Database can't be started (Error coming)

Hello to all Forum Members,
I am using Oracle 9i Database. My database is not starting and unknown error is coming and not any user can login. When any user log in this mesage appears:
ERROR:
ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
When I start the 'sqlplusw' and log in as sysdba and query any table which exists in the user schema, error generates that
ORA-01219: database not open: queries allowed on fixed tables/views only
When I do shutdown this appears:
ORA-01109: database not open
When I do startup or startup force this appears:
Total System Global Area 135338868 bytes
Fixed Size 453492 bytes
Variable Size 109051904 bytes
Database Buffers 25165824 bytes
Redo Buffers 667648 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcratr1_lostwrt], [], [], [], [],
Well I donot understand what error is this, as I am a student and I do not how to resolve it. I have also restarted the oracle service but database is not opening so what should I do??
Although I think its a bug but tell me how to contact to oracle support team or how to resolve this problem... Thanks.....

Follow these steps:
startup mount;
recover database; => assuming you get "Media recovery complete" then...
alter database open;
If this fails to resolve the error then contact Oracle Support Services
and provide all trace files and alert log.
