Data not received in PSA Table(urgent)

hello,
While loading Master data full load
which is a load of 457070 on 2days back
where only 4lac records r received to PSA but remaining 57070 was missing
with error<b> Data not received in PSA Table
</b>
when the next day we loaded 5lac records and we got the same error<b> Data not received in PSA Table</b> where except 57070 records remaining all reached PSA
where we tried 2day with 550000 records, same error without 57070 records all other reached to PSA
I required ur help to solve this

Hi,
check if there is a TRFC haging in SM58.
can that be that your DB cannot extend its space for this amount of data.
How do you perform the load?
package by package (in series or in parallel)? could that be that the next stage (into IObj) is failing thus stopping the load in the PSA?
Can you try to perform the same load with only to PSA and then enable the "susbsequent update in target"?
As already mentionned it could also be that an IDOC is haging...

    Removing errors
    Follow the instructions in the short dump.

    Hi Rajeev,
    Check the job in Background (SM37), you can analyze from here.
    Check the short dump in ST22.and check system performance once.
    If you are facing this problem first time, cancel the background job and make the request red.
    Then repeat the IP again, it will get successful.
    This should be due to performance issue or RFC problem of your system.
    If the job is active in SM37, cancel the job and make the status IP red.
    Re run the IP, it  will get successful.

  • Data not received in PSA Table  0ORGUNIT

    Hi,
    We have an issue with a text load to 0ORGUNIT with around 35 lakhs of records. This particular load taking lot of time and resulting in short dump with the message 'Data not received in PSA Table'. But when iam making the request red and restarting it manulally it will get succeeed with in 15 minutes. The load is starting at 2:30 UK time and getting failed. I am restarting it at around 9 '0 clock and it got succed . The same thing happening from past 7 days. Can any one tell me what might be the reason and solution for this? Is this temporary memory issue? As the load is to an info object nothing to do with indices.

    You can change the size of the Data Packet.
    Open InfoPackge.
    From Top Menu choose "Scheduler >> DataS. Default Data Transfer".
    Default setting of the Source System will be shown.
    Keeping that in mind, try to reduce the "Max Size" & "Number of Data Packages per Request". You might need to try this a couple of times with lesser values each time to ensure that the issue resolves.

  • Data not received in PSA Table - Data of request already deleted

    Hi
    I'm running a delta load on a BI 7.0 system and get this error Data not received in PSA Table.
    And when I click on the PSA table it telling me that  Data of request XXXXXX already deleted.
    I have tried to do a consistency check in RSRV. See if there's any IDOCs in pb87.
    And the short dump analysis just say: 
    A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLRSSM" raised the exception
    condition "NOT_EXIST".
    Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
    program, processing was terminated.
    I've also tried to repeat the load but with no luck.
    Anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi,
    Delete the bad requests in 3 targets and delete the data mart status in Source DSO.
    Also delete the green request in the Source DSO and repeat it.
    Once it loads successfully then load the data to other 3 targets.

    I have got the following message on the monitor after I ran an infopackage. I am running an infopackage that loads data from ODS1(Datasource) to ODS2. While I ran the infopackage I have got this message.
    "Data not received in InfoCube / PSA object / InfoObject
    Diagnosis
    Data has not been updated in InfoCube / PSA object / InfoObject . The request is probably still running or there was a short dump.
    Procedure
    In the short dump overview in BW, look for the short dump that belongs to your data request. Make sure the correct date and time are specified in the selection screen.
    You can use the wizard to get to the short dump list, or follow the menu path "Environment -> Short dump -> In Data Warehouse".
    Removing errors
    Follow the instructions in the short dump."
    The status is yellow. After the predifined time it turns into red. On the left hand side of the monitor it shows time and (0 records from 675). I have checked ST22 and there are no short dumps.
    This is all happening at the processing step 'Service API'. Any thoughtfull idea are appreciated with points.

    i written code against keyfigure to convert values in to same currency values and assigned constant USD for the reference characterstic.
    Now i tried reload the data but it throws error as 'Data not received in InfoCube / PSA object / InfoObject'

    First check that your ODS is active
    Then ensure it has data activated and for the selection you want to extract
    What kind of load are you performing? A full or a delta?
    In any case when you fire your InfoPackage from the ODS to the cube a job named BI_REQ* will be kicked. Check this job in SM37. If you can open an InfoPackage with your ODS as DataSource then the DataSource is fine and the transfer program is activated.
    Monitor this job and see what happens.
    If the job is cancelled for any reason, look if there is a dump (ST22), a system message in the log (SM21 on all appserv) and if there is a TRFC transaction with error in BW (SM58).

  • Data not updating from psa into Data Targets

    Hiii,
    We have started data upload in info cubes from psa . The number of records was 4 in psa . But after waiting for at least 3 hours ,still the data is not updated  in info cube . The data which we want to upload in info cube (of stock) is of past date which due to some reason failed to update in BI from ECC . To upload the same that is data of past date we have deleted the setup table in ECC and then after filling the data again in set up tables, created a new info package from which uploaded data in PSA . But while trying to upload data in info cubes,it is not getting updated and the request status is showing still green yellow in psa.
    Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

  • Data not coming in AFRU table for 21.05.10 for sometime

    Could you please tell me that why does this happen?
    For a particular date i.e. for 21.05.10, in the afru table the data was not there, it was saying "No Entries for that date" (in se16). Actually there is a z-report which was not showing the per ton draw calculation for that particular date. But for the other dates, it was showing fine.
    Infact, when in the afru table it was showing "No Table Entries found for that particular date", parallely in the z-report it was showing a Default value "341" for all items for 21.05.10.
    But just after 10 mins. the data got updated and its showing fine.
    What can be the problem? Coz its happenning often, and we the abapers are getting tight scold. But the program is correct. I have checked.
    Please Suggest.

