Date Created, Date Modified for contacts

Is there a way to determine the date a contact was added or modified? I would think this field would be there somewhere, but I cannot find it, or add it for that matter. Because both my husband and I sync our addess books through the same mobile.me account, we have ended up with many non-exact duplicates. I would like to determine which ones are the most recent versions. Thanks.

In the Address Book display, each card that has been updated since you began to operate the current version of the application has the date of when last updated. I think this began anew with the version of AB that came with Leopard, and has carried over into that in Snow Leopard.
For example, there are addresses in the AB on my G4 running Tiger that have a date updated that has disappeared in Leopard and SL.
Do a find duplicate and check this date. Where no date, the entry pre-dates 10.5.x, in my analysis of the matter.

  • IPTC Date Created only imports for October

I'm creating JPEGS with only IPTC and EXIF data in and the field 2:55 Date Created only seems to appear in the File Info / Origin / Date Created in CS4 if the date is set to october??
Manually editing the jpeg file, for example 20081007 works but 20080907 fails, even if I change the remaining EXIF and IPTC date fields to match
I dont suppose anyone has any ideas as this is driving me nuts!
    Thanks
    Derek

No, that changes the Date on the EXIF panel, in my case the date the scans were made. I want that date to stand and the IPTC Date Created date changed.
Probably doesn't matter anyway, since I have just discovered that changes I make in Aperture IPTC metadata cannot be written to the master copy. At least not for TIFF files. Strangely, it does seem to work for jpgs.
Too bad. I liked some Aperture features.

  • Date modified/Date Created/Date Added(timestamp) - not showing the actual date?

In finder, none of the date info seems to be accurate.
By example, I just downloaded a new app from a website (onyx in this case), todays date is Nov 13th and when I install the new app (i.e. drag and drop into Apps folders) in finder the Date modified says Nov. 1st, Date created says October 31. Should one of these columns not reflect the true date that the app actually got onto my mac? I understand that one of these clumns probably relfects the info contained within the downloaded app, but surely one column can tell me that I installed this app on November 13! The "Last opened" columns is the only "accurate" date column I have. (as I write this however, i've noticed that the 'Date Added column does say "Today").
I gues my question is what columne reflect what the file itself has imbedded in it, and what relfects the actions i've done (I.e. installed the app on Nov 13)
Any help would be very much appreciated. Note sure if this is somehting more worrisome or not, but i've had it for a while with no major issues other than frsutration of not understanding this. i'm on 10.7.2

The Date Modified column for the Applications folder itself will reflect the actual installation date. The others aren't supposed to.

  • Date Created, Date Modified format

    Hello.
I have set several database fields as Autogenerated with Date Created or Date Modified option in Designer 9i. TAPI generated populate the field with time value missing - only the date (e.g. '06.06.2002'). I want the field to contain time as well (e.g. '06.06.2002 11:23:34'). What Designer option to find? Thanks.
    Ivan Virag

This is a preference setting, and the default is to use date only - no time value. To change the preference in the Design Editor, do this.
Select Options from the menu at the top of the screen.
Select Generator Options from the dropdown menu.
Select General... from the next level menu.
On the General Generator Options there is a checkbox labeled: Record Time On Change History Columns.
Check this box, press the OK button, and re-generate the TAPI. You'll see the TRUNC(SYSDATE) in the generated code for maintaining your Date Created and Date Modified columns has changed to just SYSDATE.
Unfortunately, this changes it for any application you generate - that is fine with me, but your requirements may vary.

  • Droplets have wrong date created and modified info

When I create a droplet in compressor 3, the created date is 6/22/07 and the modified date is 6/19/2008. Not a disaster, just wondering if anyone else is seeing this and if it's a symptom of some problem lurking in the wings.

If your operating system is Unix then it will store the file with date modified.
And your file adapter will take Modified date only.

  • Premiere Pro CS6 doesn't import 'Date Created' data

I have researched this thoroughly in Adobe and public forums without seeing a similar discussion. I have a folder of .mts clips shot in AVCHD on a Sony HXR-MC2000. I can import or drag-and-drop clips and they come into my seq just fine -- evidently a recent update I installed addressed the problem of no audio importing with the clip, so many thanx, Adobe!  But for the life of me, I cannot get the 'Date Created' info to come over with the clip. I do have that box checked in the PP6 panel, but no such data imports.
Any ideas?  I'm running CS6 6.0.1 on an iMac running Mountain Lion OS X 10.8.1

I don't do it because the metadata really contains nothing useful with the GH2 (for example it doesn't have timecode), so it just massively clutters up my Explorer thumbnail views which I frequently use to manage the files.  That's the issue for me, not storage space.  ie. I like to see all the video thumbnails for a particular shooting date grouped together in the same folder - I don't want to keep having to traverse the annoying AVCHD folder structures to find my files.
On top of that Panny's utility doesn't preserve the entire structure, but rather seems to convert the metadata to its own filetypes.  The only reason I use it is that it automatically creates folders based on the shooting date of each clip (and stills), which is how I like to organise my files.
In the end, MTS is also just a video file, and the filesystem already has Date Created and Date Modified times.  So PPro should use those in cases like this (as it presumably does with any other filetype that doesn't have this metadata).
I'll report it as a bug.

