Date doesn't show is NOT resolved!!!!!

I cannot get the date to show on my Nokia 6555 cellphone. using the General Profile does not help. When I go to settings then date/time, it shows the correct date along with the time but when I save it and back out, the phone only displays the time. How do I get the date to show up?

As well as the setting to set the date and choose the display format, there is also a show/hide facility in the date and time settings in some S40 phones.
This still does not always display the date on the standby screen (for example, the 6070), so I don't know if all phones have this feature.

  • I was watching a movie and was kicked out.  Now it doesn't show anywhere - not even under purchased movies.  Where is my movie?

I was watching a movie and was kicked out?  The movie does not show under purchased.  I went to settings, itunes, check for rentals and nothing happened.  I have disconnected it to.  Where is my movie?????

    If the reset doesn't work:
    1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
    2. Connect USB cable to computer
    3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
    4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
    5. Release the Home button
    6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
    7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
    8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost.

  • Table data doesn't show up

In SQL-Developer 2.1, when I open a table and click on the Data tab for certain tables, no data shows up. Not for most tables, but only certain named tables. For example, there is a table in my schema called REQUEST_STATUSES. I'm sure that there are public synonyms with the same name for tables in other schemas with the same name. I don't know if this is part of the problem or not. When I run a "select * from..." query, I can see the data, but not in the Data tab.
I would think this is a bug.

Your suspicion is absolutely funded; the structure from the synonym is used for the query rather than the data source.
So until the bug is fixed (probably in the upcoming patch), use ad-hoc queries from the worksheet, synchronize the structures, or remove/redirect the synonym.
    Hope that helps,
    K.

  • Apple Users Data Doesn't Show in PDF Form

    Hello,
We created a form using Acrobat 9.  The form can be filled in and saved so people can email it back to us.
Whenever I receive a form from somebody that is using an Apple, the characters they have typed, don't show up in the boxes unless you click the box where the data should be.  It won't print the data either.
For example, let's say I have part of the form where people type a paragraph.  When they email the form over, it's blank....unless I click the box the data in is, they it shows up.  This only happens with Apples users.
Do you have any thoughts on why this is and how to correct it?
    Thanks!
    Dave

    Hello George,
Thanks for the feedback.  Forgive my naivety but if Apple users are using a 'preview' mode, are they still able to type and save the data then?  I am getting these PDF's back with the data in the fields, but I have to click the box to view it.
Currently, I am doing what you describe in that I have to open a blank document, and copy/paste the info over.
Is there a 'Apple' version I can create for Mac users?  It's strange to think that Mac users can't use the same form....
    Thanks for you input!

  • Places Data doesn't show up in Photos App on iPhone

    Hi everyone,
I recently just imported a bunch of newer pictures from my Aperture library onto my iPhone.  The photos show up fine in the Photos app under Photo Library and Albums, but they do not show up in the 'Places" tab.  I have all the location information in the photos in my Aperture library.
The weird thing is all the older photos I had on my phone from previous syncs show up in the "Places" tab. Am I missing something to get this info to show up on my phone?
    Thanks for your help.

I figured it out if anyone else is having the same issue.  I had to manually kill the photo app and it updated the pictures I just added when I re-opened it.

  • Shared data doesn't show up after connection

I've been having this problem for a while now. Not sure when it began. I can see my shared computers on my home network, but when I connect to any of them, I can't see any information.
It tells me I am connected but nothing appears in the Finder window. For a while I had a mystery connection listed under shared computers, so I monkeyed with Sharing in System Preference and I am wondering if that has caused it.
    Any ideas?

On both iTunes the "look for shared libraries" is checked and it says that the status is on but on both computers neither library shows up.
As noted, make sure you also select *Share my library on my local network* in the Sharing tab in iTunes.
See this -> iTunes: How to Share Your Music
Also, you may need to check that you FireWall is set to allow connections. see this -> iTunes for Windows: Music Sharing With Windows Internet Connection Firewall

  • ITunes says nano is up to date - doesn't show firmware 1.3?

On my 1st generation nano 2GB iTunes shows the iPod as being up to date even though it's running firmware version 1.2. Is there a way in which I can force it to update to 1.3? Many thanks
    HP Pavillion   Windows XP

while the ipod is plugged in, try going "help > check for updates". after the itunes dialog box, you should get one saying that firmware 1.3 is available.
(that's how i got the 1.1 firmware to show up for green eyes ... she's a 2nd gen rather than a 1st, though.)

  • I forgot my security question and when I click a reset to my email link the email doesn't show up not in my spam or junk folder anywhere, any help?

I want to make an in app purchase on a game but it asks for my security question (which I can't remember) I click on can't remember where it takes me to safari on Apple.com where I press send reset security question to my email I click it it says it has sent so I check my inbox and it's not there and it's not on my spam or junk mail. All help appreciated, thanks in advance!

Because Apple sends it to a Rescue Email address that you are supposed to setup or already have. In case of the latter you need to check the rescue email.

