Database Studio 7.9.08.09 - Could not access to user management; Deleting old settings and reinstallation did not bring a change -- database studio deinstallation cannot be performed anymore

for a few months I have been struggling with a SAP Max DB database Studio issue and finally, I had to give up the idea of being able to fix this on my own. I am desperately seeking for help and I hope that you may be able to give me a hint, advice or even a solution.
This is what happened:
I used to run Windows 7 on 32bit. I also had Database Studio installed - which was running fine then.
After a harware upgrade, I am running now Windows 7 on a 64 bit System. All my files from my local disk (C:\) have been restored and copied onto my new system.
I reinstalled Database Studio Version 7.9.08.09 onto my new System. But on the first try to start the program I received the error that said "Could not Access to user Management.See Window -> Show View-> Event Log Viewer for more Details."
However the Event Log Viewer was empty.
After searching the web for a solution, I followed the advice given in this community and deinstalled Database Studio and deleted the C.\Users\MyAccount\sdb folder manually.
I reinstalled Database Studio and started it as Administrator.
However, the error is still appearing.
And, what makes it even worse is : now I am not able to uninstall Database Studio anymore.
When I run SAP MaxDB Installation Manager and select the instance of database Studio to be uninstallled I am receiving the error:
"ERR: Unhandled Exception: Can't call method: "GenPackageList" on an undefined value at SDB/Install/Gui/Dialogs/SelectInstance.pm line 328"
Any advice is highly appreciated.

Yes, I downloaded and installed the 64 bit Version of dbstudio.
I downloaded and ran the following .exe file: maxdb-studio-win-64bit-x86_64-7_9_08_09.exe
I am running the following Java-Version:
Java Plug-in 1.6.0_45
Using JRE version 1.6.0_45-b06 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
I myself am not a SAP customer. However, the Company I am working for is a SAP customer.
Can you explain in Detail, how to create a ticket with SAP?

Having horrible service with 4GLTE I have had 3G for several weeks (I am not the only person I know having this problem), I have reset my network settings and it did not resolve the issue. I am also unable to send SMS and text messages without them either failing or not sending at all. Is there an outage in the Cleveland, Ohio area (zip codes 44129, 44134, 44137) or anything else I can do to resolve this issue?
Not that I'm a Verizon employee, but I have experience in the field. An LTE tower will only extend up to, on a perfect day, with no elevation, 6-7 miles. On a typical day, you will be lucky at four (4) miles. The three ZIP codes you've given are all within about a 12 mile radius. That would mean that 2-3 towers are currently down at the same time, and Verizon would know about it within the hour. Being it's Cleveland, I'm sure they would receive numerous calls regarding an outage of that size.
My point is that if you're having issues in all three ZIP codes, chances are it's a phone issue. If you're handset is simply not receiving LTE, but still receiving 3G, that would signify a SIM card issue. You need to get your SIM card replaced. -
i have an iphone 4 and my internet has not worked for a good 10 months, why wont it work? My dad pays for my data plan, so its not that i dont pay the bill. I've even tried to rest my net work settings, and that did not work. I went to AT&T and they said that the only way to fix it was to buy a new phone, and im not going to buy a new phone with out my upgrade. someone, please help!

My old nternet account was cancelled and with it my emails. I updated my apple id and password in all my devices (ipad, iphone, imac, except for my moms iphone. I am trying to log out from my old account and set her up with her own apple ID and iCloud etc but it does not let me log out. I have a notebook with all my passwords in it so I know for a fact the password for the old ID/ email is correct yet a window keeps popping up that it is incorrect. I have spent hours reading and trying to fix it myself and nothing is working, same window keeps popping up. Any ideas on what to do? Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you did a good job editing your Apple ID and primary email address, but you didn’t sign out of iCloud on your iOS device before hand. What you may need to do in this situation is go back to the Apple ID website and edit your Apple ID and primary email address back to the email address that is signed in with iCloud (there is no need to verify the account after editing it back to the old account, just changing it back is enough). Once your Apple ID is back to the original account, delete the iCloud account from the iOS device and be sure to keep all info on the device when prompted. After you delete the iCloud account, go back to the website and edit your Apple ID and primary email address back to the new address. Once it is back to the account you would like, you can sign into the iCloud on the iOS device with that new account and merge all of the data when prompted. Please use the following article as a reference.

If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap “Keep on My [Device]” or “Delete from My [Device].” In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.

Every time I open Firefox I can't get beyond the first page. No connection to internet. It just says "connecting" and hangs. I create a new profile and delete the old one and I can start firefox and get to the internet, but when I shut the system down, the next time it will not go beyond the first opening page and the "parent.lock" file is present in my profile folder.

I do not know why today my IPOD run out of battery and when I get home and place it to charge, It never came back to life, he is dead. I do not know how to start it.

I am trying to open my iTunes on a Windows XP laptop and get the error message 42404 "iTunes application could not be opened. Please repair or reinstall QuickTime". I did that and it did not help. Any ideas?

I was running Foxfire 3.6.9 and wanted to use FTP Program add-on and it did not appear to load but appeared but then would be installed but not run or appear under tools. So I deleted Foxfire 3.6.9 and down loaded to 3.5.9 so it could get FTP and it is doing the same could not install. Even after I registered my copy. The last time I used this program it showed up under tools and worked great. any suggestions on whats going on and how I can get around this?.by ralphd3g
Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox [[Profiles|profile folder]] to reset the extensions registry.

If you see disabled extensions that are not compatible on the next start in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the "Find Updates" button to do a compatibility check.
