Database reacts wrong after

Hello
I have a program that talks to a local access database. Everything is working 100%.
I have a user that gets widnows "blue screen" on regular basis, So the computer shuts dowd immideattly. When he then restart and lauch the program agen the program dosent respond normaly.
Ive tried comparing his database with 1 that havent been on crach ride, they look exactly the same as faar as I can see... Ive checked spesially column number 5..
When I then run it from ide i get this error with his database:
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]Invalid character value for cast specification on column number 5 (Pris)Ive tried googleing after this but im unable to find something usfull.
So any help would be apprichiated.

First of all:
1.) Don't use the ODBC-JDBC bridge for serious work,
it's a broken piece of work
2.) Don't use MS Access for serious work, it's not a
real database
I remember that Access itself provided a menu item
named "repair database" that does some internal
consistency checks and that helped me a bit back in
the horrible days when I was programming VBA as a
holiday job on MS Access ... great now I'll get
flashbacks ....Thx for trying, I found the option but I still get the error after repairing. Would this be a non visible error just inside the access file? There is nothing I can do to avoid this from the sql query?
