Dates in calendar now not BOLD in calendar view

Environment: W2K3 server; BPS software; 6 users; all BB8830 curves; all WinXPP w/ Ofc2003
I'm confused. I have one of my user’s handhelds. A new appointment was made in Outlook for a week from May 5 - May 12. The appt showed up correctly in the hh. Then, using Outlook, the appointment was changed to May 13-May 20. Outlook showed the change, but even after 3 days the hh still showed the original appoint time frame.
To test, I made a new "test" appointment in the calendar on the hh, and it appeared on Outlook. I deleted the appointment from the hh and it deleted from Outlook. I made a new "test" appointment on Outlook and it appeared on the hh. I deleted the test appointment from Outlook and it deleted from the hh. All this happened immediately and was as expected.
I then deleted the weeklong appointment from Outlook, but it remained on the hh. (???) I tried to open the appointment from the hh, but I received and error message on the hh saying the appointment was deleted by an external source, yet the appointment was still visible on the hh.
I pulled the battery from the phone to power cycle it. When the phone came back on, the appointment was gone, but now the calendar does not have emboldened dates where appoints exist. For each day that has appointments in "month" view, the small dots appear next to the calendar date. The date however should be emboldened, but now its not.
We have 6 other identical phones. On each other phones, the calendar date is emboldened when there is an appointment on that date
How do I get the calendar dates to be emboldened like the rest of hh's?

Why do Outlook calendar invites appear on my iPod touch calendar but not my iCloud calendar? I use Outlook at work and if I want to add events to the calendar on my iPod Touch which I use as a PDA I simply create the event in outlook select my gmail email address and invite myself. The event appears on my iPod Touch...all well and good...now with the advent of iCloud I would like to see all events on my iPod calendar on the iCloud calendar that I view on my PC. At the moment only events that I have added directly onto the iPod calendar appear on the iCloud calendar.
I have messed around abit syncing and unsyncing, Turning the Calendar on and off in the iCloud setting on the device but nothing is really working. Any easy to follow suggestions or is it a trip to the geniuses in order?

Not sure why you'd want to alter an artist name anyway but...
In iTunes, right-click selected track and click "Get Info" then edit the artist field and possibly the album artist too (edit as in... make sure they have a value (the correct artist name)). Delete the faulty track on your iPod and then re-upload the new one.
Another thing is that if you left the music player open on your iPod when you add the new track, sometimes I find that it doesnt find any of the new songs you add until you close and then re-open the app on the iPod.

Calendar permissions not working (Room calendar)

Hey guys, we recently moved from on-prem to exchange online. We have calendar resources for our meeting rooms. However, either permissions aren't working properly, or I just don't understand the changes/differences between on-prem 2010, and exchange online.
Example:
After noticing there were permissions issues: in Office 365 Exchange Admin Center, I've gone to Recipients, then Resources, and opened the meeting room object (Mailbox Type: Room, also, it was of the Room type before we migrated the mailbox to online). I
went to Mailbox Delegation and added my account to the Full Access list. While I can open the calendar in Outlook (everyone can), I can't edit any events. If I double click on them I get the following error.
"You do not have permission to view this calendar. Do you want to ask [calendar name] to share his or her Calendar with you?"
Now, our receptionist can still edit events on the calendar despite not having any access whatsoever (according to anything I can find on the room/mailbox in exchange online, at least). On the receptionists profile (on her computer) if I add my account as
an "Owner" of the calendar (right click > properties > permissions > add > with permission level: Owner) I still can't edit any events on the calendar... What gives????
Automatic booking seems to be working. Users can send meeting requests to the rooms and they'll automatically accept or decline based on the rules. We just want a few users (receptionist, IT folks, and a backup) to be able to modify any/all events when/if
needed.
Help! What do I either not understand, or how can I fix this?

What does Get-CalendarProcessing show, especially for ResourceDelegates? Also, make sure to test the permissions from OWA, Outlook can act funny at times.

Iphoto calendar does not display selected calendars

I have created a calendar specifically for use in iPhoto's calendar project. It does not show. Others of my calendars do but not this one. I cannot identify a single factor that would cause this. Date clash is not an issue; calendar (in Calendar) is text only.
I am hoping for some guidance.

Have you rebooted and tried again since this began?
Also as a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?

Is there a way to back up only my home calendar and not my work calendar

I do not want personally identifiable health information from my work calendar to be backed up to iCloud, but would like to back up my home calendar, so my wife can see when our kids' dentist appointments are. Is there a way to back up only selected calendars?

IIf your work calendar is being synced from an external provider such as an exchange account, Google, Yahoo, etc., it wont be added to iCloud when you enable iCloud calendar syncing. On locally stored (On My iPhone) calendars on your phone will be uploaded to iCloud.

Calendar items not appearing in weekly view

I have a number of account on my Z10 including work email. The work email items are not appearing in the weekly view, just on a daily or monthly view.
Any ideas?

Are you able to see these entries under other views within the Calendar? Do the entries display with a lock on them or not at all? Is this account set up on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server with BlackBerry Balance?

My subscribed calendar does not display in today view in iOS7. Does anyone know how to make it show up?

I have a subscribed calendar on my iPhone. The today view in notification center shows that I have an event at xxxx and tomorrow view says I have x events but the calendar day view does not display any of the events. I need this so I can easily see which rooms my events are in. Dows anyone know how to make the subscribed calendar show up in calendar day view?

Interesting. May have uncovered a bug. It seems that limited duration events will display, but all day events wont on mine. (iPhone 5). Does that compare to what you are seeing (unfortunately, I have nothing in a subscribed calendar until the week end, so difficult to check. I do seem to recall seeing an event from one this past week end on the iPad, however).

I am having an issue when I accept calendar invites in the native/modern application for calendaring in Win 8.1. Whenever I then go back to open and view the contents of a meeting, all the notes are truncated and removed after closing that event.
We are running exchange 2010 for the email server.
The machine is not domain joined/managed (local account only).
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Outlook calendar items not visible in Day view - but in Today view!

Hi All,
I'm synchronising calendar items from the iPhone to Outlook 2003 (setup with Exchange 2003). After synchronisation the calendar items they first show in the Day/Week/Month view. But after changing the view all items synchronised from th e iPhone disappear! Strangly, in the Outlook Today view the calendar items are there and visible ok.
Can anybody help please. Thanks!

Having the same problem -- AppleBruce's fix didn't work for me -- and as I don't want to cross-post, the Topic "*iPhone will not sync to Outlook 2007 after 2.0 & iTunes 7.7 update*!" is also working on this issue. (My post from that Topic is below)

IPad calendar is not updating iPhone calendar but iPhone will update IPad. Has worked fine in past but not now. Can anyone help?

Reset the device. If it doesn't work try removing your account and adding it again. If that doesn't work then try restoring the device to factory settings by pluggin into iTunes and clicking "Restore".

How to import Lotus Notes or Outlook calendar into iCal ???

Is there a way to import calendar data from either Lotus Notes or Outlook calendar into iCal ? Is there a generic data type file that I must first get the calendar file into before importing into iCal ?

The file must be .ics. I used to simply use Missing Sync to get my calendars synced up, however it's not yet supported in Leopard.
So, in order to get my office Outlook data over to Ical, I simply used the following "macro"

I have a report in Crystal reports XI using BusinessObjects. One of my users is complaining that one of the fields is bold. But it's not set to bold in the report, and when I run the same report, called the same way, with the same data, the field is not bold. We had a note about printer drivers, and he ran through our help on that, but it didn't change anything.
The field is actually a subreport, but I looked at that, and it is a straight database field (SQL Server 2000, memo type), not a formula, and it is not set to bold anywhere in Crystal, at least not that I can see. And besides, it doesn't print bold for me. He saved to a pdf and sent it to me, and it is bold. I saved the same data report to a pdf and it is not bold.
Does anyone have any ideas for a direction I should look? I think I recall seeing this field bold at some time on my machine, which makes me think it has something to do with a difference in Windows between our two machines. But that's pretty vague.
Here is some additional information. It's not always the same field. Sometimes two fields in a report are bold. It happens for users with both IE6 and IE7, although it's also not happening for some of us with IE6. We can set our IE6 settings to the same, and it happens for one and not for another.

I'll ask about and check the Acrobat -- but we're using the ActiveX viewer -- so how does that matter? We've tried changing default printers before running the report, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. But... when I open the report to edit it, it does complain about me not having the printer that the report sees as a default, so it still may be related to printer drivers. I think that's a good direction to keep investigating.
I don't think the customer would like the entire report in bold, but that is an innovative solution!
I saw a post from about 6 months ago where it seemed like someone had the same problem, but there was no reply or solution. If I do figure it out (or if your help leads me in the right direction), I'll post the solution.

I use an iPhone 5, and want to sync my phone calendar and contacts with Outlook 7 calendar and contacts; two problems--I now get dozens of new calendars every time, and my outlook calendar will not sync at all.; meaning that date entries on Outlook do not come across ot iPhone.

It is unusual for the calendar to sync and not the contacts in Outlook. I've worked with Outlook for years. You didn't answer what computer OS you are using. If it is Windows, have you tried to reset the sync history in iTunes? Do that by opening iTunes, go to Edit>Preferences>Devices and click on reset sync history. If you have done this and it doesn't help, then we can try and run scanpst.exe on your Outlook file and see if there are any errors. Search your computer for that file, however it normally resides in one of the Microsoft Office folders in the folder Program files. After that, you can see if it will sync.

That means I will get all the alerts even if I deleted the original entry. It shows up as two separate entries for each one entry. This happened after the Yosemite install.
