Hi Suyash.
There are many possible reasons, most of which are listed in note
333386 Availability date different in APO and R/3
Please, check if the items in the note help you determine the reason for the difference.

  • Delivery date sales order / purchase requisition

    Hello,
I am trying to create a sales order. In my case, the sales order has got two lines for schedule lines:
    -delivery date: 24.03.2009
-delivery date: 06.04.2009. This line is the one confirmed. This is because on the material master record the field "planned delivery time" (MARC-PLIFZ) is equal to 13 days
When saving thi sales order, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition with the delivery date confirmed.
But if planned delivery is equal to blank and we use other lead times like, GR processing time (MARC-WEBAZ) or total replanishment lead time (MARC-WZEIT), the sales order doesn´t take into account these two lead times, I mean the sales order is created with delivery date 24.03.2009 and also the purchase requisition.
Does anybody know what I have to do in order to take into account one of these two lead tiemes when creating the sales order?
    Best regards

Thanks, but there is not way to maintain it automatically with lead times from material master apart from the "planned delivery time" (MARC-PLIFZ)??? Thanks a lot.

  • Getting date changes in Purchase Requisition

    Hi all,
Does anybody know how to find the date of change status in purchase requisition (transaction ME53N, menu "Environment/Item changes") ?
Maybe the solution is in the "change document", but I don't know how to find this.
    Thanks for your help,
    BT

    Hi,
U can find the changes done in 2 table:cdhdr, cdpos.
In CDPOS table, 1)give tabname as table name ie. eban in your case,
                             2)give objectclas as 'BANF',
                             3)object id - pr no
                             4)fname- field name
you wil get the change details-item level.
    As for header,
In CDHDR ,give 1)give objectclas as 'BANF',
                            2)object id - pr no
3)USERNAME- User who changed it(if known)
                            4)UDATE -Change Date
you wil get the change details-HEADER
    Hope this solves your proble,

  • Delivery date mandatory in Purchase requisition .

    Hi all,
I want to make the delivery date mandatory in the purchase Requisition and currently the current date is defaulted there , i want that nothing should be there initially.
    Please provide the configuration setting.
    Regards,
    Kapil.

    Hi,
U can make the delivery date field as mandatory in PR , by setting delivery date field as required entry in PR sscreen layout in customization.
Go to SPRO- MM - Purchasing - PR- Define screen layout at doc level - ME51N - Deadline monitoring - Delivery date ( Make this field as reqd entry ) and save it.
And regarding ur second question the default date should be blank, the date gets calculated here based on the planned del time maintained in materila master in MRP2 view.
So if the date showing is todays date when u r creating PR today means, the planned delivery time maintained in MMR is zero days.

    Hi,
I dont think, if there is any such configuration for this.

  • Quantities/Dates and Status tab in purchase requisition is not working

Help!!! In the Quantities/Dates tab of Purchase Requisition is not updating the Quantity Ordered field if a Scheduling Agreement was created, no matter if have a Delivery Schedule or Goods Receipt, and in the Status tab is not updating the Ordered field.

Ok, but you can create a Scheduling agreement whit reference a PR and the PR show in the Status tab the number of Scheduling agreement created and the total quantity ordered to date, but is not showing the data, and in the Quantities/dates tab of PR __is not showing the Quantity Ordered too_, that is the problem, however that is not happened if you create a PO.

  • Delivery Date in Purchase Requisition

    Hello all,
This could be a kind of familiar post but i need a clear cut advice on this particular aspect.
Delivery date in a purchase requisition is calculated based on PDT in material or purchasing info record. Date proposed would exclude the non working days as setup in the factory calendar. This is what my understanding with regards to the subject.
    let's take this case.
#1. PR was created on 20th June so as per the Planned delivery time, delivery date should have calculated to 8th of august. But it's 30.07.2014
    #2. Planning calendar:
Note: I do see an exception of 30 and rescheduling date is set to current date in the MD04 screen.
Procurement proposal was triggered for a customer requirement (created on 19.06.2014) with requirement date : 24.06.2014.
    Please do help out.
    Regards,
    Rahul

    Hi Rahul
Take a look on the following link, where the scheduling for external procurement is described:
    http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_06/helpdata/en/f4/7d29f344af11d182b40000e829fbfe/content.htm?frameset=/en/f4/7d29e644af1…
As explained here, the delivery date is firstly calculated to match the requirement date minus the goods receipt processing time. After that, the release date is calculated using the planned delivery time and the purchase processing time (defined on customizing). If you don't allow the start in the past on customizing, system switches to forward scheduling and the following procedure is used to schedule the order:

