Data in extractor not coming into BW

Hi
I'm loading 0MATERIAL by giving a material number MATNR selection.
I can see values for that material in RSA3
But when I schedule the infopackage, it says no data found.
I enhanced the 0MATERIAL_ATTR datasource and replicated it in BW.
What am I missing?

Enhance extractor
Steps for enhance extractor
) Go to RSA6.
2) Expand all the nodes.
3) Search 0MATERIAL_ATTR . Select your datasource and click the button "Enhance extract structure".
4) Define the structure, assign the development category and activate it.
5) Go to the datasource structure
6) Click append structure and select the newly created structure.
7) Activate the datasource. Make sure you uncheck the necessary column checkboxes (field-only..).
8) Go to SE38 and type ZXRSAU02.
9) Write the logic to fill the newly added fields. Activate it.
10) Test the datasource in RSA3.

Delta changes in R/3 sales document are not coming into CRM

Hi Middleware experts,
We are on CRM 5.0 SP 005 with ECC 5.0 SP 007 and using the scenario X for sales documents replication.
Now the order is created in CRM and successfully transfered to R/3. I can see 3 Bdocs in SMW01 with green lights. First Bdoc says 'R/3 adapter is called', second Bdoc says 'the order is successfully saved' and displays a warning 'The sales document is not yet complete: Edit data' and third Bdoc has no messages. Also I do not see any struck queues in CRM and in R/3
I am able to edit the sales document in both the systems as per the scenario X. Now I have completed and saved the document in R/3. Surprisingly these changes are not coming into CRM and no new entries in SMW01. Also R/3 SMQ1 and CRM SmQ2 doesn't show any entries. I am also not able to debug, since I do not see any Bdocs in SMW01.
Now, if I changes the document in CRM and these changes are coming into R/3.
Also all documents created in R/3 are successfully going into CRM including delta changes in R/3.
I do not have any clue on what is happening? Highly appreciated, if you can help me.

Hi PK,
In R3AC1 only we put the filter. So if you do not have any other filter then make sure that you are changing the order which was created not before the date mentioned.
I would recommend you to just deregister the CRM system in R/3 Transaction SMQS and do some changes in the orders and check any queues are getting created corresponding to that order, If yes that means filter is not an issue. Then debug the queue and find the exact problem. Also make sure that the order you are changing in R/3 is of the same order type what you have mentioned in the filter.
Make sure to registor back the CRM other wise all the queues will get stuck in R/3 outbound.

In QM view Inspection Setup data tab is not coming

Inspection set up data in QM view will appear only when you select quality view & maintain any plant releted data at the time of material creation .If you dont maintain any plant releted data then QM view then insp set up data will not appear. so please o through mm01 once again select QM view & maintain plant data, then next time insp set up data will appear.

Here's my reply to another discussion on the general procedures for setting up a Mail account.
But without the specifications defined by your ISP no one can tell you any more specific details. They should have a web page somewhere (or call them) that supplies all the relevant information:
Incoming (pop) mail server
mail login user name and password
pop port
ssl requirements
authentication type (password?)
Outgoing (smtp) mail server
smtp port
ssl requirements
authentication type (password?)
mail login user name and password

Amount is not coming into the Invoice for Warranty Order

Salute All !!
Amount is not coming into the Invoice for Warranty Order which is Free of Charge.
This amount is not going to Customers debtor A/C, means there is no any A/C posting for this specific Amount because this is free of charge Sale (Warranty Order).
This is required by A/C department to put Value in to the Invoice to show so Transporter can carry the material as 0 value material is unable to Transport.
Please provide solution.

Because you are not billing to customer the net amount is zero-
You can do like bill the component as regular item and give credit note against it.
or else create seperate billing output type assign this to proforma invoice- print the cost of item by pulling it in new smart form.
(this is not very good idea because , customer knows the actual cost of the item)

Sales contracts could not coming into the KE24

But whenever we created the sales order with reference to the sales contracts then that time its appearing into the ke24

Contaract is not standard charactor in co-pa thats y only contract it won be appear in the ke 24 report . if you are using contract with reference to sales order when you are doing the billing system it will take both sale order and coanaract fields it will update in co-pa .
If you want to take contaract in to co-pa without sales order u have to create charactor strics dervation rule in KEDR transaction then it will update in copa .

Dates in BEx query coming into designer as a dimension with Char data type

This must be an old issue with a well documented work around ... but alas i can find it !
When i build a universe over a BEx query with dates the universe designer builds them as Dimensions of CHAR type not DATE. Therefore all WebI date functionality fails .. eg sorting, automatic time hierarchies etc.
What is the workaround ?

Is the data source an InfoSet or an InfoCube? It appears the date type object has not been implemented yet for Infosets. Here's SAP Note 1370410:
Symptom
Infoset date type objects (DATS type) are mapped as Character types in a universe based on a SAP BEX Query.
Prompts related to the Date field variables are coming as List of values instead of Calendar in WebIntelligence.
Reproducing the Issue
Create a BusinessOjects universe on a Super Query which is based on a multiprovider containing an Infoset or
Create a BEx superquery directly on Infoset.

