Date in my application is effected if i change the Region in my system
I have one problem in my applicaiton. I am getting some dates from the server side when i launch my application. But when i changed the date in Region and Language setting in control panel, the date is getting changed. If i want to stop that what do i need to do??
You changed the region on the server, or on the client?
How are you "receiving" the date, and how are you displaying it?

This is a new error. There used to be no problem.Do you have any setting for MP3 in Tools > Options > Applications ?
You usually need the QuickTime plugin to play MP3 files on Windows because that is the only plugin that supports that file extension if there is no MIME type specified to play the file with another plugin like Windows Media Player or RealPlayer. -

It loads Ok w/Explorer. It is a new site being developed so there is no url. My software tech says it is a FF problem

Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.

Data Point Symbol in Line Graph - can you change the size?
I would like to change the Data Point Symbols in line graphs - if not the actual symbol it would be wonderful to be able to change the size of the symbols provided.
At present, if there is a lot of data in the graph, the symbols are too big and crowd one another.
I know that one can reduce the line size but that doesn't change the symbol size.
Help please.If I understand your question, this from the Pages online help may give the answer:
To mark line, area, and scatter charts with data point symbols:
Select the entire chart. You can also select the chart series (the line or area shape) that you want to mark with data point symbols.
Click Inspector in the toolbar, and then click the Chart Inspector button.
Click Series (except for scatter charts).
Choose a symbol from the Data Point Symbol pop-up menu.
Choose one of the following options from the Symbol Fill pop-up menu:
To fill the symbol with the same color as its outline, choose Use Stroke Color.
To fill the symbol with a solid color, choose Color Fill, click the Fill color well, and pick a color.
To fill the symbol with a gradient, choose Gradient Fill and use the gradient controls to set the colors and change the angle of the gradient.
To fill the symbol with an image, choose Image Fill and select the image you want. You can also resize the image by choosing an option from the pop-up menu above the Choose button.

Using DW CS6; when uploading a site DW changes all dates to today;
how can I upload the site whilst preserving existing file-dates?

I do not see this behavior in DWCS4 or DWCC (I assume nothing changed in DWCS6 and then back for DWCC, but I could be wrong).
However, when I upload, I only select the files I have modified after an initial "Upload Entire Site? Yes/No" prompt. If you aren't selecting specific files to upload, and you're overwriting the files on your server with new copies of your entire local site each time, the mod dates would show as the date/time of your upload.
To select only the files that have changed since your last upload...
1. Right click on your local root folder in the Files window under Local View
2. Go to Select > Newer Local from the context menu
3. Wait until DW is done talking to the server, it could take a while, when it's done, all of the files that have a newer mod date locally than their server counterparts will be selected
4. Click the Put (up arrow) button
For me, this process never changes the dates of files that aren't part of the upload. -
All imported files show a date of 12/31/2009; how do I change the date?
Every file I import into iPhoto has the date of 12/31/2009. When I view the file attributes in Finder, the date is different. My iMac date is current so files downloaded, for example, from Safari are saved with a current date. But when I import the files into iPhoto, they have the date of 12/31/2009. Don't reset the PRAM, that's pointless. The date you're seeing seems to be the default set by iPhoto when importing images that have no creation date.

