Data not captured in Report Painter

Dear All,
I have created a COPA Report by using the Report Painter,but when I execute the report the system showing as "No records were selected"
Note that all the values are flowing properly in to KE24 report (standard line items report).
I have checked throughly the Report Painter report,but still I could not get the data .
Please help me as where it went wrong in terms of Report Painter.

Hi
Can be an issue with your Selection Period - Record Type or the Chars you enter in selection screen
Just execute the report with One CHar i.e. Comp code /.Period
You should be able to see the result.. Later on yuo can modify the report

This would go in the calculate event of your Total Debit Points field. I would be amazed if it worked first time. I haven't run through LC. Give it a lash!! (a try!!)

Hi, I have a problem with the report painter, because i am run the report but i realize that if the master data(Commitment item ) is not created for the next year example 2008 and I am running the report for the year 2007, when the report is generated the report does not show the description of the commitment item ...

Adding a Date Field to a Report Painter

Hi,
Could someone please throw light on adding a date field (for example, scheduled finish date of network) to a report painter report? I don't think this field (or any date field for that matter) is available as a characteristic for report painter.

i'm in the process of making a similar change,
copying to a ZPROGRAM is not so difficult, but as i told you you have to add your new field to VBMTV structure, and copy the includes that you need to change,
P.S. Note, when you copy you have to change some SELECT statements where
it's selecting from T180V table based on sy-repid, you hav to change sy-repid to SAPMV75A, as there's some configuration done for this.

CSR Historical Data not capturing data?

Hi All,
Last week (on Thursday) our Historical Data stopped capturing any details?
I have captured a screen shot of the report. You can see that the agent logged in time is 111:47:23 (at 3:47:23pm EST). Any help fixing the issue would be greatly appreciated!

Subscriber Goes Down
When the subscriber goes down for more than the 2- or 4-day retention period,
reinitialize the subscriber in CRS Administration (Datastore Control Center web
page) and reinitialize the subscription for all the datastores.

Access the Datastore Control Center by selecting System > Datastore Control
Center from the CRS Administration menu bar.
Reinit Subscriber—Click this button to reinitialize the subscriber with a
copy of data from the Publisher. (This causes the data on the subscriber to be
overwritten by the data from the Publisher.)
Note Only use this button if you have determined that the Subscriber needs this
data from the Publisher (if the Subscriber and the Publisher are not
synchronized).

GL Data not available on report

Hi All,
I have a report which has been working fine. The report was based on cost for controlling cube which is based of WBS elements(cost).
Now the report has been added with a column which gets its data from GL cube. I have added the 2 cubes in a multiprovider but cannot see the data for the column from GL.
This same GL cube is being used on multiple other queries and has no problem.
What could be the reason for the GL data not being displayed. I have also restricted to the respective infoproviders.
Appreciate all the help.

hi,
first of all check in tcode LISTCUBE for MP if you are getting data for any of the columns from GL cube.
also check the characteristics from controlling cube and GL cube which are common and whether they have the same length , data types and values. The join at the MP level may not be working correctly which is why the data may be missing.

Zero balance account is not dispalyed in Report painter report

Hi Friends,
We have devloped a Balance sheet report with report painter drill down feature (Transactions codes FSI1 ande FSI4).
When we run this report zero balance accounts are not shown. Clinet requested to have all GL accounts in report.
Could any one please help me in this issue.

Hi,
The report painter will not bring the zero balance account. Because it pulls out values from the FLAGFLEX table which does not have the zero balance account. So it is adviceable to create a report for the same.

Date not showed when report is viewed in PDF .

We have a text field that shows the date on which the report is running.Date is not showed when report is viewed in PDF.But in HTML we can view them . Can any one help me out?
Totally there are four pages for the report.

I have observed the PDF driver iin EPM 11.1.2.x is not up-to-date and technically the Date (Text) is there just like in HTML. However, when you increase the View (Zoom in), it eventually does show up.
I have chatted with Oracle Support, and they will not address it with a patch for now.

Plan next yrs values not appearing in Report Painter

Hi,
In our one of Z report (developed thrugh SAP std Report Painter functionality), Plan next yrs column does not shows any value in output of report.
Basically this column should show next years plan values for WBS Element cost elementwise.
When I double click on any of the cell of this column, I am getting output with 0 records but selection criteria is appearing as Period 7 and Fiscal year as 2999 on output screen on the top. So I am thinking that output is not appearing because of wrong selection criteria field values/characteristics values.
Just wanted to know from you all guys, what things should I check in Report Painter to resolve this issue? Also what are the causes of this issue?
Could you please tell me the remedial procedure and transaction code to resolve this kind of issue?

I think it looks like wrong Period selection characteristics value.
Please suggest/guide what has to be done?

Loaded data not visible for Reporting?

Hi all,
In the info cube, the data is not visible for reporting, How can i make it available for reporting,
When i select the Manage option from the context menu of the cube and select the Requests Tab, i get a pop up message that tells
" There is an inconsistency between the load status of the data and the option of reporting on this data.
There is data in the InfoCube/ODS object that is OK from a quality point of view, but is not yet displayed in reporting.
The problem, for example, is to do with request 0000018049, number REQU_F4ZBFRMDGBULE9WCUN3R5UX5X."
How do i find out the inconsistancies?
PS: All the requesta are delta upload

Use the RSRV transaction and check the inconsistency of the cube ..If any inconsistency is there repair that with the repari option in the toolbar..

Nokia 6288 Exif data not captured

Bummer! We just bought 2 nokia 6288 phones and come to find out that the Exif data: Date Picture Taken is not captured. Is there a firmware update or something I can download? I wonder if I'm doing something wrong. My firmware version is 05.92 07-09-06 RM-78
I've had several different digital cameras and they all store the date the picture was taken. This can be very useful since file create/modification date aren't always reliable. I also have some php scripts I use to post my pictures on a web site, and they make use of the Exif date the picture was taken.
The following definition for Exif does say that that the data may include (then the list). Note that the date/time the picture was taken is normally considered the most important element (I think). Anyway, is there some way to get around this??? Any clues appreciated!

There is a new firmware update available for this model - V6.10.
But I am not sure about the improvements in this new release for this particular issue. Please contact ur nearest Nokia authorized service center, in case if u need a firmware update.

Migrating from Sybase 11 to Oracle 10G : Data not Captured

Hi,
We are working on an interesting customer engagement - one part of the effort is to migrate our Customer's Database. Our Customer is using the Sysbase 11 Database - we are planning to migrate this to Oracle 10G.
We are using the latest Migration Workbench - 10.1.0.4.0. We created a new user in one of our local DB Instances & used this credential to login to the Migration Workbench tool. We have the Source Files for the Sysbase 11Database.
We tried to capture the Source Model - unfortunately, the Tool claims that the Objects have been migrated, while the Source is not captured at all. The Error Log is alos silent about any problems.
We are flummoxed by this error as we have successfuly migrated from Sysbase in the past, but never encountered this error.
Can you guuys please help us out with this ?

Have you used this user which holds the omwb repository before for a migration? When you connected the first itme, did you get a message, that the repository tables did not exist and would you like to create them?
Are you using the connected or disconnected source model load?

Define a variant where you define the relevant fields as mandatory. Then, you have to create your transaction which will run this report, and in the attributes you define that this transaction should be run with a variant. The users should access to report with this Z-transaction.
