1) Est t'il vrai que la version etudiante de la CS4 premium ne sera plus disponible à la vente après le 30 septembre ?
2) Je pense changer mon PC pour un MAC mais pas avant 6 mois, dans la boite il y a la version MAC et PC ou il faut obligatoirement choisir ?
Merci d'avance à qui poura me répondre, impossible de trouver une adresse mail sur le site pour contacter Adobe directement et je n'ai plus de forfait pour les joindre par téléphone, il ya une page sur la version étudiante mais cela ne concerne que les problème de licence.

1. En ce qui concerne la version premium de la CS4 ce n'est pas la vente du produit qui prend fin le 30 septembre mais l'expedition gratuite du produit via Adobe Store. Passe cette date, les frais de port seront portes en compte sur le formulaire de commande d'Adobe Store. Le coût est de € 8 /CHF 13,00 HTVA par commande. (Infos)

En effet, il existe des license 'multipostes' qui s'installent aussi bien sur mac que sur pc mais il faut contacter le service vente par telephone pour obtenir de plus amples informations ( Pour France : 0805 770077 / Autres pays ici ). Sinon la plupart du temps les produits se vendent ou pour MacOs ou pour Windows. Il est cependant possible de changer par la suite la plateforme du logiciel achete en contactant le service clientelle pour 'switcher' de Pc a Mac ou inversement.
Pour info, il y a egalement moyen de contacter directement le service client ou technique de Adobe directement par E-Case en ligne : Ici.

Hey!
So I have bought CS4 Design Premium Student Edition a few years back and I'm still a student by the way.
As far as I already know, prior to CS5 Student Editions were eligible for commercial use only in North America, but - does Acrobat 9 Pro still count as an integral part of Creative Suite? It can be bought separately as well.
The thing is - I wanted to convert a few PDF documents to fully featured forms for someone and sell them, because I own a licence of Acrobat Pro. Can I do that? Or does commercial use only refers to my own business and I can't sell the outcome of my work to someone else? How exactly does this work? I'm outside of US and I don't even know if I can count Acrobat 9 Pro as eligible to perform commercial work.

Adobe Creative Suite CS3 Design Premium Student Upgrade?

I bought a student edition of CS3 Design Premium.
After purchasing it I found that I only use the Photoshop part of the Suite.
Am I able to upgrade the Photoshop portion, upgrade the complete Suite or do I have to purchase a new student copy of CS5 Photoshop.

First things first...there are no student upgrades. If you're still eligible you can buy the software at student prices.
In the case of actual upgrades, no, you can't upgrade an individual sutie component.

Activation on second hand copy of Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design premium student

My son attends Middle Tennessee State Univerversity. I was considering buy this second hand(used) for him. Will he be able to used this? Thanks for your help.

Buying second hand is always a gamble... it requires knowing the seller well enough to trust them to stand up for you when any trouble starts. Here is something that the seller needs to do to make it a legitimate sale...

As far as whether or not your son will be able to use it, that is not clearly enough stated to be able to determine whether it is a question of...
1) is your son capable of using the software - no offense intended
2) will the software be of any use for your son as it relates to his schoolwork or interests
3) is your son's system cabapble of running the software... as a minimum, see if the trial version works before buying (Download Adobe CS5 Free Trials – All Direct Links without Akamai | ProDesignTools) - if so, just use the serial number from the purchase to activate the trial to full use
4) there's always one more than you can think of...
What you might consider instead of a second hand purchase is to help your son purchase the student version of the CS6 software instead. The discount you will get (I think it's usually about 60% off) might make it worthy of consideration, especially since it will be a more up to date release of the software.

I was looking to purchase the Adobe CS5 Design Premium Student and Teacher edition and had a few questions.

1. Will I be able to make money off websites I create (I am not sure of this as it is a student and teacher edition)

To 1.: Did you read Adobe's terms and conditions? If so, the question should answer itself. Student version prohibit commercial work, I could read it in a former thread, an academic version would allow it and come with full upgrade rights. (You could use search function here on top.)
To 2.: Since I have no experience, I would even here use Adobe's or Google's search function.

My serial number for creative suite CS3 production premium student edition is not being accepted.

I forgot to deactivate it on my last computer before selling it. I now do not have access to it. I am wondering if this is why it won't work. now what do i do? there does not seem to be a phone number advertised that I can call.

Can I download Adobe creative suite 5 Design Premium (student and teacher edition) in Parallels desktop 9 on Mac? And keep a copy in my PC at the same time?