How to change the transmission rate of data flow in producer/ consumer pattern
Hi All
I am new to labview and trying to design a application to transfer image data in different rates, that means I can change the transfer rate in the transmission process. In fact,I refer to the the Queue Basic.vi to achieve this function by Changing the delay value of dequeue and enqueue.The program is divided into three parts:
The first part is the sender in vc used to split and send image data.Data size is 226kb and each time we send a 1kb packet;
The second is labview rate-change part，use producer/ consumer pattern and queue to transfer data;
The third one is the receiver in vc,receive data in sequence and synthetic images.
The entire transfer process is: image data was sent from the sender to producer loop through DLL, then enqueue--dequeue in consumer loop--DLL--receiver.The sleep time in vc sender is equal to the delay value in producer loop and this makes it look like the data generated as in the loop.
Now this is where my dilemma is：
When transferring data, if the producer loop and consumer loop delay value are equal(both 20ms), I can see image synthesis at a constant speed and no data lose; if I change the consumer loop delay value and make it greater than the producer delay(one is still 20ms and another is 50ms),that means receive in a lower rate and store data in queue. I can see Elements in Queue
increase but the image data randomly lost, and the image synthesis speed is not reduced.
My question is why image data loss and I can't see the image synthesis speed reduced when change the delay value in consumer loop?
Do anyone know how to solve the problem? Are there any examples I can refer to? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I don't have '/usr/lib/modules/3.17.3-1-ARCH/build/Documentation/VGA-softcursor.txt' on my file system. Does it contain the info about changing the blinking speed?
P.S. The other two links I found yet before starting this thread. I only found in them the recommendations about changing "the color and shape of the cursor and turning blinking on/off" (as I mentioned in the original question). Did I miss the info about the blinking speed?

But that file doesn't tell about changing the blink rate either.

I have one requirement while creating sales order the pricing herarchy should be
based on the date mentioned in the Delivery date. Generally the pricing hierarchy
happens based on system date.
So how to get the hierarchy based on the date mentioned in the delivery date ?
I analysed in debugging if I change the date field in debugging mode in the function module

Need to change the lenth of data element WRBTR in Idoc FIDCCP01.

In my program i am doing a amount calculation and storing it in variable of data type BSIS-WRBTR. The same i am passing to a Idoc segment FIDCCP01 which alos uses the same data type. WRBTR has alenth of (13,2).
My calculation are crossing the desired limit of this data type. So i would like to change the Data elemet WRBTR used in IDOC segment.
Can any one guide me in how to do this.

I have read some of the other posts for people that got this error, but none seem to apply to me.
My program has been working for weeks. I made some minor changes, and started getting the error (full details below).
I did a TFS "undo pending changes" and still getting the same error, even after logging off. The one odd thing is that I did change my Windows password this week. The connection string is using a SQL user id and password that has no issues.
I'm an Admin own my own box (running WIn XP SP3). I even tried "Run as Admin" on Visual Studio.
I'm doing a Debug-Start, running a Console-Test-Program that calls a WCF service, which on local machine is hosted by "ASP.NET Development Server".

NealI think I found it... this is sure a strange error for what is really happening.
Apparently it had happened to me before, and fortuantely, I actually added the following comment:

I was transport a extraction structure from BW DEV to BW QA System, but in STMS of QA System generated an error "Active ABAP Dictionary" then in T-code SE11 -> visualize -> Components Tab i am watching that the Data Type of a component ZBITRST is QUAN whereas in BW DEV system the Data Type is CHAR which is correct
by double-clicking the component I am watching that the domain of both is different, How I can change the domain in QA System / BIC/VQUAN_000013_000003 to / BIC/VCHAR_000003_000000?
or What is the solution to this problem?

As you told you have correct domain for the info object in DEV system, transport this single info object through one transport.
now check whether domain of the info the info object is correct.
now you can import the extraction structure.
If you want to change the domain type, goto edit mode of info object and select the data type CHAR instead of UNIT and activate the info object. this will change the domain type of your Info Object.

You can batch change the time zone, and you can change the date and time, but can you batch change the date on photos? I would like to change the date on a number of images to a certain date, but I don't want to have to change the date on each one manually one by one.
Your answer solved the issue, but left me perplexed about something else. For the sake of example, I am going to be talking about scanned images here. Now, this may be a totally moot point, because scanned images may behave differently than regular images from a camera regarding date and time. I have changed all of the scans so that the dates are all the same day. This is the day that I scanned the images. However, when I view the project in the Projects browser, the date shows a range from well before the date I set to well after it. This seems very odd to me, because none of the scanned images in the project have the dates shown in the projects browser. Do you know anything about this?