  • Release strategy for purchase requisition does not kick in

    Hi Gurus!
I've been struggling with this issue for some weeks now.
I have set up the release strategy configuration for purchase requisitions with classifications.
However, if I create a purchase requisition the release functionality is not taken into account by the system.
See below some more information regarding my configuration:
    1. I've created a new characteristic "REL_PR_GROUP". Status: released, Multiple values, Number of Chars 3, 7 values (TR1, TR2, TR3....TR7), Table name: CEBAN, Field name: EKGRP, Procedure for value assignment set to not ready for input.
    2. I've created a new class: "REL_PR_ANPC". Class type 032, Status: released, Same classification: do not check, Char: "REL_PR_GROUP"
    3. I have one release group "T1", Rel. object 1, OverReqRel is marked, Class: "REL_PR_ANPC"
    4. I have 5 release codes. Grp: T1, Code: 01....05
    5. I have 2 release indicators:
"R = Released", Rel. for ordering is marked, Changeabil: 4, Value chgs. 100,0
    "X = Blocked",  Changeabil: 4, Value chgs. 100,0
    6. I have 1 release strategy:
    "T1 with Grp T1"
    - one release group, 01 Manager
    - release prerequisites not applicable because of only one release group
    - release status, nothing marked = blocked, 01 marked = released
    - classification, purchasing group is TR1 or TR2 or TR3 or TR4 or TR5 or TR6 or TR7
I intentionally kept the configuration as simple as possible so I can try to get it working first.
Now if I create a purchase requisition for an item with release group T1, I would expect the release strategy to be activated. However, this is not the case. I don't see the "release status" tab in the PR, and if I try to relase via ME54 the system says the PR is not relevant for release.
Could you please assist in getting this working?

    Hi,
Have you checked in CL30/CL30N if your release strategy is derived successfully?
See section 3 of Note 365604. A small section of it:
You can use transaction CL30 search for an object using the data
of the purchase requisition/purchase order. Here, it is important
that the object search determines exactly one strategy. If this
is not the case, this indicates that there are overlapping
strategies in the system or that the release strategies in
Customizing do not correspond with those from transaction CL24.
See the previous point. If the object search returns more than
one result, the system subsequently determines an incorrect
release strategy or no release strategy at all.
If it is derived successfully, next, check the user exit EXIT_SAPLEBND_001 as per Note 371667:
The following assignment statement has to exist within activated SAP
    enhancements M06B0002 (include zxm06u13) and M06B0005 (include zxm06u31)
    for purchase requisitions:
         E_CEBAN = I_CEBAN.

  • Creation of Purchase Requisition with MRP - MD02

    Hello,
I have created a sales order using one material with MRP. When I run MRP-transaction MD02 for this material, a purchase requisition is created.
What we want is to block the creation of the purchase requisition when the sales order has delivery block (code 02). I have been trying to use this enhancements; setting break-points in all function modules, but when running MD02 is does not stop there:
MEREQ001      Customers' Own Data in Purchase Requisi
LMDR2001      User exits restr. profiles of opt. pur.ord.-based load bldg
LMDZU001      User exits in additional planning
M61X0001      User exits PP-MRP materials planning
M61X0002      User Exits PP-MRP Material Requirements Planning Evaluation
Do you know a way to do this or also change data in the purchase requisition created with MD02?
    Thanks and regards.

    Dear ,
Are you very particualr to process the Sales Order demand when there is a delivery block ?
To restrict that  one you can do the following steps :
1.Goto Sales Order -VA02-Select the line item -Double Click -Select the Schedule line  tab -Set Sechedule line item categoery as CN instead of CP.If it is CP then it will processed through MRP
2.Change the pricining date and make credit block for sales Order and do not release though VKM3 so it will not be tearted through MRP run  to have PR geneartion
    Hope this is clear

  • How to convert planned order to purchase requisition

    Hi,
We have executed MRP run with the option create purchase requisition as '2' i.e purchase requisitios in the opening period. Now the system has created some planned orders and some purchase requisitons.
Now we want convert the planned orders in to purchase requisitions ,how to convert them in to PR.
We have MD14 and MD15 transaction codes but don't have authorisation.
Will the system automatically convert them to  PR in the next MRP run or we have convert them manullay?
Is it possible to delete the palnned order and re run the MRP with the option of creation indicator as '1' and in this cas whether teh system will consider existing PR(which got created earlier)?
How to delete the palnned order?

