Can any one please help me down??
Do we have standard SAP report to track on day wise production order status other than COOIS,CO26,CO28 and MD4C.

1.The operation wise which it has passed during the day.
2.The confirmation quantity on the particular day.
3.WIP in certain workcenters.
He dont want to go for "Z report".He want the standard functionality.
I tried with given transaction and business what not satisfied.
Please help.

except the 5th one you can get every thin from stoke overview(MMBE) by changing the layouts.

Work center wise production order infomation report

Hi all,
i have a requirement that workcenter wise (with date) production order information with quantity details (plan and actual).
Eg: My production order quantity - 40 nos. (it takes 4 days to finish).
      i have three operation in production order.
      my order scheduled start date - todays date.
In standard, when enter my first operation work center, system showing production order and its quantity (40 nos) . but i need to split that order quantity in report.. means on todays date for particular production order - order quantity = 10 nos.
Clent want like that (with quantity break) report..
Any standard report ???
If customization.... How it can be mapped in SAP.??

This FM get data from the report used by transaction COOIS. If you needed the header data then you can use lt_ioheader table and seperate the data with the date. If you need at operation basis the you can use lt_iosoper table. You can use this FM to create custom report even with the checks like material availability, PRT availability, capacity requirement etc.

Branch Wise Production Order

Hi all,
If the production is done in 2 units let delhi and Noida....(Production of Item A)
So Item A is in 2 warehouses Noida and Delhi.
When we are running MRP wizard and creating Production Orders from MRP wizard ,how we can get that wchich production order is for which Branch.
We are using Project Code to define Branch but while running MRP there is No option To select Project Code.
How to solve this problem??

You need to track through ware house.
In Production Order there is provision to mention ware house below planned qty.

I am sorry Ram Ki, these are client restricted documents and i am not haing authorization to email you.
Sorry again...I think this is not big job just sit with abaper and search the fields requires for your report from the said tables. You have to design the format in excel and explain the same to abaper... if your abaper is good then he will do this without any problem.

CO Profitability report day wise

Hi Gurus,
My client wants to see the Profitability report at company code level day wise, Sale order and Product, is it possible.
If its possible, then how the data will flow day wise and what are the pre-requisits to get this done.
Does SAP has any standard report to get the required.
Day wise i mean, if i take the COPA report on 2nd Feb, it should display only the amounts which were posted on 2nd Feb and activites confirmed etc.

Can you tell me what is Line item report, and how is it different from KE30 summarised report.
What i understand from your saying is, Line item report will give us the particular dates information when the report is executed, leaving out the info till previous date.
Even if the line item report is created, can u tell me how the data will flow into it. Because we have Sale order cost estimate for the client. If i create a seperate value field for the cost component then it will give me the Sale order cost estimate info which is again standard. How is it possible to get actual data.
What about the other cost centers amount. How this data is passed onto it.
If i have to get this data into the reports then each day I should do Assessment cycles, settlements of the order and reverse the same the next day. But even if i do that i wont be able to get the day wise report as the data will get posted on month end date and again will be summarized one.
Pls clarify me on this. My clients expectation is to bring out the daily report to see the progress of each day and wats the cost he is incurring so that he can compare it with sterdays and also the plan data.

I want to copy monthly plan from EXCEL sheet through BDC to SAP System.please tell me on which screen it will upload(in md61 or some other).
After uploading is there any option according to date wise production order should create automatically for each date separate wise.

It will come day wise only if you [split the demand|Re: Automatic splitting of MRP requirements for components] or give the demand in days. Or else while creating the Z program for upload write program in such a way that it will
1. take the monthly requirement divide the value with no. of working days.
2. The value got after dividing will be enter evenly for all working days.

Automatic production order creation and confirmation

Dear all,
I am in a situation where i have to configure the SAP system in the following ways:
1. From the planned orders automatically production order should be created today for the next day production and the end user will re-declare the quantity if there are any changes in the production order.
2. If there are no re declarations to be done SAP should automatically release production order and save it.
3. After the goods are produced the confirmation of the order should happen automatically from the measuring points.
4. In the order confirmation, the storage location for goods issue should be automatically captured from the goods issue slip.
5.After the confirmation of the order the goods receipt should happen automatically.
Please suggest me whether these are possible in SAP or not. If yes please tell me the procedure.

actually my scenario is:
Finished good= x
work centers involved = WC1, WC2.
HERE BOTH THE WORK CENTERS ARE IDENTICAL, INPUTS ARE SAME AND OUTPUT IS THE FINISHED GOOD "X" FOR BOTH THE WORK CENTERS.
I HAVE A ROUTING FOR THE FINISHED GOOD "X" WITH TWO GROUP COUNTERS AS (1)WC1 AND (2) WC2
When i create plan in md61 for 1 month and when i do mrp run in md02 it will create the planned orders and we can see the stock requirements in md04 and when we double click on the planned order we can convert them into production orders.
But my users requirement is, he want to run the mrp in md01 and after that automatically each day the production order should be created.
example with the above work centers and materials:-
i have done the mrp run for "x" for November and December months
i want to produce "x" of 200 kg on 30.11.2011.
so SAP should generate production order for WC1 AS 100KG AND WC2 AS 100KG on 29.11.2011 at 5 pm automatically and the user will release the order.
similar example:-
i have done the mrp run for "x" for November and December months
i want to produce "x" of 400 kg on 03.12.2011.
so SAP should generate production order FOR WC1 AS 200KG AND WC2 AS 200KG on 02.12.2011 at 5 pm automatically and the user will release the order.
Please suggest me how to do the configure settings for my users requirement.

