DashboardClient Quit Unexpectedly.

Question

Whenever I use Dashboard, it crashes. (My widgets are translator, dictionary, world clock, weather, post-it, calculator.) It says, "The application DashboardClient quit unexpectedly." Then it asks if I want to ignore or report it to Apple.
I have already tried, many times, trashing the 2 dashboard plists in my Library Folder. Doesn't solve the problem! Can anyone out there? This is super annoying because I use the Dictionary and Translator all the time! Please help!

I checked the console log and it didn't say anything about the DashboardClient crashing. But something else was weird...every minute or so it tries to do something with Epson, and fails. It says:
le.launched[142] (com.epson.epw.agent [7815]) posix_spawnp)"Library/Printers/EPSON/InkjetPrinter/EPW/IJEPWAgent.app/Contents/ MacOS/IJEPWAgent"...): No such file or directory
Then in another line it says it Exited with exit code: 1
Then in another line it says Throttling respawn: Well start in 10 seconds
Anyway, I copied some stuff from the Apple report. It repeats the last line like 100 times:
