Datasources for CRM Workforce Management

Hello Dear Experts,
I am trying to activate the Datasources from the business content for CRM Workforce Management (0CRM_WFM) but the extractions do not work : I have the message "Datasource not supported by the extraction program.
Has anyone already worked with that content? And do you know if there is some customizing in CRM or WFM to activate correctly the datasources?
The help and forums are not very rich for that domain : does anyone have some docs?

    with 0CRM_BP_SAL staging
    ORGUNIG Master Data
    Sales Org - 201 has
    Sales Group - 301
    Sales Office - 401
    District - 501
    Sales Group - 302
    Sales Office - 402
    District - 502
    and more with 0ORGUNIT
    How will i be able to derive navigational attribute for the combination
    BP - 101
    Level 1 NAV for BP 101
    Sales Org - 201
    Level 2 NAV for Sales Org 201
    Sales Group - 302
    Sales Office - 402
    District - 502
    Please light me up some ideas.
    From my understanding there is some BP-Sales Org detail link table.

    I have a list of standard CRM Tables.
    But i need of the Standard Datasource's based on those standard Tables.
    The Standard Tables are---
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H
    CRMD_ORDER_INDEX
    BUT000
    BUT100
    ADRC
    ADR2
    CDBD_ADRC
    SMOADRC
    Could anyone please help me in this.

    Addresses are stored in the table SMOADRC...I did'nt find any standard datasource using this table......
    Roles of Business Partner can be obtained from the table BUT100. .............datasources are 0CRM_IND_SECTOR_HIER for hierarchy,0CRM_BP_ID_TYPE_TEXT for text.....

    The infosources facilitates the dataload to the ODS 0CRM_COH and 0CRM_COI respectively.
    0CRM_COI is designed for delta update AIMD (After images with deletion flag via delta queue) with the DataSource CRM Service Order Items: Actual Costs Using Delta Extraction (0CRM_SRV_C_ITEM).
    0CRM_COH is designed for delta update AIMD (After images with deletion flag via delta queue) with the DataSource CRM Service Orders: Actual Costs Using Delta Extraction(0CRM_SERVICE_COSTS).

  • Delta not working for a Z Datasource for CRM Services

    Hi Experts,
    I have created an exact replica of the standard CRM Service Datasource 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I and named it as ZCRM_SRV_PROCESS_I by adding a field and populating it using a BADI.
    I have initalized this datasource from BI for delta.
    Now when I create  or change a service order, the delta does not get picked up.
    I checked RSA7 and the ZCRM_SRV_PROCESS_I is active.
    Have I missed anything?
    In my hey days (about 3-4 years back) we use to set up the population (schedule) of the delta queue by V3 update using the cockpit (i think LBWQ).
    In CRM are there any other ways?
    Please help?

    Hi Pramod,
    SMQ1 will only show an entry, when there are available data for the delta queue, i.e. someone has made a change or added new data.So checking RSA7 and SMQ1 will give the same result, if RSA7 shows more than 0 entries.
    The problem may be the init. What init did you do: an init with data, or an init without data, or an init with a filter. Experience with our CRM system tells me, best way to initialize any CRM data is to do a full data init (without filter) or a init without data (without filter). I wonder about the FULL load you mentioned ? When did you do it ?

    Hi Harshit,
    I need to enhance the Membership Search. I need to add my own attributes in the Search criteria and put it in the Result (Enhancement of Search & Result). This data is in a different table and needs to be put in as a search criteria.
    I checked the std. search, even the  tables are defined in the framework with the join condition and i am not sure how i can put my table, since my table do not have any common field with the Std table.
    I will be calling my own FM and retrieving the respective field data. Any idea how this can be achieved?

    You can try your luck, by checking the requests filtered by dates if you know, and analyze it. If the person is not smart enough, you can get your hands on if the request is not deleted.
    Not sure but you can try SLG1.

    Hi friends,
    I want to pull Service Process Information from CRM. Which data source will provide this information?
    Also under Business Transaction Service Process there are many sub categories like Service Order, Service Ticket….
    Is there a single data source which provides all of these sub-types under Service Process or there are different ones.
    I referred help sap and best practices but was not able to make out. Please advice..

    There was addon toll called SAP Multiresource Scheduling, with an integration to HR, and with graphical interface to allocate or process resources. just google it with MRS tool.
