DBCA step 12 hangs in 74% after ora-28010

Question

Hi guys,
I'm running an oracle10g database EE on a UNIX SOLARIS 10 SPARC box, and trying to recreate a database from a DBCA template.
When I do all steps, the process claims for an ora-28010 error when it completes 74% and after that DBCA never ends.
If I check unix processes, database is up and running, however the DBCA screen seems to be running.
I kill dbca process and now my database is up and running but I'm not sure if its all created.
Can you tell me if:
1. It's a refreshing problem with dbca??
2. If there's something in my database missing??
3. The way I can check if everything is ok by logs or some other procedure???

Hi,
ORA-28010: cannot expire external or global accounts
Cause: If a user account is created as IDENTIFIED EXTERNALLY, or IDENTIFIED GLOBALLY, this account cannot be expired
Action: Try to expire the password of the user that has database password
I think your database is created first check.
oracle@linux]$sqlplus " / as sysdba"
select status from v$instance;
