DB backup no longer working

Question

I've been backing up the Sybase Inventory Database using 'STARTSER DBBACKUP,
as documented in Shaun Pond's Cool Solutions article. This has run as a
scheduled task via Remote Manager, has worked faultlessly for ages but has
suddenly stopped working. I'm almost certain that this coincided with the
update from ZfD4.0.1 IR4a to IR5. Nothing very helpful in the Logger Screen
just:
Loading module JAVA.NLM
This module is ALREADY loaded and cannot be loaded more than once.
Module JAVA.NLM load status NOT MULTIPLE
[2/2/05 12:10:18.553] Start Service Utility: Unable to start the service
'ZENWor
ksInvService/DBBACKUP Service'

I turned up the tracing as you suggested - here's what it produced:
