Data is not loaded into PSA

When I am scheduling infopackage, request is successful saying 200 records received in PSA but no data is there in PSA.

this could happen because of Check if PSA table is active or not, if not replicate from source system.
can u provide details msg about scheduling thr info pkg. there could loading issue in extractor settings.or selection parameter provided is invalid.

also before running Can you right click on the Source Datastore and click on Journal Data and can you see the data ? and if still the data is not passing through ,in that case make temporary objects t- yes in LKM , IKM and debug and see at which step data is not flowing through and look if there is any filter or condition which is stopping it .
Still not able to figure out please tell us which step the data is not flowing through we will try to guide you.

Data is not loading into the target table in BODS

BODS job is executing successfully but data is not loading.

The Information provided is very limited, what are your Source and Target Databases?
What is the structure of the job design?
If the job completed without error, review the job logs to confirm that rows were indeed processed.

All Data is not loaded from PSA

Hi,
I have loaded 0material_attr data to Master data 0material.
I got records to PSA whatever data availble in R/3 after Infopackage execution,
After execution of DTP i ddint get all fields of PSA data to 0material.
In transformation whatever fields i mapped those fields data available in PSA but not in 0master.
And i restricted the fields in Infopackage but in DTP it is not extraction only PSA fileds. its extracting lot of fields, how can i restrict in DTP.
If i want delta records means for next time what i have to do..

a. check your transformation- make sure key field is set correctly.
b. no need to restrict in DTP unless you need a language or something.
c. delta records will come through fine if your dtp has delta on it.

Urgent ......data is not loaded into the ODS

Hi,
we try to load the data in to ODS via the Infopackage. Job is finished with Green status. In the requests tab I saw that transferred are 1486 & the addded records are 1486.
But the ODS sah empty structure, no records are loaded into the ODS?
Any suggestions please?

I am unable to actvate the Data of ODS.

Hi Peter,
Once loaded to PSA in DTP you have the option of FULL or DELTA ,full loads all the data from PSA and DELTA loads only the last load of PSA.

Data is not Loading into Active data table on DSO in BI 7.0

Iam loading data from a flat file to ODS in BI 7.0, the data is loading up to PSA and New data table , But the DSO is not activating, after all possible steps like, automatically setting/ manualy doing / through Process Chain....still unable to do it....Cud u pls tell the reason and solution.

We are also running on the same boat, I am using the End-Routine to fill up the 2 fields (one is Key figure and Characteristics) from one DSO to the other. In my case along with all other fields this key figure is also populating before and after the Activation of DSO. But the new Characteristics is populating in the update table (/BIC/A***40) before activating the DSO, once I activated the DSO the new characteristics is not filling up in the (/BIC/A***00), rest are coming without issues.
I built the same logic for other current data DSO (write optimized) from other DSO to fill the same fields with the similar logic in the end routine, it is up and running without any issues.

Data is not loaded into info cube

Hi All,
I have a custom defined info cube and full load is running every month and It's hardly taking 1 hour to finish the same.
But this month data came to PSA successfully from there to data target process stopped at update rules, non of the records are getting added to info cube. We haven't done any changes on update rules also.
Can anybody let me know what might be the reason behind it. Thanks.

Hi Ashok,
You can do the following:
1. In the Monitor Status tab, turn the request Red.
2. In the Details tab right click this data package and choose Manual Update.
3. After the processing is done, the datapackage will be green but the overall request will still be red.
4. In the Monitor Status tab, turn the request back to original status (this will make it green)

PSA data change not loaded to the target.

Hi all,
We have the data in PSA (it is the master data)- while transferring the data from PSA to the target, system throws error - on analysing the error we found that the characters in the data is wrong, the same was corrected in the PSA - on reloading after correction to the target, system is ignoring the corrected records and loading only the other records.
What could be the reason for this behaviour.

The PSA QM status is only green but even then the corrected record is not loaded to the target.

As per your information we do not have an Error DTP - i have only one DTP and we are in BI7.00 - I have deleted the request from the target and corrected the erroneous record and am trying to load only that record by using the filter option in the DTP - still the data is not loaded.
Can you suggest method of adopting - i am not able to understand why that corrected record is not loaded. Is it that manually corrected record in the PSA will not be loaded into the target?

When loading data from R/3 into PSA, we encounter following error message:
" Error when inserting in PSA table RSTSODSPART"

- the first datapackage is written successfully to PSA,
but from the second datapackage onwards the error message pops-up
" Error when inserting in PSA table RSTSODSPART"
- The original dataselection in the infopackage is somewhere stored
If the selection in the InfoPackage is reduced (e.g. only one document i.o. a period)
it stil starts loading according the original selection (the month)
- If we create a new InfoPackage and select very few data (only one datapackage)
then we can load to PSA succesfully, but when we load to DSO we can't activate the DSO.
- We remarked that:
Two versions of the PSA exist for that datasource 0FI_GL_40:
a Table(/BIC/B0000555000) in version 1 exists,
a Table(/BIC/B0000555001) in version 2 exists

We had a problem similar to what Ilse Depoortere describes. The problem happens in our BW QA system a few days/weeks after it has been copied from Production. Data loads start failing with these two error messages:
RSM2 851 - Error when writing in PSA (Caller 32)
RSAR 130 - Error 7 when adding to PSA (Caller 70)
We have just implemented the fix described in note 1340371 (replaced the LIB_DBSL with patch level 247), and the problem is gone. Failed data load process chains can be restarted and finish successfully.

