DDP/IMG difference possible? Problems with the menu.

Hej,
I exported an IMG and a DDP from Encore CS5. The IMG was burned as a DVD-Video. The DDP was burned as Data to a DVD.
Both were sent to a replicator. They made a few hundred copies from the DDP.
The resulting DVDs have a bug on most standalone DVD-Players and on MACs (tested with MacBook and MacBookPro): If you do nothing in the menu for a few seconds it is not possible to select any menu item anymore. The menu has a motion background and music in a loop. But the problem occurs before the loop is played through one time.
BUT ... the DVD-Video from the IMG works fine.
My problem is that I can not determine if Encored did something diffrent with the DDP or if the replicator itnroduced this strange bug somehow.
I have no software available to burn the DDP and see for myself if that works.
So my questions are:
- Has someone experienced differences between DDPs and IMGs?
- Has someone experienced the same wired bug with the menu?

Hello,
thanks for the offer to check it. But in the meantime I retransmitted (this time as a download) the same image (IMG not DDP as I feared there was something wrong with the DDP) I already gave them. The new batch of DVDs work fine. I guess I will never find out what happend because their communication is rather strange. Either something went wrong on the way with the first image (burning/reading) or they messed something up on their side and would not tell.

I have a relatively annoing problem :
None of mac os x application appears in tue menu bar. Neither the clock, nor the airport express status, nor the sound.
I have open the preference panel :
- if I change the setting for the clock, it appears on the desktop (not impossible to make it appear in the menu bar)
- if I try to open the sound preference, the preference panel crash

I suspect you're running a hacked version of Front Row. It must be removed: see my "Uninstalling the Front Row hack" FAQ.

Problem with the Menu Button in the dashboard

Hello Everyone,
This is my first post to SAP Forum.
I have developed a Dashboard in ALV and i have used some buttons for the further processes on the ALV.
I have used a Menu Button and Declared it in Handle_Menu_Button method of the Class and in the implementation i have given one option in the menu. The Program is Syntactically Correct the Only thing is that when it executes and when i click on the Menu Button First time it Refreshes itself and shows nothing but when i click on the second time it shows me the Menu.
Why it is So??? Please Help Me Out.

Please try to understand the flow of program and the screen navigation
the click of BACK button triggers PAI and (to the best of my knowledge) you might have called the ALV screen number without any checks ( may be) so it is again taking to the ALV.

Weird problem with the menu.

Today something weird happend. I was lisstening to my music when suddenly this strange menu came up. It was listed several things on it like power, sleep, memory etc etc. What is this? How do I get it away so that I can listen to music again?

Most likely, your iPod somehow got into Diagnostic Mode.
To exit Diagnostic Mode, reset your iPod (here's how you reset an iPod):
First, toggle your iPod's "Hold" switch back and forth a couple of times (leave it on the white side of the switch).
Then, press and hold the Menu and Select (center) buttons together for 5-10 seconds.
It might take a few attempts, and also, for a more effective response from your iPod, try connecting it to your computer while resetting your iPod.

Has anyone had a problem with the menu button

recently my menu button on my i-pod touch is acting weird, i have to press it a couple of times for it to work or in a certan spot. does anyone else have the same problem? Last night it wasn't working at all but it has gotten better but i still need to press it like 3 or 4 times for it to work.

I think they mean the home button. Have you dropped your iPod or possibly have gotten crumbs/sand or something small into the button? This happened with my friend's iPod nano last year. She went to the beach and got sand stuck in the center button and now she has to press that button 4 or 5 times to get it to work. Unfortunatley I don't know how to fix this, but I hope this helped a little bit.

What are you trying to do? What sort of data source is SHALL-PCAdventureWorksDw?
When you use EXEC() AT, I would execpt to see an SQL string to be passed to EXEC(), but you are passing an XML string????

There are subtle differences on a British layout, mainly having to do with the top line (shift numbers), to permit the use of European monetary symbols. There are a few other keys different (note the enter key).
Here are the basic layouts. Obviously the MBA won't have an eject key, as the power key resides in that location.

Has the unit EVER been jailbroke? Has it EVER been dropped? Did it EVER get excessively wet? Did you EVER load a pirated developer's version of the IOS?
If "No" to all the above, first try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore and you have IOS-6 or lower, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. Also, if you have IOS-7, read this.

Arthur suggestion works but you shouldnt even be doing this on a SQL Task.
Use a data flow task. You'll have better control over the data that is being transfered and get better performance because no staging table will be used.

I am new to dreamweaver. I tryed to move a e Site, I am
responsible for to dreamweaver: So far I managed it with MS
Frontpage. The meue of the page ist based on javasripts created by
a software provided bei CodeThat (

In Dreamweaver, when I try to change the tablemode with the buttons
in the symbolbar or if i try to ad new lines to a table, I get this
errormessage:
"Beim Ausführen von Layoutmodus (Strg+F6) in xxx.html

TypeError: dw.get-DocumentDOM is not a function"
I can ad lines or change the mode with the menue, the
shortcuts or the contextmenue - only the symbols in the symbolbar
do not work. Does anybody have an idea, what the problem might be

Not possible to scroll the menu without lagging - Set Up a Repair service is not working

Hi,
It is not possible to scroll the menu without lagging.
The latest version has been restored but nothing.
I think the touch screen is having some problems.
I wanted to use the Set Up a Repair / Send In for service but it seems that the application form doesn't working.
As soon as push the Continue button, nothing happens.
Is there anybody from Apple who can check this issue please?

Restoring a phone from a backup will put the device back to the state it was when the backup took place, i.e. all info that you had on that phone before using the backup will be gone.
You could try to restore the phone, which will back up the actual data on the phone, including the passcode, and use this backup to set up a new phone with. The passcode will still be the same, because it is part of the backup.

Not being able to fill in the passcode is not much different from forgetting it.
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software.