Mtl Availability Problem @ Production Order Release

Hello All,
For production order creation and order release we have different types of availability checks:
1: Order creation: check all purchase orders (ZP02)
2: Order release: do not take purchase orders into account (ZV02)
In the material master the field "availability check" is always set to 02.
The problem with this is that as soon as we want to release a production order, the future purchase orders are not taken into account, but the corresponding production orders (created ones) are. This yields missing parts at release, even though there is enough in stock.
The following options are now selected for ZV02:
[ ] incl. purchase orders
[ ] incl. purchase reqs
[V] incl. dependent reqs
[V] incl. reservations
[V] incl. sales reqmts
[V] incl. deliveries
[ ] incl. ship notific.
incl depend reservat [x] all
incl rel order reqs [ ] do not check
incl planned orders [ ] do not check
incl production orders [x] all
I tried changing OPPJ. Things that do not work or are unwanted are:
changing ZP02 identical to ZV02, since purchase orders should be included for orders in the future
changing ZV02 identical to ZP02, since purchase orders confirmed to today might be delivered tomorrow, which would yield missing parts.
changing ZV02, incl. Production orders from [x] to [F]. Still missing parts @ release.

All components have the material availability at 02, so you are right.
Now in 02-ZV02 , the you are considering all the reqmts coming from planned or production orders, is that right ?
Yes, both planned and production orders are checked in ZV02 and ZP02.
Is ZP02 working according to what you need ?
ZP02 is used @ order creation. This works fine, because it takes purchase orders into account that are confirmed in the future. This is correct at order creation.
Cna you check the differences between both rules ?
Purchase orders are not taken into account for ZV02
Purchase orders are taken into account for ZP02.
The rest is identical to the previous list
An example:
Day 0 (current stock): 200 of material X
Day 1: Production order requires 200 material X
Day 2: Purchase order is confirmed for 200 material X
Day 3: Production order requires 200 material X
Result of ZP02: in stock: 200, required 200 + 200, confirmed @ day 2: 200 --> No missing Part
Result of ZV02: in stock: 200, required 200 + 200 --> Missing Part
The best solution would be for the system not to look at the requirements of the orders in the future which are not released yet. Therefore I changed the key ZV02: incl. Production orders from [x] to [F]. However, this did not have any effect!

Reg :Production order cost report day wise.

Dear Expert,
1.We want a report for a particular Production order cost day wise.
The scenario is like this Production order is Released for 100 Qty.
Today they confirmed only 50 Qty.
Tomorrow they will confirm 50 qty.
Now they want to see the cost for today confirmation and tomorrows confirmation.
Reason being daily the Raw Material cost is changed and they want to track the variance.
Is there any standard report we can achieve this or do we have go for development

A day is not a controlled cost object. You could write a report to look at costs gathered in a day (by reporting date), but I strongly suggest that if you need to analyze costs per day you switch to daily orders.
You'll find then that all the standard processes work for you.

Hy Surendra,
In any of the standard SAP reports you will not find the Goods Movements of Particular order along with available Component stock.
Goods movements report of the Production / Process order is static report once the order is close.While Stock report is variable report and may be change Time to Time.
I think if you wish such kind of report then you have to go for Z reorts.
You can find all the Goods Movements of Order in COOISPI/COOIS/IW3M but there is not available stock report.

Sonia,
I hope your are refering to setup time, process time, teardown time in the production order.
use report COOIS for it.
In the 'List choose operation.
Give input for the production orders in the slection scren. Execute.
In the report select the columns as per your requirement.

What is your definition of Open Production Orders?
Definetly you will get the report from COOIS for Plant wise.
Whther you want to consider all the Orders having the Status REL but not DLV?
Then there is a chance of having the Orders, still with PDLV status but GR is done for the full Qty. May be you don't want to consider the TECO status, eventhough the Order is short closed??
Better to ommit the Orders with CRTD status also..
So, based on this which status to consider and which status not to consider..
You can define the "Selection profile status" in BS42.
Use this selection profile in COOIS, so that the rsults will be accurate..

How to get Actual Values (Raw Material Issue, Activity Confirmations & OH Calculations & Goods Receipts from Production) each Production Order wise ?
My Scenario is Product Cost Collectors (PCC) with Production Orders.
If we select above scenario Production Order is Statistical and PCC is real cost object.
For PCC is Period wise we can track the cost Periodically in individual Material.
But my client is asking how to see the each Production Order wise Actual values. Is there any T.Code ??
In Production Order I am able to see only Plan values (CO03).
