DB02 - space overview display zero values

Hi Friends,
When I executed DB02 t-code. I got zero values in the fields (Database, Users, Tablespace, Segments)
I got the same with ST04 -> Space Overview.
So, Please tell me the solution for this.

As per your guidance, I tried to check SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR job which is scheduled hourly.
It is executed successfully. But, When I checked the Job Logs , I found something wrong in this. I mention this as below:

this is weird: I have a couple of CURRENCY values in my display structure.
Whenever it is zero, the field is displayed as space, even in detail view.
There is no NO_ZERO set in field catalog.
Ist it possible to display zero values as '0.00'? - The values are present in the fields.
Please: Working solution for 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY_LVC' (on 46C).

DB02 table space overview display wrong sizes

I get this result when I run the transaccion DB02 and table space overview

To refresh the table space overview do :
DB02 ->Refresh->there you will find two options choose second one
And it will refresh the tablespaces.
Or you can also schedule update stats job daily to update it automatically.

How to display Zero values in the chart

Hi,
In BO design studio 1.3 we are using bar chart and line chart for one of the dashboard. we have enabled the data labels and data is also displaying in the chart, but for certain criteria the data is itself zero in the database. In such scenario chart is not showing zero as the data label and it is simply blank. Is there any way to display the values even though it is zero?

Displaying Zero Value in a Chart if there exist no database record.

Hello All,
I need to create a chart that displays the number of jobs per hour over a 24 hour period. I can determine the hour the job was created and I have no trouble making a chart with a count of jobs per hour. The problem is that I also want to display the hours that have no jobs on the chart. So in the hours where no job is created there is no database record.
So inorder to show it in a chart Zero values for a particular hour....how shd it be done if there is no zero values in the database for a particular hour???? we dont have the flexibiltiy to add a further table in the database..
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Display zero value on a field of DEC type on a screen.

Hi,
I want to display an initial value of DEC field in an input mode on a screen.
Zero values of a screen fields type DEC are only visible when property is set to "no input".
Helpful tips will be appreciated.

Something similar popped up recently, and there was no better solution found than declaring the screen fields as type CHAR and converting at PBO/PAI (in dynpro context) into the DEC values.

Displaying zero values when there was no data

There are two columns 'A' and 'B' in the report which has some values.IF there was no data in the report,it shows the following system message
+"No Results+
+ The specified criteria didn't result in any data. This is often caused by applying filters that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your Request Filters and try again. The filters currently being applied are shown below."+
My requirement was to shows the zero values instead of this message in the table format and should show the chart at 0 axis.
Please give me your inputs and help me finding the solution

Because a report with no records will not produce a record "with zeroes," you have to think of another way to let the client know that the report was produced successfully, but simply with no data. We faced this issue with auditing. If no report shows, how does the auditor know that there were no data rather than the report itself not working that day? So what I did is build a "NIL Report." It is a simple report that consists of two columns. The first column is the system date column. The second column is column in which in the fx button (edit formula), I put in a text like "There are no records for this day." The first column serves two purposes: one, to timestamp the report so the user knows what day the 'NIL Report" was generated, and two, to serve as a column because OBI requires at least one column for the report to run.
I also added a footer to the report which had the name of the original report in the left pane and the run date in the right pane. The Title View also contains the name of the original report. Now when viewed, this report has all the essentials to indicate to the user that 1) the report ran successfully; 2) the title of the original report so the client knows which report is associated with the "NIL Report"; and 3) the date the report was run to timestamp the report.
So in one of the two sections, in the Section>Properties, you will use the guid. nav. feature of the section to look at the ORIGINAL report, but this section will have the "If request returns nothing" checkbox" checked off. Put the "NIL Report" in this section. When the original report produces no records, this section will display so the client knows that there were no records.
This is what I mean by a "meaningful report" -- a report that conveys the necessary information to let the user know what is going on. There is no way (that I know) where you can have the original report display "zeroes" when in fact there are no records at all.