You can install it on two computers, but only have it launched on one of them at any time.
I don't know about the technical aspect, but you might just try if you can install it on Parallels

Illustrator is not working as it should...
I want them to compare the original size and date of creation with what I have installed on my computer... I have installed several times with my original CD and I tried once downloading the files from the adobe site (using my own license). I suspect the files has been modified or renamed on my laptop by an external unauthorized user causing the malfunction of the application.
Customer services does not support CS3 anymore and the updates / patches in the adobe site does not solve the problem... They redirect me to the forums for support...
Presently, my problem is that after creating a swatch and drag it to the swatch panel, it does not fill as it should a new form... Now, after deactivating and activating my license the swatch seems to fill the new form but when the filter that the swatch has is persistence in the next filling object created even though a different color is being used as a fill (X)... Help in the creation of a swatch over the internet just complicate the issue.
That's why I would like to know whether updates on my product are being received or files are being replaced without my knowledge...

If you are eligible for a new copy of the Teacher and Student edition, that is the way to go. It is generally cheaper to get new teacher/student versions than upgrade to a commercial version. However, with the Creative Cloud now available, I do not know if the CS 6 teacher/student versions are still available.

Après plus d'une heure d'attente en essayant de contacter quelqu'un par le chat, je n'ai plus que le forum comme solution.
J'ai du refaire le système sur un iMac et donc tout formater.
Je suis donc en train d'essayer de réinstaller la suite Adobe Creative Suite 5 design premium (version Boite CD).
Lorsque je lance l'installation, je rentre le numéro de série voici ce que j'obtiens (screenshot)
impossible pour moi d'installer la suite Adobe. Avez-vous une idée de la marche à suivre ? Ai-je fait une mauvaise manip ?

Ok, j'ai compris, votre CD d'installation fonctionne correctement.
C'est bien un numéro de mise-à-niveau que vous avez.
Pour l'utiliser vous devez donc entrer le numéro de licence de la version précédente dans le champ indiqué (dans votre cas, votre numéro de licence CS4).
Sinon, si vous voulez contacter Adobe, je ne vois que des canaux en anglais : Quelles sont les différentes possibilités pour vous contacter ?
Peut-être que vous avez différentes options depuis la France.
• Connectez-vous sur Adobe.com avec votre Adobe ID
• Cliquez sur Menu
• Puis sélectionnez Formation et Support

Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium trial version says my serial number is invalid?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium from my my community college's bookstore in 2010. I successfully have used it all this time, but I recently bought a new laptop. This new laptop does not have a disk drive, but I was able to download the trial version of it online. It downloaded great, and I have been using the trial version, but the trial is up in one week. I deactivated my serial number on my old laptop, and then tried to enter it onto my new laptop, but the error message keeps saying "Incorrect Serial Number": "The serial number you entered is not valid." However, the serial number is definitely valid, and I spoke with Adobe and they just checked and were able to see that I do have an activation available for this serial number. Why won't it accept it?
Side Notes:
The licensing is Student Licensing
I downloaded the correct creative suite (Creative Suite 4 Design Premium)
I typed in the serial number correctly and checked multiple times
I cannot afford to purchase an updated version nor Adobe Creative Cloud at this time

Same thing happened to me, except I lost disk 2 and was told to go to the forums.. Seems Adobe isn't too great on their customer service or fixing issues. The problem I was told, was that we have "Student" serials and the one from the download isnt a student version.

Jetzt weis ich nicht so recht was sich für mich daheim mehr lohnt.

Ich könnte wärend meines Studiums das Angebot für 20€ im Monat nutzen, allerdings kann ich ja nach meinem Studium nicht einfach auf dem Studenten abo bleiben? Wie ist das geregelt? Denn sonst hänge ich ja wieder auf den 60€ im Monat......als privat Kunde....für meine eigenen Projekte.
Im Grunde wär die Creative Suite 6 bei dem Preis auf dauer bestimmt besser geeignet, aber ich habe Angst das die CS6 Versionen zu veraltet sind/zu schnell veralten.

Nun ja, "veraltet" ist keine Aussage. Das hängt ja wohl in erster Linie davon ab, was du für ein System verwendest und wie lange du es behalten willst. CS6 läuft prima auf Windows und wird es noch ein paar Jährchen, nur auf Mac wird's langsam finster, weil sich Apple nicht drum schert...

Hi Rich,
The cause of this can be multiple. First of all be sure you use the original CD + serial. In case of a download same story. Try to find out if the installed version match the language of the serial (they need to match). Last but not least: Check if you use a upgrade version, if so it might be needed to fill 2 serials.
Can you share a screen of the error (please hide the SN )