Captivate 7 - Data from quizzes not recording into Halogen (LMS)

It worked for the first captivate module I put together, but now none of the modules will record the data into Halogen's software. I might have messed up the preferences somewhere along the lines. Please help.

You have set up the Reporting in that case, and checked the Manifest file. Could you try uploading to www.scorm.cloud to test your settings? You can create a free account. That could be a first step. Although SCORM is a standard, the way it is implemented in a LMS can be very different. I couldn't find this LMS in the compatibility Guide of Infosemantics, and it is not on the list of LMS's tested with CP7: http://blogs.adobe.com/captivate/supported-lms

Weights are not coming into order correctly

Hi gurus,
When entering a standard order for a material XYZ with ref to a Qty contract the weights change if there is more than one line entered. On the first line 500 pcs has a weight of .530 and on the second line 500 pcs has a weight of .930...
For ur info...In Mat.master Base unit is EA and Net&Gross wt is .001LB
And the qty contract created for qty 14000EA .
I don't understand the logic behind this..Appreciate if u can throw some light on this issue...

In MMR if base unit of measure is EA and Net & gross wt is .001LB then system must be rounding before 0.50 or more than 0.50 in decimals. Also check the base unit of measure data wheather any rounding has been maintained or not. Also check in the pricing procedure wheather any Rounding condition type has been maintained or not to round the decimals near to the less or more 0.50 points

Internal order not coming into PR

Dear SAP gurus,
We have a scenario where asset is bought using a budget in internal order. We have set the internal order as statistic only, and we have assigned the IO to the asset number. Then we input the asset number in the PR, we expect that the internal number should follow as well. But it is not, thus only asset inputted there. This is not acceptable as if this is the case, then this PR would not consume the budget in the internal order.
I know for sure that SAP should be able to derive the internal order as I have seen this done in my previous project. Can anyone of you share what need to be done to make sure that the IO follows as well?

Please check the following points:-
Asset recon account is made as a statistical cost element or not.
In the asset recon account, check if the field status group allows Internal order field as optional.
The internal order is assigned as investment order in the origin tab of Asset master data.
The Internal order master data is categorized as "Investment" in the object class.
Check configuration settings in transaction code "ACSET", whether EAUFN- Investment Order is allowed for all transactions.

Why audio books are not coming into itunes

generally I download 2 books a month from audible.com, after download from audible site, they pop into itunes and i transfer them to an ipod. Even though audible show them as downloaded and my mac download window shows them as downloaded, they are not in itunes nor if i use search can i find them on my computer, Anyone have a suggestion for obtaining the books in the usual manner. thanks joanlvh

These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
Audiobooks (and ringtones) are currently a one-time only download. I believe that they are all supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them who are requiring the one-time only download restriction. To get it onto your other devices you will need to sync it via a computer. Depending upon what country that you are in, Audible.com have their own app (Audiobooks from Audible) so you might be able to buy direct from them, though I don't know whether you can buy within their app or download audiobooks directly from them within the app e.g. whether they need to be copied via a computer.

Messages are not coming into my inbox...

My mail activity says I have messages that are being received but they do not seem make it into my inbox. I can access the emails as they are redirected via my pop account, but its a pain.
Does anyone know why messages would suddenly stop arriving?
I am a complete beginner, but I set it up 2 years ago and its been fine till now.

Hi SOLVED IT !!
In Mail, i clicked on the gear wheel icon - bottom left of Mail window, clicked on Get Account Info - then on Messages on Server - there were titles of all messages I'd seen on mail2web.com but not downloaded to my Inbox in Mail.
Noticed that there was a message with no title and Sender Unknown, it was 25MB !!! Deleted it, and all fine now !!! Hope this works for you. Not sure if Mail didnt like one mega message or if the Inbox was at capacity - do have 1800 messages in there - its my memory box !! good luck Chris

External Mail Flow not coming into Exchange 2013 Server

We just finished migrating from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 and when I disable a certain receive connector on Exchange 2007 we stop receiving external emails. I have reviewed all of the Exchange 2013 Receive Connectors and everything looks to be fine
but the server does not get mail flow. If anyone could assist with this issue that would be great.

According to your description, all your inbound mails cannot be received in your Exchange 2013 server after you disable a receive connector in your Exchange 2007 server. If I misunderstand your meaning, please feel free to let me know.
If yes, since your MX record has been configured properly for your Exchange 2013 server, we can begin with checking the A record for the Exchange 2013 server and confirm if all external mails cannot come in your organization. And we can depend on the following
troubleshooting to narrow down the mail flow issue:
1. Check the NDR information if there is NDR.
2. Check Telnet to test the mail flow:

Multiple Account Assignment Data for PR not coming in LDB - PSJ

I am using one report in which LDB is used. LDB name is PSJ. However when there is multiple account assignments for single line item of PR the report is giving wrong result. Is this LDB suitable for the given functionality.

please check for the following points:
1. check in ME21N, are referncing properly or not...
You have to reference it via using the document overview ON or directly entering the PR as source document for the PO...
2. check whether is getting properly saved in the table EBAN/EBKN...check it in SE16...you can check as per the document number...
3. If nothing is helping you from the above two points check with the ABAP and BASIS consultant...
