DCOM conector for EP6.0 SP2

Dear friends,
Someone knows how can I get the DCOM connector for EP6.0 SP2?? I tried to find in the service.sap and Microsoft sites but nothing!!! I found only the new version to use with the .NET plataform.
Regards
Guilherme

http://service.sap.com/connectors
But remember the DCOM connector is no longer supported.

  • Manual for Installing Patch 27 for EP6.0 SP2

Is there anyone found the installation manual for EP6.0 SP2 Patch 27 according to Note 774779?
It seems that SAP didn't publish the patches and the installation manual at the same time.

    Hi Aviad,
it is not at least not for "public" non-SAP...
    Does somebody care?
Strange enough, there doesn't seem to be a controlled process of publishing patches / notes / doc at the same time (happens quite often).
    Best regards

  • Patch version for Migration EP6.0 SP2 - NetWeaver '04 SR1

    Hi,
    I'm preparing a migration of EP 6.0 SP2 patch 29 hf1 to EP6 SPS09 SR1.
    Is this possible?
I'm only finding that the minimal version must be EP6.0 SP2 patch5 hotfix 4 in note 732458
    With kind regards,
    Martijn Tielen

    Hi Martijn,
I need to do the same thing: migrate mi EP 6.0 sp2 to sp12.
How did you do this ?   migrate applying patches, special order?, migrate with a separate installation ?
Thanks a lot for your help, I really appreciate it !

  • EP5.0 Custom .par File Does Not Work in EP6.0 SP2

I have a .par file called CustomerSearch.par that is used in EP5.0, and I am now trying to get this .par file to work in EP6.0 SP2.  I noticed the directory structure changes, so my .par structure is this:
    CustomerSearch.par
    -->  portal-inf
    portalapp.xml
    lib
    CustomerSearch.jar
    TableViewExample.class
    pagelet
    TableView.jsp
I am getting the following error in the portal console logs when I try to access the component after I have uploaded the CustomerSearch.par file.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi Bernhard,
nice to hear that we resolve the problem
    > Karstens answer solved my base problem,
    > Detlevs answer lead into the right direction.
Not that I've that need for points...
It's just the question why my answer (if you follow the link, my answer was: delete two lines, from which one is essential to be deleted) only "lead into the right direction"... In fact, it solved the base problem, I would claim for me
To give the technical background: If your write
    <property name="ComponentType" value="jspnative"/>
the portal runtime expects a component consisting of a native JSP; the second directive -
    <property name="JSP" value="pagelet/InitialPage.jsp"/>
    - for this case tells where to find this JSP. So if you delete the first line, <i>at least</i> the second line has no sense anymore. To clean up such a portalapp.xml, it just makes sense also to delete the second line.
    Best regards

  • Oracle Intall: for EP6 SP9 WAS640

    Hi,
we preparing to install EP6 SP9 WAS640 with Oracle DB on Solaris.
We looked in the installation documentation on SAP Net and there is no document for:
Installing the Oracle Database for EP6 SP9
    Installing the WAS640 for EP6 SP9
Previously we installed EP6 SP2 and these documents existed for that installtion.
Does anybody know where the documents are or when they will be available ?
    Thank you,
    Tomas.

There was a thread here about about the fastest way to get to EP6SP9.  You should look for that.
But basically you need to do the following
    oracle install Patch to 9.2.0.6
    Was sp3 install
    update to stack 09
    ep6 install
    patch to stack09
    ... etc etc
There are detailed instructions, try looking for that thread.

  • Receive Connector stopped working after Update Rollout 2 for Exchange 2007 SP2

One of the Exchange 2007 servers receive connector has stopped working since installing the latest rollout update for Exchange 2007 SP2 - for some reason the following error is received (when troubleshooting on the adjacent server) :
"Remote server server.domain.co.uk failed the mail acceptance test. MAIL FROM command: Respond = 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated."
Most admins will know you usually get this when first setting up Exchange and the receive connector not allowing anonymous connections. But our setup has been working for well over a year with no problems. Even enabling anonymous connections still doesn't fix the problem.
Our setup is 2 exchange servers across 2 sites, with the problematic server never receiving email from the internet, only from the other Exchange server (which is internet facing). The above error is received when the internet facing server is relaying email over to the problematic server. Though in the message queue the following error is received:
    "SMTPSEND.DNS.NonExistantDomain; nonecistant domain"
After testing DNS that all seems fine, so I don't believe it's a DNS problem.
Any ideas why this would happen?
    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hi Matt....
To receive e-mails from the external servers or domains or clients, you can setup a new receive connector on Hub Transport Server. To do this task, you can go through the steps mentioned in this blog....
    https://mailsolutions.wordpress.com/2015/02/06/resolving-error-530-5-7-1-client-was-not-authenticated-with-receiver-connector/
    Hope this will work
    Thanks

  • Error 1603 when installing Rollup 4 for Exchange 2010 SP2

    Hi There,
I have began upgrading our Exchange servers to Rollup 4 for Exchange 2010 SP2 last week and the first 3 servers all successfully installed it without any problems.  However I have hit a problem with my 4th server.
I am receiving the 'common' error 1603 in my Application log and I have already ran through many potential fixes to this problem on various posts on this and other forums, but to no avail.
I have tried the following without success:
    Turning off UAC
    Running from elevated CMD prompt
    Running from elevated Powershell command
Removing and re-adding "Exchange Trusted Subsystem" from the Administrators group
Re-downloading the RU4 install package to the local disk on the server
Adding more RAM and CPU resources
I have watched the installation process and it seems to update of the native assembly files and comes to the "Starting Services" process, with which it appears to do fine as I have watched the Services starting within Server Manager while this has been running,
but then all of a sudden just begins "Rolling back actions".
The only difference with this server to the others is the fact that a colleague of mine had to recover this server within the last 6 months and ran the Setup /m:RecoverServer command
to do so, could this have anything to do with it?
I have installed Exchange 2010 Service Pack 2 on this server since the recovery though.
I am running out of ideas so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    skippy-85,

  • Need Download Url - Proofing Tools for Office 2003 SP2 Greek

    Hi,
I need to install Greek Proofing Tools for Office 2003 SP2 on XP machine ,couldn't find download location.
Please let me know where i can download it.

Unfortunately, Microsoft stopped selling Office 2003 and 2007 language packs in the summer of 2011, as explained at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/access-help/determine-if-you-need-a-language-pack-HA010243416.aspx?CTT=1 (Determine if you need a language pack), so I'm afraid you are out of luck.

  • Where to download BPs for EP6?

    Hi Friends,
I want to download some BPs for EP6. I tried to download some BPs under Portal content porfolio. But  I was not able because they were not showing any download icon.
Any help would be highly appreciated
    Thanks,
    Krishna

    Hi Krishna,
You can also download BP's for EP 6.0 from SAP Service market place.
Goto the site and in the SAP Support Portal in the quick links section you can find Software Downloads.
Click on that to get into a collection software downloads
and patch ups etc for the portal.
Here too, You need Service Market place ID  for the authentication purpose. Once you get the ID you can download instantaneously.
