being set in the data extraction code, before the ALV grid is built, and that the cell formats are being overwritten/on not being called by the field catalog entries. Any thoughts on how to make these fields/cells display only when the ALV is first displayed would be greatly appreciated.
As for option b) I'm clueless, as the cell style commands are not being picked up (see problem a.). Again any thoughts would be appreciated, and points will be rewarded for solutions/suggestions that lead to solutions.

Hi,
Create a two lines one for header and second for data in the table.
1)In table painter we can find the pencil mark.
2)select the pencil mark
3)now select the line which you need to shade
4) now select the shading colour in the table painter and the provide the resolution up to 100% and select table pattrn for that line.
5) Now you can use this for the header now only the header gets shaded and the remaining gets unshaded.

Display only/Grey out Delivery Schedule tab in the PO

We are not going to use Delivery Schedule tab at all. Business wants us to Grey out the delivery schedule tab. Is it possible to make all fields under Delivery Schedule as display only? If yes, how can I do that? But, I don't want PO line qty to be grayed out.
Fields like, delivery date, scheld qty, stat.del date etc.

you better convince your business to wait for a couple months and then rethink this requirement.
You may not have the full understanding yet and have not made a lot experience.
in this tab you can add further requisitions to your PO item, you can close requisitions in case you order less than a requisition, you have to change the statistical delivery date in some case when you are using vendor evaluation, you may have to split the order quantity into several delivery dates if your vendor informs you that he cannot supply you at one time with all quantity.
Just to save you money that you may spend into a development which has to be turned off a little later.

is there a report out there to display Vendor Open Line Items only for Asset Puchases??

In FBL1N we can find the line items according to your requirement through the "Dynamic Selections" select the Particular vendor or Vendor Group for selecting a total group and , Document , Document Type select the AA Document type and Select the Open items Radio button and also you can select Open at key date enter the date up to which you want to view., And Execute.

Printing only one line record with total of all items through alv

hi experts,
i am facing a problem while printing a list through alv.
requirement is, suppose i have 3 line items under one document no.
i have to print only one record with total amount of all items.more clearly...
1001 10 1000/-
1001 20    234/-
1001 30   540/- these records in internal table then i am passing it to reuse_alv_grid_display.
i need to display only 1001 1774/-(means sum of all the items)
please tell me how to do this.
