hi people i want to know if is it possible that i have different number of data loading SD extractor.
I fill up the setup table. In the relative table i see that the value are about 200.000
When i try the strucutre with rsa3 , the test result about 1275 value
When i do initialization with data load in BW the value are about 2.000.000. How is ti possible. It's right or i have do something wrong?

Hi,
I am sure on the Relative Table Check but when u check with the RAS3 u need to make sure that u have given big number in Case of Number of Calls eg 100 by default it will 10 and Number of Records per call to around 10000 by default it is 100.
By default even though there are more number of records u only see 10*100 records as output.....And Number of records in RSA3 should match with Records loaded to BW in Intialization.

Do Not Check Uniqueness of Data in Write Optimised DSO

Hello,
I am working with write optimised DSO with already billion records in it. I have flag 'Do Not Check Uniqueness of Data' in Settings as checked(means it will surely not check for uniqueness of data). I am thinking of removing this flag off and activate the DSO again. I am willing to remove this flag as it will provide option of Req ID input in listcube on DSO and without this list cube will never return back with results.(I have to analyze aggregations)
I tried removing this flag and then activate DSO in production system with 17 million records which took 5 mins for activation (index creation). So maths says for a billion records activation transport will take around 6 hrs for moving to Production.
I am willing to remove this flag as it will provide option of Req ID input in listcube and without this list cube will never return back with results.
Questions:
How does this flag checks the uniqueness of record? WIll it check Active table or from the Index?
To what extent DTP will slow down the process of subsequent data load?
Any other factors/risks/precautions to be taken?
Let me know if questions are not clea or further inputs are required from my side.

this will not work. Numbers does not provide a timestamp. you can, however, enter the formula "=now()" in any cell, then copy that same cell, then paste (using the command "Edit > Paste Formula Results"
If you need a time stamp often,
make a single cell table with the formula (mentioned earlier).
and copy and paste as needed

Check Box data NOT been collected consistently by Acrobat XI Pro

Hi folks
I'm having a real problem with Check Box data not being processed consistently by Acrobat XI Pro.
I've got 140 response forms back - and have processed them in one batch or smaller batches of 50 forms. I can see the various check boxes ticked in the pdf view but on some forms that data does not get exported to the csv or xls. For other forms it works fine.
I've tried various exports, even opening one returned pdf form and exporting that alone. All with the same result.
I'm at a loss to the problem.

Corruption: If the file is corrupted, do you know why Acrobat doesn’t report this? There was no indication of an error in this respect.
Method: I have followed your suggestion. Opened ‘BORD0008checkboxissue.pdf’ in Acrobat ProXI. Export as .fdf. Close all files.
Open a blank form in Acrobat Pro XI. Import the fdf file.
Result; The newly filled form is still missing checkbox data. Result file at http://www.orchardrevival.org.uk/?p=798
[ I also exported as xfdf and xml and csv, and looked at these files in a text editor. Neither had the correct checkbox data exported. Therefore I think it is clear that Acrobat Pro XI is not exporting checkbox data for this file to any format]
Does that shed any more light on what might be the problem ?

Background to document: An outline form was created on Word Mac 2008, and then a pdf generated with the Save As pdf in the Word dialogue (which I think may have been an Mac OS based generator).
Then the fillable form was created complete with all 143 fields in Acrobat Pro 8. Then distributed by email. So despite the fillable form being created in Acrobat Pro, the PDF Producer is reported as Mac OSX 10.n.n Quartz PDFContext for all forms. However some of them work, some don’t. Obviously I do not have control over how the forms are filled out there in the wild – even though I’ve asked folk to use Adobe Reader.
I’ve tried processing results with both Acrobat Pro 8 and XI with similar inconsistent results. (a further interesting issue is that the filename stated in the record is incorrect for that record)

Data not getting inserted into oracle with theAutoCommitEnabled not checked

Hello Experts
I have a proxy to JDBC scenario.I have 3 SQL statements and the Format is
<DeleteStatement>
<InsertStatement>
<CallStoredProcStatement>.
While excecuting with the AutoCommitEnabled box checked, the insert statement is excecuting and the data is getting updated in the oracle database..But the CallStoredProcStatement is not excecuting.
If the AutoCommitEnabled box not checked,the data is not getting updated in the database .but in RWB log all the SQL statements are getting executed successfully.
Are there any other configurations still to be made in the JDBC adapter.