  • Metadata conflict: Doesn't show location data

    Hello there,
I imported some pictures to Lightroom and edited them there normally. After closing lightroom I edited the location information via GeoSetter (www.geosetter.de). Looking at the images via ACDSee, I see correctly entered City, Sublocation, Procince, Country Code and Country Name in the IPTC data.
Firing up Lightroom 2, I do not see these metadata changes, location fields are all empty. So I click on Synchronize folder and synchronize Metadata. Lightroom now gives all images a Metadata status of "Has been changed". When I click on "Resolve conflict", the location data still is not shown, but actually the location data is deleted when looking at the image again via GeoSetter (or ACDSee) - basically the Lightroom-state-of-things (no locationdata) has been restored I guess. Ok, moving on.
I go back to GeoSetter and reset the location to where it should be, click on synchronize metadata in Lightroom again and the Metadata status is "up to date" - no "resolve conflict" possible, the problem now is:
The location data is STILL in the IPTC fields, Lightroom doesn't show it though, location fields are empty and stay empty even after synchronizing, or Lightroom deletes it as previously stated.
What is the correct way to edit metadata externally and how to tell Lightroom to resolve the metadata conflict by ACCEPTING the external changes and not reverting to the status quo?
    Sincerely,
    Dennis

    >will this method not revert any prior changes made to the images? (e.g. Crop, Keywords, Local Adjustments).
It will, which as you have already figured out, isn't a good idea.
I don't know anything about Geosetter, but my guess is that it's writing the data back into the original photos. Unfortunately, Lightroom doesn't see these changes when Sync folder command is used because it's looking for a Metadata Change date, which is normally stored in XMP. There is a workaround though.
You haven't mentioned the type of files that you're working with, but I'll assume they're raw. If so the workaround is to use the Lr "Save Metadata to file" command before working on them with the external application (Geosetter). This will create an XMP file for each photo that contains all your existing metadata plus any Develop adjustments. Now you can save the new IPTC back to the files using Geosetter. Once that part is completed you can use the "Read Metadata from file" command knowing that all your original Lr metadata and develop adjustments will be copied back along with the new IPTC info.
Above also works with JPEG and TIFF files

  • My App Store Doesn't Show Any Thing , and not working .

Today I've Noticed that My App Store Application is Not Working , and even I Can't Click On any Tabs ,and all of menu bar items such as sign out, sign in doesn't work . and doesn't Show Loading Status Bar, and doesn't show any message as you see in this picture :
    I've Tried There Solutions:
    Reset PRAM
    Delete App Store Cache Files
Signed Out of Itunes And and signed in again
clear History and web site data in safari
    But Nothing Changed .
(Sorry My English is Not Good at all , But i'll be thankful if you help me )

Test after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.
    Step 1
Sign in to the App Store by selecting Sign In from the Store menu. If you're already signed in, sign out and then sign in again.
    Step 2
Log out or restart the computer.
    Step 3
Remove or disable "LittleSnitch" or any similar third-party software that blocks outgoing network connections according to the developer's instructions.
    Step 4
Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode.)
    Step 5
If possible, connect to a different network and test.
    Step 6
There are reports that resetting the PRAM may solve the problem in some cases. I can't confirm.

  • Profit Center Report doesn't show data

    Dear Experts,
I've posted some data thru FB50 in FI, with different cost center assignment 1201 and 1202.  Both cost centers are assigned to profit centers, YB110 and YB120 respectively in master data.
Then, I tried to run a profit center report, S_ALR_87013326 from Profit Center Accounting (PCA) module but doesn't show any data.
Do I need to do any period-end processing in order to get the data out from PCA report?
By the way, the selection required for plan version, I just keyed in '0'.  Not sure of the number, where to find the plan version as I didn't create any plan before this.
    regards,
    Abraham

    Hi
If you see the screen shot I attached, it has the text "(new)" against the Folder name...
All new gl reports are under such a folder to differentiate... You cant deactivate any reports from the Standard Menu... You can just control it by authrization....
You can also ask your BASIS guy to display only the authorized trans on the user screen so that they are not able to see the std set of transactions

  • ICal doesn't show my calendars, although data clearly sits on my computer

After a system crash, iCal doesn't show my calendars any more. It appears in the same state as when I opened it the very first time, i.e. contains empy "Work" and "Home" calendars.
    Yet,
    ~/Library/Application Support/iCal
contains plenty of data that looks as if it were my calendar's contents, namely in the subdirectory "Sources".
    On the other hand
    ~/Library/Calendars
does not exist. According to some documentation it should've been there.
Luckily, I had only recently synchronized my iPod, and I can still read my calendars from it.
How can I make my calendars re-appear in iCal, either based on the data that are still on my laptop, or from my iPod?? And then, in the future I'll make sure to have a more professional backup. ;-(
MacBook Pro   Mac OS X (10.4.9)

I'm seeing the same thing, and I can't even find where OS X stores calendars on disk anymore...

I did this and now my videos are not working. They show the pictures aren't there on some and on others it shows they are there, but doesn't show them in the player. When I try to Share anything it just says Waiting for Processing for hours. What do I do?
I also got Motion and can't figure out how to use it with Final Cut Pro X. Any help woud be great. Thanks

I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue.
