Date 00.00.0000 is not convertible

While preparing a Purchase Order thru T.Code ME21N in our Quality Server, system is giving an error 'The date 00.00.0000 is not convertible (pl correct).
We have checked all the date fields while preparing a purchase order and find that it is filled.
Can u pl help us in analysing why the error is coming.

when I execute a smartform directly in the transaction smartforms.,the result can be seen just no data.
when I execute program to transfer two internal tables from interface with data to the smartforms,and I use tcode st22,
the error is : Data objects in a Unicode program are not convertible.
the error analysis; The statement
"MOVE src TO dst"
requires the operands "dst" and "src" to be comvertible.
the source code that error occurs is :LOOP AT I_SHIP_DETAIL INTO WA_DETAIL .
and I know that the internal table have errors ,I defined the internal table refer to a structure created myself,and I set break-point in the smartforms ,can see the data in the internal table ,so why occurs such errors ,pls help me if you know .thank you in advance.

SYST: Date 00.00.0000 not expected - error while running DTP.

I had a red alert in a process chain , the message showed TRASFORMATION IS INACTIVE , When I tried after activating DTP manually again gives the same error, atlast I ran the ACTIVE ALL routine again it shows the same message . It also shows SYST: Date 00.00.0000 not expected error.
Can anyone please help me in this issue?

This error message is typically associated with trying to populate a field that references 0DATE incorrectly. Check that all of your update routines are syntactically correct and that the data in your source is populated correctly too.
You should be able to see at which line of the generated transformation program that is failing by looking at any short dumps in ST22 or checking the job log in SM37. Place a breakpoint before this point and run through the load in debug mode to analyse if it is a specific data record or it is the update logic that is causing the error.

and i find many people have met the same thing. But they are spartan series FPGA and i try to low the Resistances of Mode pins,M0 M1 and M2, but the problem does not been solved.
I have read the status Registers and find there is an over-temperature state
and in Impact i could not readback the registers. It is strange.
I am anxious about this problem and have not solved it yet

It seems that you have selected the correct mode, assuming your jumpers are set as required in the ML605 Hardware User's Guide. See table 1-27, table 1-33 and the note below it about switch S1.
I'm not that familiar with the details of this reference design, but it may be that the slave SelectMap circuitry requires a reset or power cycle to actually configure the FPGA. Have you tried power-cycling to see if the FPGA boots from the flash?
I'd also suggest that you select the V6 in the JTAG chain view, then go to the debug menu of Impact and select Read Device Status (this is from memory, but it's something like that). That will not only show the bits of the configuration status register, but also describe what each bit means. Among other things you can check the state of the FPGA's configuration logic and the Mode pins.

Unicode type not convertible

Need some help in modifying the code ... I am working on a mass download of data into a texr file from the tables. Few of these tables have fields in decimal or currency and I need to read them into character string. I know the structure of the internal table I read the data into has to exactly match the table structure in Unicode environment. How to add that in the code when I am pulling the tables dynamically and reading their data in a sequential manner. Hence I am getting the above error.

Screen 0000 Does not exist

Hello,
I have a short dump cause the the error "Screen 0000 Does not exist".
When I click on the Identification tab in txn BP for most BP roles I do not get this error.
However when I select this tab for the role on Bill-to Party (CRM004) I get this short dump.
I have checked BUS5 and when I highlight the screen BUP060 and click simulation I can see a screen $00000. I am not sure if this is the problem becasue all other roles access this BDT config. and don't have the error.
Can anyone suggest any other avenues I can try to resolve this problem?

I have reset to SAP standard in our test system, which has sorted out this problem.
Those whole config. thing of VCT and field groupings seems abit 'flaky' and doesn't inspire me with confidence.
Is there a rule to creating transports for this type of work because I seem to be transporting data and two fields of the same are appearing in one client but not in the config. client?

This is occuring only in Prod, i have tested the same in Dev & QA but i didn't get this error.
here the R/3 field ANZVERTR of type DEC length 6 is assigned to infoobject 0UCCNTRCNT of type DEC length 17 ( data element /BI0/OIUCCNTRCNT).
i dont think its a problem right coz the infoobject has same type and larger size.
i have another 3 fileds with the same problem.
Is it a problem in BW or probelm in data being uploaded from R/3 side. coz the hasn't received in BW yet. the error says " The field content could not be transferred into the typed transfer structure"
Even i have PSA in parallel but data hasnt even came to PSA.
when i check job overview in R/3 i saw a msg " Function module /BI0/QI0UC_SALES_STATS_020001 does not exist"
when i checked this FM with other guy( coz i dont have access) it is there and is active.

