When I use,

.\tape0 -> What exactly is "
.\tape0" how do I get this info for my tape which is already mounted on the Server?

I was in a car collision and need proof of my location when I called 911. The Police Dept., refused to respond, since there were no injuries.
Now, I have a dispute with the other driver who is falsely stating accident happened at another intersection. In addition of calling 911 twice, I also took pictures of damages. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures of the intersection signs.
My AT&T carrier states that this info. can only be disclosed by a subpoena. My insurance carrier states that they will not subpoena this info., since it is a civil case only.
The Police Department does not keep records of calls they do not attend to.
How can I get this location info. from my i phone device if at all possible?

Not that it helps, but this is why I wish they would just go back to customer activations at home instead of activating iPhones in store. They do it there, then 3 or 4 or 5 months later, the user gets around to plugging it in to iTunes for the first time only to have all their contacts as well as apps and music they've purchased wiped out without ever having backed it up...
You can try to restore the phone. It 'should' have been backed up before the initial sync, but I'm not positive about that. I'm not in front of a machine with iTunes now and don't want to steer you wrong. There should be a number of helpful threads here. Use the search box at the top of the page, you should be able to find step by step instructions if it's still possible. -
I got my iphone a couple of months ago and the verizon tech transferred my contacts from my Blackberry over to the iphone4. Yesterday, I hooked up my iphone to my computer. I started to set up for itunes and it automatically synchronized my iphone. When I went to look up a phone number out of contacts the name was there but everything else was gone. Some of my contacts still have phone numbers and addresses but probably 50% just have the name and that's it.
what do I do? Is there a restore page?

(The x64 would most likely mean 64 bit). It may be a Windows based application/plugin, but since I had never heard of either, I'm only guessing there. If you do a search systemwide for it and don't find it plus don't know why it's there, I'd say throw it in the trash (don't empty it yet - make a note of the file path just in case you do have something installed that needs it so you can move it back).
Glad to hear it's not a torrent; some people use those not realizing that quite often there is a price to pay for downloading stuff for free that costs money elsewhere - the software packages quite often include little "add-ons" = malware which you really don't want. -

from the information you provided i can't tell if it is a hardware problem or a software problem. I do have an idea though, try to press your home button and lock button at the same time.

I have a Mac Pro OS 10.7.5 and have a DVD+R disc with files on it, but it ejects the disk after about 10 seconds--what to do? How can I get the data off this disc? I can see it has been already burned, so files are on there?
Try cleaning the lens and see if that will restore functionality to the DVD drive. Use a DVD lens cleaning disk, if you have a can of compressed air, shoot some into the slot or wrap a fine microfiber cloth (eyeglasses cleaning cloth) around a business card and insert it gently inside the slot.
If no success, make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar and get a free diagnosis from them.

I tried to import a PDF of a line drawing into Photoshop Elements. The thumbnail looks fine, but when imported the file is empty. This used to work in the past. What is wrong and how do I solve this?

The value of the Channel Strip volume etc is not stored within the C Strip setting, as you have discovered.
If you really wanted, you could add a Gain plug to the strip, with it set to give the correct output level with the Fader set to 0
(Or just set the fader manually in MS)
