Hi Experts,
i have purchase order report created on multiprovider.
Particular vender number data not showing in report but its available in Data target.
suggest possible cusses?

Hi Raj
Check if you have any additional restrictions in the report which are filtering out the vendor numbers.
If you are using a master data object make sure the master data is activated.
Also check the assignment for the vendor infoobject in the data target/multiprovider.

Display '0' when data is not available in Crosstab

Hi Friends,
I have a simple crosstab, which will show,
Country as a "row header"---only one country is available
Department as a "column"
No.Of employees in "Body" of cross tab.
The table will how much percentage of employees are contributed under each department in one Country. Data is also coming correctly. But if there are no employees or there is no data the crosstab is not showing that row. it is displaying the records which is having data. But I need to show all the departments even there is no data. how can I do this?

By default those two options will be selected. those will work on null values. But in my case there are no null values. I don't have any data for particular departments. eventhough I need to visualize the things by giving a default value, say '0'. for example, the following is the report I need
DeptName | country
Marketing | 10
Finance | 0
Production | 0
packaging | 76
(Here the numbers under country are the count of employees. this is a crosstab report).
I am getting the following report
DeptName | country
Marketing | 10
packaging | 76
I want to show all departments even though the data is not available. Please help me.

Datas are not available to the query when upload a Infopackage

Hello People,
I Would like to know what can be the reason ..why the datas are not available when we execute an upload from FlatFile to the Cube (this one is the last target one).
Considering tere aren´t any poroblem in may target (Cube)
The system shows us the upload was ok, but the status about the "available datas to the query" was not activated.

Hi ,
Please go to T code SE16--> Table RSDDAGGR
Here AggrUID(STARTUID) give not equal to blank, you will get list of all the cubes which has aggregates.
If your cybe is in this list , you need to rollup the data to mae this available in reporting.You can rollupp the data by going into Manage of the cube.

Thanks so much for your reply King_Penguin. No, sadly there is not indication of the expected release date on the film, it's no where to be found. I have also tried to look in other places online, but no luck. I guess your latter statement jives more with my situation, that being the studio/rights-holder hasn't feel inclined to provide the date.

Pivot on Query - Date Grouping not available

With the current version of Power Query I've found that the Group feature for dates is not available when you select the Power Query query as the data source for the pivot table.
It's an easy fix to load the query to a worksheet then pivot on the table.

Data Not Available. Statspack data is not available for this database insta

Hi,
while trying to configure the 9i db on grid control I installed the statspack data while configuring it. But now when I try to see the historical data as part of the performace tab for the 9i db it complains as below
Data Not Available. Statspack data is not available for this database instance. Make sure that Statspack is installed on the target instance.
Please shed some of your inputs.

Hi kiran,
The data is generated in the R/3 when the business transactions take place.
No one loads the data into R/3 as it done with BW. R/3 is a OLTP(online transactional processing) system which aides the day to day transactions of a business & theese transactions are stored in the R/3 in there respective tables in the form of records, so one record is generated for each transaction done.
For example there will be record generated in different modules when there is an order placed or when a material is delivered against an order.

For some company codes the data is not executed for the report S_ALR_87013604. We have three controlling area and assigned with compnay codes. only a few company code are excuting data. Is this a chance of inactive profitanalysis for some company codes in OKKP.

Please find the below information on the report:
This report enables you to compare the costs posted on the individual cost elements with the expenses recorded in Financial Accounting.
In the report you can search for those accounts for which a reconciliation between Financial Accounting and Controlling is required. Reconciliation is necessary, for example, if you have executed a cross-company code allocation within CO.
The report only displays the accounts that require reconciliation. The system uses the group currency as the report currency.

Regarding planning data not available in reports

HI SdN,
In my reports I'm populating actual data and planning data.But as of now we have only actual data display's in our report.what we are doing is we are populating data in BW and analysing on the base of the product cutomer (compounded) combination which is coming from r/3.(groups and sub-groups which we are entering at r/3 )
So our report shows us on the base of groups and sub groups which we are entering at r/3 level.That all is working fine but our customer wants that planning data is also displays in the reports as of now it is showing not assigned values in report.
so my question is ,To display planning data for group and sub groups provided by r/3 on the basis of product and customer (though other reports are showing planning data) , I know that I need to include this compounded infoobject in bps cubes but shall I also need to consider this in the BPS functions?I'm confused here and not sure about this.
And is that mandatory to have that componded infoobject mapped from underlying ods for customer.Because as of now planning cube is only updated with BPS functions?
Could you pls advice?

Hi Rubane
If the actuals and planning data are in seperate cubes then you will need to create a multi over both cubes to report on them together. However your BPS planning must be done against the same infoobject for you to be able to report on them together. If you are planning against the same IO the groupings from R3 will apply.
Also include the infoobject 0REQUID as a characteristic restriction and restrict it to variable 0S_RQMRC (Most Current Data)

Leaving date is not available in the Query report

Hi,
I had a problem that the leaving date is not generated while running a report from the sap standard report.
Note:
I has assigned the leaving action config as
Coustomer Specific : 3
Employment: 0
Specific Payment: 0
Should we look into ADMIN LDATE switch
Anything to do with Feater "LEAVE"
Or anyother issue pls.

Hi,
Run the report RPLMIT00 and in the selection criteria select employment statusis not equal to 3.
Execute the report .
You can find the leaving date.

Data Federator data source not available causes Universe Connection error

I created a Data Federator project that connects to 20 servers across US and Canada. All data sources are SQL Server 2005. The DF project maps 40 source objects into 4 target objects. I created a universe based on the DF project and we have been quite pleased with Webi query response. Today one of the source servers was taken off line and this generated a connection error when trying to access the universe (not trying to access the data source that failed). We do not want the universe connection to error when one source server is not available u2013 is that possible?
If the answer is no then I see us abandoning what appears to be a great solution for real time distributed reporting and resorting to ETL and moving data.

Text data is not displaying at Report level for an Infoobject Item name

Hi All,
Texts data is maintained at Info object level but text information is not displaying at Report level for an object. I have set the property at query level as "Text", but at report level it is displaying key values of the object, not displaying texts information. This problem occured in QA(Quality) system but not replicated in Production system. I have checked all properties at backend and query level and compared the same between QA and Production system didn't find any difference.
Please suggest what might be the cause: at report level it is displaying key values instead of the textual information even text data is mainintained at backend. In production it is displaying textal data for the IO.

Thanks for your valuable information. I have changed the setting under Advanced tab as "Master data" for Access type for results values, but didn't solved the problem still it showing key information for the IO.
In Production system the report displaying texts information for the IO, but in QA its displaying key information. The problem exits only in QA, its working fine in DEv and Production.
As per my understanding might be the issue with Patches will be checking with Basis team on the same.
Please suggest if you have any alternatives to fix the issue.

Hi Shalini,
In the case it would be diff. of intime and out time using fm in the udpate rules..(presuming info object is added into data target)

Assets upload: Deactivation Date is not available in the Standard Program

Hi,
I am trying to use the standard program for Assets upload,RAALTD01. But, the field de-activation date (ANLA-DEAKT) is not available for mapping. This is the only field am missing out of more than 200 fields involved in the upload. What would be the best approach inorder that I can use LSMW and at the same time map this deactivation date field ; provided we are not using the Recording method.