Load into PSA, then into target - in process chains

Hi
I have a question regarding first loading into PSA, then into target - using process chains
It can be done by executing a package only loading into PSA. Then using the process type "Read PSA and Update Data Target".
My problem is, that I want to split this into two seperate chains. I.e. loading all data into PSAs before loading into targets. But when I do these two tasks in seperate chains I get a syntax error shown below. Can it really be true, that you are not able to do this in seperate chains???

I've discussed this with SAP and even if the response was not clear, it doesn't seem to be possible. We also wanted to do this because we have source system working 24h/24 and 7/7. So as master data and tx data can be created at any time, it was the only way to make sure all master data were available for the load of tx data (loading tx data in PSA, then loading master data, then PSA to target). Is it for the same reason that you want to dissociate the loads ?
What I've done eventually is load in an ODS not BEX relevant (so SID not required), no master check in IP, so the ODS is like the PSA. Then load master data, activate. Then load from this ODS to target. It's working fine. I do not reconsidere changing this.

CR files will no longer show in bridge and will not load into PS

Hi I had a problem with bridge CS6 dynamic link failing and had tech support finally help with the problem by phone They had me reinstall PSCS6 and Bridge among other things like setting the permissions differenty. It worked ok when I opened it again after those changes and then I closed the apps and opened them again the next day (today) but now the CR files will show no thumbnails nor previews in bridge and will not load into PSCS6.
I get now the following error messages
These are files that are on my system and not from a camera plugged into the computer. They had worked just fine before the reinstall and permisisons changes the tech had me do. They open in the preview app and look fine so I know they are not corrupted files and I have tried different saved versions of the same (or any other CR file) and none of them will now open and Camera raw itself seems no where to be found. My prefences in camera raw have not clanged. Any ideas??? thanks and aloha, UP

HI, I managed to fix the trouble by reinsatalling once again and running updates BEFORE opening bridge. It seemed that if I ran the update AFTER opening bridge I would get either an up to date status when checking for updates or I would get an install failure notice on all 4 updates that were trying to install. The updates were for camera raw, bridge and PS. I can't explain why but that helped a little. I also changed permissions on my whole user accnt to include read/write for all users. I can't say if this helped or not. I also had to go into my camera B/U files on a sepate HD and replace some of the CR folders I was using o nthe desktop. Still the CR files would not show a thumb nor a preview till I then went to each individual file inside that folder and purged the cashe for that file so it could repopulate the cashe yet again. This has been the strangest few days in PSCS6 history! Well my personal history. I will report back here if more quirks emerge. I would prefer quarks though....aloha, U

We have loaded data into an ODS( 0PRC_DS01) in development server. It was successfully loaded into it all info objects.Reports were working well.
When we transported it to production, data loading was taking longggg time (15000 for 9 hours).So, we have done two things to improve the loading speed.
1) we have created an index based on the fields in the where clause RCLNT,RLDNR,RYEAR, DOCNR, POPER in JVSO1 table.
(JVSO1 is an R/3 table from where key data coming to datasource 0EN_JVA_2.)
2)We have updated the optmizer statistics.
Now the problem is, data is not loaded to one perticular info object JOINT VENTURE PARTNER in dso. Which was loaded successfully in development.
Please help us........We will assign points for helpful answers

First..
1. Have you updated from 13 to the 13.1 Update using an opened project's Help Menu/Update. If not, please do so.
2. Do the problems exist if you disable the antivirus and firewall(s)?
3. Are you running the program as Administrator? Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer?
4. Have you refreshed the Online Services using Premiere Elements Editor Edit Menu/Preferences/Web Sharing?
5. Have you updated the Adobe Application Manager?

6.Is your video card/graphics card driver version up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
7. Lots more we could go through such as deleting the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and, if necessary, the whole

But, I think that you have enough things going on here to warrant an uninstall, free ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts) and then reinstall with the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.

Page data does not load with goButton? (new window of identical page)

Hi guys. I ran into a problem. Essentially, I need to print a .jsff page but before I do, I have to alter its format a little bit. The solution I decided to use was to create a new .jspx page containing almost the exact same content. I even copied the data bindings and everything. Finally, I created a goButton on my original page like so:

</af:goButton>This opens my page nicely in the format I want. But...there is no data on the page! It just opens a frame of the page. Can someone help me resolve this?
Otherwise, is there any other technique I could use to accomplish my goal?

Hi guys. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. I finally got a working solution, something totally different from the suggestions.
My goal was to print a .jsff page nicely. But before I could do that, I needed to modify some data on the page. I also wanted to do this in as few clicks as possible. I tried the goButton technique but the binding data would not load. I couldnt figure out why.
Nonetheless, I finally managed to make my own version (albeit, not that neat!). I accomplished this by essentially making a template which automatically opens in showprintablebehavior format. I tried to follow a bunch of online tutorials/blogs but nothing worked for me. Here are the steps I used:
1) Creating a new .jspx page.
2) Copy the entire source of the .jsff page (the one which needs to be printed) into our new template .jspx page. (do have to modify the beginning parts by adding <af:document> <af:form> etc)
3) Create a pageDef for the template page and copy the entire pageDef as well (do have to change the name of the pagedef)
4) Modify your print template to your liking.
5) Add a taskflow rule that links the original .jsff page to the new template page
6) Add a commandButton on the original .jsff page which opens this printing page in a new window (remember to use "dialog:....."). Here is mine:

What this does is when you click on the command button to open the printer template, our template page opens but as it opens, it automatically sets focus to the printer button using the document tag. The printer button has a listener which activates when it receives focus (in our case, as soon as the page loads). This listener invokes the javascript method, which progamatically clicks the printer button and closes this window. What your left with is a printer friendly page of your modified page!
All the data is present there too!