    You need to let us know how you program is designed, if the data is fetched from AFRU table and in AFRU table there were no entries for a posting date, how can you get a value in your custom report?
    Please explain what your report does, so that we can i think and suggest as what might be going wrong.

    This is regarding automatic update of material document number to our Z Table for Gate entry in MM.
    Steps for Generating  GR throu2019 MIGO:-
    1) the user has to key in the gate entry number and plant,
    2) then after giving i/p values the user has to click the save button,
    3) MIGO number is generated by the system which is updated in gate entry header table.
    For updating the MIGO number BADI is used . But some time the system is not updating the GR number in gate entry header table.
    Can we use COMMIT WORK statement in BADI? Hope its not advisable to use it.
    What else can we do if data is not getting stored in table while updating throu2019 BADI?
    Inside the Method : IF_EX_MB_MIGO_BADI~POST_DOCUMENT the below code is written,

    I have a query as given below:

    No data is coming in lt_kna1 table,
    I have changed the data declaration of lt_kna1. Earlier it was declared sa TYPE SATNDARD TABLE of kna1,
    and I changed it to:
      types: begin of ty_kna1,
              name1 type kna1-name1,
              kunnr type kna1-kunnr,
             end of ty_kna1.
    data: lt_kna1  TYPE TABLE OF ty_kna1 with header line,
    After doing this change, the problem started coming. Earlier the data was coming correct in it_kna1.
    How to solve this issue?

    Hi Ajay,
    Your field declaration is not in the sequence of the database table in KNA1.  Please correct it & also refer to domain directly instead of referring to field. Just do as below :-
    types: begin of ty_kna1,
    KUNNR type KUNNR,
    NAME1 type NAME1_GP,
    end of ty_kna1.
    Also check the value of the field KUNDE in lt_equi-kunde . It migh be because of CONVERSION EXIT .

    Thanks alot for the info, it seems that data had not been entered for certain employees in that form and hence the problem.
    Even then, I guess it will be a day or 2 before they will be able to see their in/out timings.

    I have Developed an Order Application for Handhelds in MI 7.1 as per the tutorial provided by sap on the link.

    But the problem is , as soon as I deploy and run the application on mobile simulater provided with NWDS Just the table header appears . The data doesn't appears under the header.

    can you please check the following points
    1. Check the binding of the table on your UI / view to the model's table
    2. The result set returned by the query
    3. Is the data available in the CDS table
    4. Was the data sent to the device during sync and there are no pending extracts for
        your device's queue
    I also want to know if by any chance you changed any of your data objects on the DOE?
    If yes, then you will have to reimport the model again in your application and redeploy it

  • Data not displayed in Z-table when material code (MATNR) entered in selection screen.

    Hi Experts,
    I have a Z-table for a gatepass report which was already created by another developer. This table has many fields including plant, year, material code field. (MATNR) etc
    Now the problem is in SE11, I run the table to display the entries, when I enter plant and year and execute many entries are displayed.properly including material codes(e.g.50008536). 
    But when I execute the same entering plant, year and material code(e.g.50008536) then this message is displayed. " No table entries found for specified key"
    The same thing happens if I am writing a select query in my report to get the data of any particular material code. My internal table is not filled with the data including that particular material code.
    Some more info :
    1. The material code field in the Z-table is assigned the standard material code Data element. i.e. MATNR
    2. Even if I enter '000000000050008536' as input it is still not working. it is automatically changed to '50008536' after executing.
    So please help me where the problem is? I have spent alot of time on this but not able to find the problem..

  • Data not loading from PSA to infocube

    Hi,
    I'm facing a problem while extracting the data from PSA to infocube (On APO SIDE). we are using 3 infocubes and we extracting data in such a way that each infocube has only one unit of measure, so with the help of abaper, we have written a start routine in the transformation that for eg: the products with unit of measure KM should come only in the cube.But no data is coming into the cube and it is showing the following errors
    From Abap Side:
    It turns up with an error message. The error is generated at the start routine method. In the method abap code is added. the code is "DELETE SOURCE_PACKAGE where VRKME NE 'KM'." Following is the error displayed :
    1.) Call of the method START_ROUTINE of the class LCL_TRANSFORM failed; wrong type for parameter SOURCE_PACKAGE
    2.) Exception CX_RS_STEP_FAILED logged
    please help me out in this.

    Could you please explain it in more elaborate.
    V r not passing anything to DATA_PACKAGE neither using it. In the method call v r passing <_yt_SC_1> to parameter SOURCE_PACKAGE. And inside the method v have written the delete code as "DELETE SOURCE_PACKAGE where VRKME NE 'KM'. "
    Do we need to change the coding to "DELETE DATA_PACKAGE where VRKME NE 'KM'. "
