DB13 Jobs getting failed

Hi Basis Gurus,
In our Development BW 3.5 system the DB13 jobs (Check DB and updatestats) are getting failed since 15 days.
In DB13 when i clicked on the Check DB and updatestats the system is prompting message as "No action log is found for this action"
Please let me know how can i troubleshoot this issue.
Please help me.
Our is Qulality BW 3.5 system, Solaris OS and Oracle 9i database.

I could search the jobs by giving the criteria as
Job name : DBA*
Use name : *
DBA:UPDATESTATS_____@210000/4007 D256979 Canceled
DBA:CHECKDB_________@190000/4007 D256979 Canceled
Like the above jobs there are some other jobs of the same name as above which got canceled from 03/01/2009 to till date.
When i clicked on the jobs logs the system is prompting a message as "No job log entries are available for the selected job"
Also i checked the user name with su01 and it is existing.
Please help me

What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "CL_DSWP_SD_DIAGNOSE_CONSISTENTCP" had to be
terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
What can you do?
Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
administrator.
Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
at and manage termination messages, and you can also
keep them for a long time.
Error analysis
An entry was to be entered into the table
"\CLASS=CL_DSWP_SD_DIAGNOSE_CONSISTENT\METHOD=CHECK_USERS_BP\DATA=LT_USCP"
(which should have
had a unique table key (UNIQUE KEY)).
However, there already existed a line with an identical key.
The insert-operation could have ocurred as a result of an INSERT- or
MOVE command, or in conjunction with a SELECT ... INTO.
The statement "INSERT INITIAL LINE ..." cannot be used to insert several
initial lines into a table with a unique key.
How to correct the error
Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.
If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
keywords:
"ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY" " "
"CL_DSWP_SD_DIAGNOSE_CONSISTENTCP" or "CL_DSWP_SD_DIAGNOSE_CONSISTENTCM00M"
"CHECK_USERS_BP"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
notification to SAP, include the following information:
1. The description of the current problem (short dump)
To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File
(Unconverted)".
2. Corresponding system log
Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.
Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes
after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File
(Unconverted)".
3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP
program: The source code of the program
In the editor, choose "Utilities->More
Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".
4. Details about the conditions under which the error occurred or which
actions and input led to the error.

If this is R/3, then none of the above jobs should exist in the system, if scheduled by default with other standard jobs, then these should be removed

We checked for the error on the database level and found both the tables are existing in the database.

Juan is correct it is issue with OPS$ user.
Please check the Roles of OPS$ORA<SID> user at database level using query
select granted_role, default_role from dba_role_privs where grantee='OPS$<DOMAIN>\SAPSERVICE<SID>'
Roles SAPCONN & SAPDBA must be assigned to the user id OPS$<DOMAIN>\SAPSERVICE<SID>.

Orchestration Process Cleanup Task schedule job getting failed

We have an out of the box scheduled job "Orchestration Process Cleanup Task". This job is getting failed with the below error.
"Failed.oracle.iam.platformservice.exception.OrchDataCleanupException:java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException:ora00913:too many values"
This recon take two parameters in which we have given values as below:
Batch size:100
Delete Just One Batch: No
I am not able to find how this job is configured or how it's deleting the values.
Please help me out and if anyone know about the links where I can get the info on this job, it will be much helpful.

1.) The job which is scheduled daily in our sap SRM - EHP 3 system running on Linux OS and oracle 11.2. is getting failed regularly and dumps.
What is the need for this job?
2.) Also , we get a problem in the system when cust runs some queries in the 111 (prod) client - like getting too many dumps (memory related , ASSERTION_FAILED , TIME_OUT's...) and getting ora - 01555 errors regarding old snapshots (undo_retention) deletion time....We get to extend PSAPUNDO when such things happen.
Our undo_ret value is 43200 secs.
Should we increase it?

Rollup process is getting failed in PC

The Rollup job gets failed daily in PC with following error message
" Error when structuring the index of aggregate 100929 for InfoCube /BIC/FICPROB "and once i repeat the job it will get success.
I need to know the reason why it get fail, if anyone has faced the similar issue and fixed it.

You can check the number of records in the Manage screen of the individual cubes.
RSA1 -> Cube name -> Right click -> Manage.
Here you will see the records transferred & added. We are interested in the number of added records.
The roll-up is running for 8 different cubes.
This may be resulting in a Lock of processes, as said above.
Is it possible to modify the chain with 2 roll-up processes -> four cubes in one process followed by another roll-up with the remaining cubes?
This may solve the issue.

I have scheduled the CRM_TERRMAN_PROC_REL using INITIAL run to update the territory on accounts. In between INITAL run got failed/cancelled due to error "Internal session terminated with a run time error TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED"..
I have re-run the job using INITIAL again. Again Job ended up with same error.
Is it ok to run job multiple time in INITIAL mode when Job gets failed in between?
What could be the reason for the error Internal session terminated with a run time error TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED"..?