Why you not using single SP to handle all the queries?
BTW, have you used the parameter "logSQLStatement = true" in JDBC receiver channel? It will show in audit log what query is being executed.

hi guyz,
im facing the below issue while loading master data attr from source system to bi system.
im loading data from 0vendor_attr to ovendor object.
only half of the records are processed and gets hanged.
in monitor- administrator workbench its showing (60434 from 157912 records)
below are the details of the issue:

Diagnosis
Data has not been updated in PSA Table . The request is probably still running or there was a short dump.
Procedure
In the short dump overview in BI, look for the short dump that belongs to your data request. Make sure the correct date and time are specified in the selection screen.
You can use the wizard to get to the short dump list, or follow the menu path "Environment -> Short dump -> In Data Warehouse".
Removing errors
Follow the instructions in the short dump.

Hi Rajeev,
Check the job in Background (SM37), you can analyze from here.
Check the short dump in ST22.and check system performance once.
If you are facing this problem first time, cancel the background job and make the request red.
Then repeat the IP again, it will get successful.
This should be due to performance issue or RFC problem of your system.
If the job is active in SM37, cancel the job and make the status IP red.
Re run the IP, it will get successful.

I have got the following message on the monitor after I ran an infopackage. I am running an infopackage that loads data from ODS1(Datasource) to ODS2. While I ran the infopackage I have got this message.
"Data not received in InfoCube / PSA object / InfoObject
Diagnosis
Data has not been updated in InfoCube / PSA object / InfoObject . The request is probably still running or there was a short dump.
Procedure
In the short dump overview in BW, look for the short dump that belongs to your data request. Make sure the correct date and time are specified in the selection screen.
You can use the wizard to get to the short dump list, or follow the menu path "Environment -> Short dump -> In Data Warehouse".
Removing errors
Follow the instructions in the short dump."
The status is yellow. After the predifined time it turns into red. On the left hand side of the monitor it shows time and (0 records from 675). I have checked ST22 and there are no short dumps.
This is all happening at the processing step 'Service API'. Any thoughtfull idea are appreciated with points.

While loading Master data full load
which is a load of 457070 on 2days back
where only 4lac records r received to PSA but remaining 57070 was missing
with error<b> Data not received in PSA Table

when the next day we loaded 5lac records and we got the same error<b> Data not received in PSA Table</b> where except 57070 records remaining all reached PSA
where we tried 2day with 550000 records, same error without 57070 records all other reached to PSA
I required ur help to solve this

check if there is a TRFC haging in SM58.
can that be that your DB cannot extend its space for this amount of data.
How do you perform the load?
package by package (in series or in parallel)? could that be that the next stage (into IObj) is failing thus stopping the load in the PSA?
Can you try to perform the same load with only to PSA and then enable the "susbsequent update in target"?
As already mentionned it could also be that an IDOC is haging...

Data not received in PSA Table - Data of request already deleted

Hi
I'm running a delta load on a BI 7.0 system and get this error Data not received in PSA Table.
And when I click on the PSA table it telling me that Data of request XXXXXX already deleted.
I have tried to do a consistency check in RSRV. See if there's any IDOCs in pb87.
And the short dump analysis just say:
A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLRSSM" raised the exception
condition "NOT_EXIST".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
program, processing was terminated.
I've also tried to repeat the load but with no luck.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,
Delete the bad requests in 3 targets and delete the data mart status in Source DSO.
Also delete the green request in the Source DSO and repeat it.
Once it loads successfully then load the data to other 3 targets.

Today all the loads are failed with the Error "Data not received in InfoCube / PSA object / InfoObject", Could you please help how to solve the problem.

First check that your ODS is active
Then ensure it has data activated and for the selection you want to extract
What kind of load are you performing? A full or a delta?
In any case when you fire your InfoPackage from the ODS to the cube a job named BI_REQ* will be kicked. Check this job in SM37. If you can open an InfoPackage with your ODS as DataSource then the DataSource is fine and the transfer program is activated.
Monitor this job and see what happens.
If the job is cancelled for any reason, look if there is a dump (ST22), a system message in the log (SM21 on all appserv) and if there is a TRFC transaction with error in BW (SM58).

IPhone 6: Data not working on T-Mobile?

