Data received ( display in printer control penal)

I have issue with HP Color laserjet 3530 MFP, Whenever I print via network I got this message on printer screen data received but not printing the file. i the mean time it happen always with PDF files to print, Please any one can help me to reslove this issue.

1. We resolved the web service return issue and when testing the WSDL in the Analyzer the records were returned for the query and the result is consistent in all tabs.
2. Recreated the ADF application using the new WSDL and coded the Data Control. Still no records returned.
Checked the data in the Analyzer when running the application in firefox and saw the input but in the output section didn't have any valuabe data.
The data indicate the actual service is being initiated fine. It had lines as:

3. Created a proxy for the same WSDL and tested the client. The service was initiated and able to get the top result but not the records in the subsection where it is an array of the records.
The output/result structure in the WSDL is defined as:
1) Qryoutput then below it 2)six elements and another structure (ListRecords) 3)in ListRecords have RecordArray that contains the elements of the record.
In the proxy client I am able to read the six elements in the second level. But the RecordArray always indicate zero records. Yet when testing in the Analyzer with the same input
returns actual records!!
The Analyzer works but neither using the data control or the proxy can get the second level records.
I exhausted all options I am aware of and can't see a solution. (I had to deal with two bugs already, hope this is not a third one)

No data display in Print preview for sapscript

Hi All
I have copied a standard sapscript and the driver program (RVADAUS1) and made some minor changes to both.
Now when i print preview it, no data is displayed. I checked in debugger, the data is present till perform WRITE_FORM but is not there in sap script.
Please help!!

The data is coming in driver program..I have debugged both driver prog and the sapscript..The data is present in the driver program in the Read statement just before the write_form function module is called to fill in the data in sapscript..But when i debugged sapscript, the data is not coming there.. even the window boundaries are not printed..Only a single line present in MAin window is being printed. Rest all is empty.

Having trouble getting "date received" to display in my email inbox

I'm only getting "Today" or "Yesterday" to display in both my "Date Sent" and "Date Received" inbox columns. I've gone into "View" in the menu bar, selected "Columns" and checked both "Date Sent" and "Date Received" and am still only getting "Today and "Yesterday" to show up; nothing is displayed (no dates) for any previously received emails. I couldn't find anything in Mail under "Preferences" to correct this problem. I previously was getting the actual dates (all the way back to 2005) to appear but somehow it recently disappeared -- I don't know what I did to screw it up....

How to control the data to display for every users?

Hello Experts,
Im creating a module in ORACLE forms6i and I want to control all the data to display for every USERs. I have 1 Table and it has 5 columns.
My module has 5 columns and 5 rows of records to display.
Problems:
For USER1, I want to display all DATA in column3 and column4 only and all remaining columns shoud be null.
For USER2 , I want to dislplay all data in Column1 only and all remaining columns should be null.
How can i control all the data to display for each columns? Can you help me please. Im using the Clear_Items but its not working only the first row are null but the remaining
rows has its records.

I understand that you want certain columns not to show at all on the canvas when a certain user opens the form. Then, in the when-new-form-instance trigger, you should set_item_property(x_item, visible, property_false) for each item you do not want to be dislayed, depending on the user.

Display emails by date received

until today my emails were displayed by date received with most current ones at the bottom of the list. This has changed to display in alphabetical order according to the sender. Why????? I need it to change back to the original.

How to deal with Print Controls in SAP SCRIPT

Hello All...
I have two requirement in SAP SCRIPT for which I will need to use PRINT CONTROLS.
1) To print a window with 90 degree rotation
2) In the same window I wanted to have black background and white text printed on it.
For rotating the text,
Primary basis I created two Z print controls using SPAD.
One to rotate with 90 and another to rotate with 0.
In SPAD I assigned \e&a90P and \e&a0P respectivaly in device type.
Now in sap script window I specified below commands...
/: PRINT-CONTROL Z90
= TEST
/: PRINT-CONTROL Z00
but in the SP01 the text is still printing Horizontally...
Also Is there any standard print controls which set backgroud to black for specific window.
and how to use that?
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Occassionally, when you make frequent changes to your SAPScript, the system can get out of sync.
When you view the form, the old data get display without your changes.
This can be fixed by deleting the SAPScript LOAD with program RSTXDELL.

HP 6500A - Can't get into printer "control panel software" to check ink level, etc.

First let me apologize... I don't know what the correct name is for the software that starts up when you use the printer icon that was installed on my computer's desktop when I installed the printer. I am calling it the "control panel software" for want of a better name.
My printer was setup to work wirelessly on my wireless network and was working fine. The "control panel software" worked fine when I click on the icon on my desktop and I was able to check the ink levels, etc.
I just got a new router and so I had to reconfigure my printer to use my new wireless network settings. It wasn't working properly, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the HP software for the printer. As part of this it put a new icon on my computer's desktop for accessing the printer "control panel software", another new icon for the scan function, and another for the ePrint Service.
The printer works fine... I can print and scan properly. It successfully connected to my new wireless network and I thought all was well. However, this is not the case.
What is weird is that the "control panel software" icon doesn't take me to the control panel functions any more. When I click on it it takes me back through the process of setting up the printer connection (wireless, wired, USB) again. If I go through that again it tells me everything is installed and lets me set the default printer again and then asks me to register again. So... I think I'm done, but then if I click on the icon again, it goes through this same process again.
Is there any way to stop this endless connection setup and just get to the "control panel software"?
Any help appreciated.