  • HELP! "Image Date" = "Created Date" + 12 hrs Why?

Over Christmas and New Year's Eve, I took a number of images with a Kodak C663 digital camera. I am quite pleased with the camera, however, when I import the images, some of the images have Image Dates 12 hours later than the creation date.
    i.e.
Image Date: 12/31/2006 12:15:50 AM MST (CA)
Created Date: 12/30/2006 12:15:50 PM MST (CA)
The error in the Image date does not occur on all images, and the date on the camera was not change during that period. Quite perplexing.
Is there a way to correct the actual Image Date so that I can have the correct information in Aperture. I understand Timeature will change the date in Aperture Database, but I do not want that. I want to correct the actual data in the image file.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    TIA
    * BTW - I can easily correct the image date in iPhoto, and the change does seem to carry over when I import the iPhoto Rolls to Aperture. So, as a workaround, if the image date is know to be wrong, importing into iPhoto and then into Aperture, may be a kludgy way to correct an images date.
Dual G5 2.5 GHz Dual Core, 2.5 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD   Mac OS X (10.4.7)   iLife 06, Final Cut Studio

As mentioned, previously, I am going with the iPhoto re-dating ability to resolve problems with Creation date. It seems to be the most reliable as I can address each photo's time shift.

  • WITH_ITEM table data created without taxcode for cleared credit memos

    Hi SAP experts,
We are trying to update tax withholding information for credit memos which are already cleared using program RFWT0020.
But this is not returning any information. When i debug the program i found out that in table WITH_ITEM,
already entry exists for same document number but tax code is blank and all the other fields are also blank.
This document number belongs to previous fiscal year.
Can you please let me know why WITH_ITEM table is updated with blank values and is there  any way to update the table with correct
    taxwitholding data.
    Thanks in advance,
    Greeshma.

    Hi Greeshma,
In your case the problem happened because of Withholding Tax code not yet selected while posting the document or manually tax code has been deleted while posting the document or Withholding tax code has not been assigned to Vendor master.
Since the Percentage maintains at Withholding tax code level until unless WHT code is not selected it will not consider Withholding tax.
You can see the same thing in the Table WITH_ITEM. For problem related documents you can't find Withholding tax code in the table WITH_ITEM.
Even though automatic posted GL Account (withholding tax GL Account) also you can't find in the document level (FB03).
The same document number should not be there in the transaction code J1INMIS also.
For  Tax codes/type deleted in the Vendor master errors we can resolve the errors where as the above said problems it is not possible to update the With holding tax amount.
Hence, it is not possible to bring the values.
Please reverse the documents and post again with proper inputs.
    Thanks

  • Create target group for contacts does not work

    Hi Experts,
I am working on a Markting solution for a University with CRM 5.0.
We need to contact certain Teachers in Schools (they have an orientation function for pupils that might study in the University in the future).
I can segment for schools in Segmentbuilder. Now, I need to generate "new target group from contact". In my case the contact person of the school is the Teacher (function type is contact person). This does not work.
Am I missing some parametrization, or is there a relation to sales area (wich we do not have).
Hoping for your help. I will regard points generously.
    cristina

    Hi Cristina,
I understand Schools are crated as Org and Teacher as Persons. There exist a Relationship between these similar to Contact Person (BUR001).
    Now, Follow the process
    1) Create a Data Source in CRMD_MKTDS.
    2) Assign an Infoset Query, as per your scenario.
    3) Assign Function Module "CRM_MKTTG_PF_BP_TAB_TO_CP" to data source
    4) Save, and then create an Attribute List.
Go to Segment Builder and create target group based on above Attribute List.
You'll get a list of all the contact persons. For your case, Teachers.
    Hope this helps......
    Regards,
    Vikas
PS: This will only work if Schools - Org, Teacher = Person and Relationship = BUR001. If you have other criterias please copy Function Module "CRM_MKTTG_PF_BP_TAB_TO_CP" and edit it as per your business case. Then assign this FM in Data Source.

  • Invoice Date, Create Date, and Due Date

I have a customer who is entering invoices normally like any customer would.  They will have a few that will sit on someone's desk for a couple of days before it gets entered into the system.  As an example the invoice date is 2/6/2015.  The created one date is 2/13/2015.  The due date is 3/15/2015.  The terms for the supplier are 1/10 net 30 but the system appears to be using the created on date to drive the terms not the invoice date.
Is this the system behavior?  Have I gotten a configuration set up incorrectly?

    Hello Schneck,
Kindly find the below image steps, of configuration the "Supplier Payment Terms calculated based on Invoice Date"

  • Bridge CS6 occasionally displaying wrong 'Date Created' for .NEF's

I noticed this problem only recently, and this the third time it happens (that I know of).
Sometimes my Bridge puts a wrong Date Created (not Date File Created or Date File Modified) on a NEF RAW file, whilst the next one (taken perhaps just a few seconds or a minute later) has the proper date. Strangely the Date File Created & Modified do show the proper creation date.
    Example to clarify:
Metadata viewed on my D90 itself
    Photo 1 taken on: 30/09/2013, 9:03:26 PM (DD-MM-YYYY)
    Photo 2: 30/09/2013, 9:07:52 PM

    Photo 5: 30/09/2013, 9:08:54 PM
    Photo 6: 30/09/2013, 9:09:34 PM
    viewing in bridge:
    Photo 1: Date Created: 30/09/2013, 9:03:26 PM
Date File Created: 30/09/2013, 9:03:26 PM

Date File Modified: 30/09/2013, 9:08:54 PM
    Photo 6: Date Created: 04/09/2013, 10:15:06 AM
Date File Created: 30/09/2013, 9:09:34 PM
Date File Modified: 30/09/2013, 9:09:34 PM
As you can see, it's not a 'stable' deviation.
I could live with it, apart from one problem: the batch rename function only has 'Date Created' as option for renaming with date.
It's also quite annoying for my photography study, since my teachers might get confused by the wrong date in the Metadata when I turn my photo in.
I tried compacting the cache whilst my camera's SD card wasn't connected (so the files aren't 'available' anymore), no difference.
Another thing I tried was to hook my SD card up on a different computer, same result.
So it might be my SD card, but that doesn't explain why the correct date is shown on my D90 itself, though.
If anybody here has an idea how to fix / avoid this problem, help is much appreciated.
    Greetings,
    Alex

I have never inserted the 8GB card in the D3000 before just a minute ago.
And I just took 7 rapid photo's of my previous post (~1s interval)
All 7 displayed actual date in my camera, the first 4 displayed a wrong date in bridge (24/09/2013, times; 2:12:16PM, 2:12:20PM, 3:09:24PM and 3:10:26PM). Last 3 displayed proper time in bridge.
So yea, I'm pretty sure something is wrong. I'll try formatting the SD card (as suggested before) but however you look at it, this doesn't add up.
    edit:
Well I figured out one thing: if I view the photo's directly on my SD card through bridge, it shows the same date for Date Created, Date File Created and Date File Modified.
Quite logical, to be honest, since I am viewing the date the file was created on the camera.
However, if I export photo's with Adobe Photo Downloader (or whatever it's called again), it displays the date those copies were created (by Date File Created). Date File Modified is still ~the same as Date Created since it hasn't been modified since the original creation.
    edit2:
The formatting seems to have solved the issue, for now anyway. Still have no clue why the SD card got such (occasional) cases of drunkness.

I have made a burn folder with photos exported from I-photo.  It now shows in information, that the date  created and modified is different from the original digitized date.  How can I get the original date to show in the info from Finder?

The Finder reports File information. The date and time of the photo are in the Photo's Exif metadata. The Finder has no awareness of this. All photos apps on any system do.

  • P2 ingested footage with wrong date created metadata

Hello, we're trying to standarize all of the media for our systems. Part of this includes ingesting P2 footage using Prelude and encoding it as DVCHDPro quicktime files. I know that the recommended method that adobe gives for ingesting P2 footage is to keep the file structure in tact and use the media browser function of Premiere; this, however, doesn't suit our company's needs of maintaining a relativaly NLE-agnostic media library and having quicktime compatiable discrete video clips of all our media. We're using Mac OSX operating systems, by the way.
The problem is that, when using Prelude to ingest, it seems that Prelude obliterates the "date created" metadata and file data (e.g. when selecting the "get info" on the clip itself; that file data). After ingesting a clip, if I open it in Premiere, there is no date-based metadata that matches the original record time on the .mxf file itself. Nor when I view the clip in OSX's "get info" does the "date created" panel reflect the date that the original file was created. It seems that it should be possible to write the original "date created" data to the ingested file (in the ingest panel in Prelude I can see the correct "date created" time); FCPX is able to do this when ingesting P2 media using their systems. Is there an option that I'm missing or is this simply not possible with this version of Prelude?
To illustrate: here's a screencap of the ingest panel in prelude, notice the "date created" column reads 2013-06-28T11:43:05; which is the correct record date of that clip:
However, after I ingest the clip, both within Premiere and the "get info" panel in OSX, the "date created" now refers only to my import time:

Thanks both for your responses. I checked the .mxf file "date created" and it is indeed empty (see picture).
The "date modified time" however, is correct. I do understand that when dragging media directly from the media browser in premiere that the metadata displays correctly; what I think should also happen is that when the footage is ingested and transcoded via Prelude, it should also display correct metadata. As shown in my pictures above, prelude does indeed see the correct "date created" (wherever it gets that information); it just obliterates it after it transcodes the clip; it's not available either in the "get info data" (which, somehow, FCPX does do when importing P2 media through their system) nor (most strangely) in premiere. Any settings or changes that could be made to address this would be appreciated.