I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile's Simple Choice family plan with unlimited talk, text, and unlimited 2G data (with an additional 2.5G 4G data/month until 2016, it will drop to 1G 4G/month).
I have full text and call functionality (sending and receiving), but my Data simply does NOT work. It always shows that it is connected to the network (4G, LTE) with 4-5 bars, but it has not once worked since I've had the phone. I can use Wifi just fine.
On the My T-Mobile account app, I go to Device Support > Technical Support > Data Plan Check and it shows this message:
"Your current data service is not compatible with your device...."
Using Safari will pull up the u.web2go.com page that states this:
"Your data plan does not work on this device...."
I called the stand-alone T-Mobile store I activated the phone from and they said my account information is correct and the data plan is up and going so there should be no issues. (Other family members on my SAME PLAN also received the iPhone 6 and have NOT had any issues with data.) The T-Mobile representative told me to try the same stuff I had been trying, such as turning off my phone, resetting my phone, etc and none of that worked.
When it was finally 24 hours from activation I called customer care. For some reason calling before 24 hours has passed will only get you thrown into the "it hasn't finished syncing and we can't help you" category. He checked the network in my area and nothing was down. We tried the same things the local T-Mobile store recommended and he even checked I was up to date with iOS (8.0.2) and the Network I was trying to connect to was correct. He submitted a ticket to the advanced team to fix how my phone is receiving the network signal. He told me to turn off my phone every 2 hours and it should start working within the next 3 days. Bummer, because I am PAYING FOR MY PHONE RIGHT NOW. Simply unacceptable that this is happening and I really, REALLY hope this works.
Has this happened to anyone else?

ANSWER:
Apparently my phone was set up to receive Blackberry Data instead of iPhone Data for my data plan.Doesn't make sense to me, but it's true. All they had to do was put my phone "back" on iPhone data in their system and I was good to go in 2 hours! My data works!
If you have this problem just have T-Mobile verify the data plan you have and (the "phone type") because the T-Mobile rep said mine was incorrectly getting Blackberry data.

Syntax
ASSIGN mem_area TO <fs> casting_spec range_spec.
Effect
This statement assigns the memory area specified using mem_area to the field symbol <fs>. You can assign a data object or a memory area calculated from the address of a data object. After the assignment, the field symbol refers to the assigned memory area and can be used in operand positions. When used in a statement, it behaves like a dereferenced data reference, meaning that the statement works with the content of the memory area.
The data type with which the assgigned memory area is treated, depends on the specifications in casting_spec. You can either execute an explicit casting or the field symbol takes on the data type of the data object specified in the assignment. A field symbol to which a memory area is assigned, has this data type after the assignment and behaves like a data object of this type.
The assigned memory area mem_area must be at least as long as the data type specified in casting_spec and must have the same alignment. If the data type determined in casting_spec is deep, the deep components with their type and position must appear in the assigned memory area exactly like this.
Use the specifications in range_spec to restrict the memory area that can be assigned to the field symbol.
You have to assign it back to internal table to modify the content.
Check in debug mode if you have still doubt.

Data not refreshing in report

I'm developing a dB application in VB6 using the Developers CRXI. For the problem I'm having with the report, I've got a discrete table in the dB which holds only 1 record. The report gets it's data from that table. Before calling the report, I am saving all the data from the VB form to the table and then calling the report. Initially, the report acts fine, but if I close the report, go back to the VB form, make changes, save the data to the table once again and then reopen the report, the old data remains. More often than not I have to click the refresh button TWICE on the report in order to get the updated data to appear. Sometimes it simply won't update. I've tried to force the refresh at runtime without any luck. The save data with report is NOT checked. And, because I know an Access dB can take a bit of time to "settle", I've waited for as long as 5 minutes with the report visible before I click the refresh button. It still takes TWO tries and even then sometimes will not update. Is there a way to solve this, or must I pass the variables to the report at runtime? Since there are upwards of 100 discrete variables to pass (it's an invoice form), I'd prefer not to have to do this if at all possible.I've posted this on other forums without any replies but this can't be that hard to do. I do face the same issue. Live data is not getting updated in the BAM report.
My scenario: BPEL generates sensors for the response message variabe and data is inserted into JMS Topic.
Created an Enterprise Message Source to poll the data fromo JMS Topic.
In design studio -> configured Oracle BAM Enterprise Message Reciever to revceive data from Enterprise message source and send the data to BAM using Oracle BAM Insert Sink.
As mentioned in one of the post, updated below changes in Plan Setting in BAM administrator for the report.
Completion Action: Always restart on completion.
Failiure Action: Alway restart on failiore.
Max restart frequency: No limit on frequency.
Monitor Service: Oracle BAM Plan Monitor.
Did I missed any configuration to be made for the reports to get updated.
Please someone throw some light on this.