What operating system? I recommend not using the software CD as it may be out of date. Get the latest software for your printer from the "Support & Drivers" link at the top of this page.

Vendor Ref. no. not displayed in print preview in vendor aging report

Dear SAP team,
Vendor reference number is not displayed in print preview/print on vendor liabliteis aging report,
but this vendor reference number actually show in report,We are taking report by journal postings,
vendor reference entered in NumAtCard in AP invoice get copied to Ref2 in Journal Entry,then
why it is not showing in print preview/print.
Whether this is an application error / missing functionality ?
We are using SAP Business One 2005 B (7.40.252) SP: 00 PL: 36.
Whether upgrade to latest patch 2005B PL46 will solve this issue ?

I would like to draw your attention to the enhancements we delivered within Aging Report in 2007 version and plan for 8.8 release.
The primary enhancement in 2007 version is reflecting new concept of Internal Reconciliation with more convenient backward reporting.
Within the 8.8 release ...
- when you generate the aging report you can group the report by customer or sales employee in the customer receivables aging report, and by vendor or buyer in the vendor liabilities aging report;
- when the aging report has been generated, you can view multicustomer/multivendor detailed information in the aging report window. There is no need to double-click each customer/vendor row to view the details.
We would strongly to recommend you to upgrade to 2007 version or join the ramp-up of 8.8 release soon.

Hello guys,
I just ran an e-mail campaign few days ago, but on my Control Panel, it shows "No Data to Display".
It has been 4 days since my campaign, but i didn't get any reports yet.

How to integrate the XML data received via email in to MySQL

Hi,
This is JK, my compnay is planning to adopt Adobe Livecycle Barcoded forms technology, We are planning to automate the Weekly report submission of the HR dept of my company, where the various employees from various branches will be submiting their weekly reports thru Barcoded forms via email and the data has to be fed in to a MySQL database for Analysis purpose.
The problem is, i have designed the form and tested it, when i fill out the form and submit it via email, i get a XML to the mentioneid email id, but is it possible to import the bulk amount of XML data received thru email to the MySQL database without using 3rd party XML Parser.
Does Adobe Livecycle supports any functionality where these data's after decoding or received thru email can directly be integrated in to MySQL.
Any Suggestions?

One thing that should be clear is that you do not need to purchase Reader Extensions to use Barcode Forms technology. Take a look at the 2 articles at the bottom of http://www.adobe.com/products/server/barcodedpaperforms/ they talk specifically about this issue.
However, if you do not get RE with your Barcoded Forms license your end users will not be able to save the form off-line or submit electronically (other than data-only by email). They will be able to fill-in and print the forms only.
By your post it sounds like you are getting Adobe LiveCycle Barcoded Forms and you have also licensed the decoder.
The decoder itself works with a watched folder mechanism. So what you can do is create a small Java program that simply waits for decoded output from the output directory of the decoder and then populates your MySQL database. The code should be around a day to implement.

How can I remove all or part of the information in headers and footers? For example, date and time of printing.

I cannot find where I can suppress the printing of the date and time of printing or if I want a header and/or footer at all.

If using the traditional menus, in the File menu select Page Setup
If using the orange Firefox button, click on it, then select Print and then Page Setup
Once you have the page Setup dialog displayed, go to the "Margins & Header/Footer" tab. You need to change all of the options for header and footer to "--blank--"

Top Shot M275 Laserjet Pro & Printer Control don't show up

Trying to scan from my iOS devices, I have installed Printer Control, as has been declared supported (here there is the table demonstrating the support), unfortunately IT IS NOT!!! The printer doesn't appear in the list and is not recognized at all. This is ridiculous, even Brother provides a better mobile support for their printers...

Also, we have the same model of printer here that you are having issues with. I pulled up the HP Printer Control app on my phone and it recognized it right away.
Did you have the phone connected to the WiFi (the same network that the printer is on) when you were trying to use the app? Just like with AirPrint, if it is not connected to the same network as the printer, it is not going to recognize it. If it still doesn't work, then you may need to make some changes to your network configuration. In a perfect world, everything would just connect and you would be done with it. In reality, you have thousands of different routers and completely different network configurations. A lot of the time, issues like this can be resolved by simply setting a Static IP address for the printer and using a reliable public DNS server vs. the one provided by your ISP.
You mentioned that you should have total control from the native apps in iOS and Android, but that's just not how it works. That functionality is up to Apple and Google to implement. HP has no control over how they design their mobile OS and what functionality they provide. The only reason AirPrint works the way it does, is because HP took advantage of the functionality already included in the OS.
If you would like to try setting a Static IP & DNS, follow the steps that I have listed below.
First, you will need a network summary page.
1. Press the settings button on the screen of the printer. It is the second icon on the top, with a wrench as it's picture.
2. Next, select reports.
3. After you are in the reports menu, select "Network Summary". It will now print off that page.
After you have that page, now you have the correct information to set a Static IP and DNS.
1. Open the Embedded Web Server (EWS) for the printer by typing the IP address into the browser’s address bar.
2. In the EWS, select the “Networking” tab.
3. On the left side of the page, click "IPV4 Configuration".
4. Click the radio button labeled "Manual".
5. Enter the IP Address, Default Gateway, and Subnet Masks listed on the network summary page into the appropriate fields.
6. For the Primary DNS, enter the 8.8.8.8. Enter 8.8.4.4 for the Secondary DNS.
7. Click 'Apply' at the bottom of the page. Once the page has reloaded, click it one more time to make sure the changes are applied.