That filed is a keyfigure coming from standard datasource 0uc_sales_stats_02 it uses various different tables, iam not able to figure out where is it comin from.
Is it sure that the problem is in R/3 side???
if it is a problem in BW at least that data should have come through to PSA right??
keyfigures coming from std. datasources goes through various extraction programs, its not field to field mapping from R/3 to BW in case of key figures i guess. correct me if im wrong.

'Get All New Data Request by Request' option not working Between DSO n Cube

Could anyone please tell me why the option ' Get one Request only' and 'Get All New Data Request by Request' is not working in DTP between Standard DSO and InfoCube.
Scenario:
I have done the data load by Yearwise say FY 2000 to FY 2009 in Infopackage and load it to Write-optimised DSO (10 requests) and again load Request by request to Standard DSO and activate each request. I have selected the option in DTP's to 'Get All New Data Request by Request' and its working fine between WDSO and SDSO. But not working between Cube and SDSO. While Execute DTP its taking as a single request from SDSO to Cube.( 10 request to single request).

How does your DTP setting looks like from below options ? It should be change log, assuming you are not deleting change log data.
Delta Init. Extraction from...
- Active Table (with archive)
- Active Table (without archive)
- Archive ( full extraction only)
- Change Log
Also if you want to enable deltas, please do not delete change log. That could create issue while further update from DSO.

I just got a Lacie 512mb disk, and thought it would be ideal for running my iTunes library off of. Got the disk, ran it through its paces, hooked it up to my Mac mini, and I can't seem to copy hardly any files over. Here's one error (but you can replace "iTunes Library" with any song and it's the same thing)...
'The Finder cannot complete the operation because some data in "iTunes Library" could not be read or written. (Error code -36).'
So, I think there's disk or file damage, etc. I boot off an external and run Disk Utility, DiskWarrior and TechToolPro against it - everything checks out fine.
But I can't copy files from the mini's internal to my external Repair Boot disk or the Lacie 512. Always that same -36.
So, at first I think it's the mini, then I think it's the Lacie, because it's new, so I reformat it: same issue. And that coupled with it won't copy to my Repair Boot, makes me think the mini again.
But, I've got a g1 iPod mini hooked up (formatted in hfsj+), and I can copy this file to the iPod mini, but no where else. I not sure what this makes me think.
And, I can duplicate the file on the Mac mini. In fact, if it's a song file that won't copy (none of them will), I can play it just fine.

I experienced a problem in a familiar way.
After a recording session I tried to copy the complete folder with session and sound files to another disk (original and target disk both LaCie d2 250 FW800).
Somehow the proces stopped prompting an -36 error over some files.
When I look up these files in the Finder, it seems to have an iTunes audio-file icon instead of a ProTools audio-file icon (and so other standard app to open with). All the other files will copy fine. The files will play with quicktime in the preview window.
Any-one a solution?
Almost seems like some kind of copy protection, like implied earlier in this thread. I hope it's not. These are the originals...

When we are running the Payroll Run for a period the data for bank details is not reaching correctly in BT table.
Infact the Bank key is coming wrong in BT table this is causing wrong Bank Name getting printed on the Renumeration slip.

Please note that the fields 'Data carrier' & 'Application field' are visible only if no document type is entered.
Suppose you enter a document type and press ENTER then these fields disappear. This is because the field 'Application' was designed when only the storage is archive, vault or SAP-SYSTEM was possible and the number of added originals was limited.
Currently DMS allows storage of originals on Content Server and there is no limit on the number of added originals, the system behavior was changed due to performance reasons. To avoid performance problems if you search for a document with a lot of originals attached this field gets invisible if you enter a document type which uses the KPRO storage.

How do I get rid of the dates and times on my Notes that appeared when I updated to 8?

Yes, it's seems like a poor design decision.
By putting the date on the line below the Note title in the Notes Index, the app shows half the number of notes per page AND if you have a large number of notes, it takes twice as long to stroll down.
I doubt the designer actually uses the app.