Multiprovider displays zero value for Key figure

HI,
Multiprovider contains 3 cubes, in which one keyfigure (YDAYS) presents in two cubes and assigned to multiprovider from two cubes. But iam getting zero value in the multiprovider level. But in the cube level getting the data. This problem iam getting in testing system.
When i compated Develoment system and Testing system everything is correct, mapping, assignment .
Any ideas what might be the problem

Check the report to see if it has any filters that is available in only one of the infoproviders. if thats the case then move the filter and make it restricted.
Use RSRT to see which infoproviders are being hit when you execute the query. Look in detail. I had the same problem once and careful investigation revealed a filter that was at the report level instead of kf restriction level.

To Display Zero Value

In the query properties deselect zero suppression - then your will see the zeroes...
If you don't want to show X but want to show 0 instead - maintain the same in RSCUSTv4..

ERROR CONDITION EXISTS in DB02 Space overview

Hi ,
I had installed SAP Solution Manager4.0 then applied Support packs upto SPS14.
But from DB02 space over view , i see that there is no File free space avaialble even though there is lot of space available on the disk (153GB Free disk avaialble on the same drive).The auto extent growth is on and is set to 100MB and size limit set to "no limit".
The response time is high for all Tcodes executed.
Please let me know the what could be the problem .

How to Display "Zero Value" or "No Data" Items in a Chart

Hello All,
I need to create a chart that displays the number of jobs per hour over a 24 hour period. I can determine the hour the job was created and I have no trouble making a chart with a count of jobs per hour. The problem is that I also want to display the hours that have no jobs on the chart. I am currently converting all hour data to the text format "00:00". For example, 9:35am would display as 09:00 (as would all jobs between 9:00am and 10:00am) and this is the value that I want displayed under each bar on the chart (x axis).
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I was hoping to avoid adding a table to the DB with each hour. I thought there might be a tricky way using arrays that I would be able to accomplish the report. I have done a test using Excel and I can get the results that I wanted, so I will now probably add the table to the DB.

In MC26 I am getting below warning for Incom. Returns, Gross returns, Net Returns 1, Net Returns 2, Returns items, Returns Qty
Incom. returns: Updating with date field VDATU can be set up restrictively only
Message no. M!208
Diagnosis
While updating the key figure Incom. returns the data field MCVBAP-VDATU for the period determination is used.
Updating via MCVBAP-VDATU causes a different result online as for statistic data set up. Online, MCVBAP-VDATU is filled with the current date (SY-DATLO); during set up, however, it is filled with the creation date MCVBAP-ERDAT of the item.
By using VDATU document changes you can see in the statistics that this type of 'delta updating' cannot be reproduced by a statistic data set-up. During the set-up the data is updated in different periods as in online updating, thereby causing the change history to be lost.
Procedure
Be certain that this is the type of updating you want.
In MC26 the Credit Memo Update Setting is VD Billing document and Type of Updating is A Cumulative updating
while as in Credit memo pricing procedure there is no subtotal. How to maintain it in Pricing procedure and in MC26 because in MC26 after pressing the change button the system is displaying the following message "Maintenance of SAP standard updates not allowed"

DB02 - Space - overview Histoy not showing old data

We are using ECC6HPUX11Oracle 10.2.0.4 and patch level is 17. We have recenlty upg the supp pack. Our issue is DB02 is not showing last years Space history. We have other Env of SRM SCM and XI where there is no problem with the Space - history. Now the space history is showing only from jan 2009 and we want the old space history. can anyone please help us

DB02 space overview refresh job cancelled

Dear All,
when i m trying to refresh the DB02 data from that transaction the job with name
'REFRESH SPACE STATISTIC:DEFAULT ' get created but it got cancelled with massage ABAP/4 processor: DATA_LENGTH_0 .
In ST22 we can see the following.
CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS.
The error state the following:

Hai,
SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERMONITOR need to be scheduled in all the systems in the landscape in order to collect the performace data of the system.
You can schedule the job from SM36, report RSCOLL00 schedules all of the reports that need to run for the performance monitor. RSCOLL00 uses table TCOLL to determine what to run.
This job is not cleint specific so scheduling it in 000 client is the best way. The job user should be DDIC.

Sort not Displaying 0 Value

Hi,
I have applied a condition for Sorting in ascending order as Top % and 100 for the selected Key Figure.
However, the report does not display Zero values for the key Figure after sorting.
How can i take care of this limitation?

if u r using condition for ascending then ur zeroes should come in that range , if it not then u have to increase your value limit . But this will depend on your requirement ..