    Hi chinni,
You can convert the planned orders to purchase requisitions in MD04. to avoid this check If procurement type for the materials is E then, change it to F. Now Rerun the MRP by selecting planning mode as 3 - Delete and recreate planning data and create purchase requisition as u20181u2019. All planned orders will get deleted and purchase requisitions will be generated.
Try this and revert back for further clarifications.

  • Contract with Purchase Requisition mandatory

    Hi gurus,
pls. I need help to customize during creation of contract, the purchase requisiton as mandatory.
I made the next customizing, but doesn´t work
1 - SAP Customizing Implementation Guide --> Materials Management --> Purchasing --> Contract --> Define Document Types:
Create MK4W with copie to MK and create field selection MK4W with copie to MKK.
Link purchase requisition - document type
2 - SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -->  Materials Management -->  Purchasing -->  Contract --> Define Screen Layout at Document Level:
Create MK4W with copie to MKK, and flaged purchase requisiton as reference data at item level.
The problem is during ME31K, I create a contract without purchase requisition as mandatory, can you tell me if I need to customize something more ? Thanks to show me the path !
    Thanks in advance.

    Dear,
Did you checked the indicator in selection group for "Reference data, item" for Purchase requisition  as " Reqd Entry".
Also while creating Contract, make sure you are selcting  MK4W  Document type in Agreement type field.
    Check and revert.

  • BAPI for assing source of supply for purchase requisitions

    Hi,
can any one let me know if there is any bapi or function module to assing source of supply for purchase requisitions.
    Points will be given
    regards,
    siva prasad.

Define fixed indicator in the source of supply , and set the source list usage of MRP to "1 "
    Below is help from sap:
    ==================================================================
Determining the Source of Supply via the Source List
The system first checks whether a quota arrangement has been maintained for the material, which has a validity period that covers the requirements date of the purchase requisition.
It then checks whether only one entry exists in the source list that is relevant to MRP. The indicator for source list usage must therefore be set for a particular vendor so that purchase requisitions and delivery schedules, which are created during the planning run, are automatically assigned to this vendor. In the case of a delivery schedule, you must also have maintained a scheduling agreement for this entry.
If you have maintained all the entries correctly, the system creates a purchase requisition with the source of supply that is recorded in the source list.

  • WF in purchase requisitions

    Hello
I have installed a workflow for release strategy in purchase requisition. For any error that I havenu2019t found yet, the message for the following release code is missing.
I mean, when a person release a purchase requisition, the following person in the release strategy, do not receive any message.
The only solution that I have found is modify any data in the purchase requisition and when I save, the release strategy is regenerated and then message in send to the following release code.
This solution is very bad, because I need modify a lot of purchase requisition. Someone know a better way to regenerate the message while I found the mistake in the WF?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Create Purchase requisitions directly using PS network or indirectly ME51N

    Hello SAP-PS consultants,
My customer manage big projects that most of the work done by suppliers, contractors and consultants. We use WBS element to define phases in project and for link to budget control in FM (every phase as different budget). We also use activities network to manage the work in the phases. I offer my customer to create Purchase requisitions, as a standard integrated process, using activities. My customer thinks that is more difficult and complicated to create Purchase requisitions directly using PS network. From your experience, is it better to create purchase directly using PS network or indirectly using MM transaction?
    Regards
    Muly Zohar

    Hi Muly,
The decision to go for PR creation from PS or from MM will be based on the customer requirement.
1.If the customer requirement is to have both the cost integration as well as the integration project schedule with the PR , then you create the PR from PS.Any changes in the dates of the network will change the requirement dates of the components and will be transferred to the Purchase requisition. Further more planned cost distribution across the duration of the activity is possible in this approach.
    2. Creating the PR from MM will have only the cost integration with the project. Any changes in the project schedule will not transfer the requirement date to the purchase requisition. You normally go for this where scheduling and procurement are independent of each other.
By clearly explaining these points to your client, I hope they can  make a better choice of which approach to take based on business requirement.

  • Work Order based Purchase Requisition

    Hello,
We currently create purchase requisitions from work orders in our SAP system today. The issue we face is can we add additional lines to these purchase requisitions without updating the work order.
We want to add the new line in the purchase requisition directly from transaction ME52N.

    Hi All,
I have a situation in which i have to populate values for the fields in the 'custom data' tab in Purchase Requisition. But here I am not creating Purchase Requisition, instead when a Work Order(Plant Maintenance related) is created, Purchase Requisition automatically gets created. So, i want an exit which relates Work order with Purchase Requistion so that i could populate values to the fields in the 'Custom data' tab when i save the Work Order.
