De activating the users upon user Termination in GRC CUP.

Dear Experts,
I have a requirement to de-activate users(should not delete physically) in SAP after the users are terminated. we are planning to use HR triggers for HR terminate event in GRC CUP
Q) I understand there is a De-provision functionality in GRC CUP. Will this delete users in SU01 physically ? Is there any way to use this functionality to deactivate the users ?

Kumar,
Delete request type will delete users in CUP. What do you mean by deactiving users? Do you mean to change the validity date of the users? You will have to use change request type if you want to change any other information in the user master record other than delete/locking/unlocking of the user.

Grant execute to newly created user upon user creation

I have a procedure test in schema of user1.
I have to grant exec on this procedure to the new user upon creation of the new user.
like upon
create user USER1 identified by ....
then USER1 should be able to execute user1.test after that
in short every user created should have grant to execute this procedure.
Please suggest.

Hello, if you have a procedure in the schema of user1 then the user is user1, i.e., you cannot be creating a new user if user1 if user1 owns the test procedure.
To grant execute for a user on a procedure, just run:
GRANT EXECUTE ON user1.TEST TO <new_user>;If you want to allow every user to execute this procedure then run something like:

Is there information that the website opened and how much time was running applications? Is used in an active way of running applications?

The meaning of 'User by Activity' in t-code st03n

Hi Experts,
I've searched the resources mentioned at the end of my message, and still haven't got my answer, so allow me to ask.
In the below screen
st03n --> Expert Mode --> Workload --> Total --> Day --> <some day> --> User tab
There is certain numbers on High, Medium, Low user category. (I know the meaning of each category, 300s, 30s, 10s thinking time).
My questions are:
1. What is the meaning of this number. Is it the TOTAL number of user accessing the system for that particular day? (It is not average of concurrent user per hour, for example).
2. In st03n --> Expert Mode --> Workload --> Total --> WEEK --> <some week> --> User tab, I have another number. Is this number simply aggregate of daily data? It means, the sum of my 7 daily data for that week will be shown here? If that's the case, why in my system the number is not tally??
3. If I need to know the High-Medium-Low activity of concurrent user connection, I guess I need to use combination of CCUEVAL and st03n, correct? Getting the total concurrent user connection from CCUEVAL and assuming the high-medium-low percentage fro st03n.

My Oracle DB was working fine till 5 minutes ago. Once we bounced the server, It stopped working. Here are some details:

How did you change your user name?
resetpassword wouldn't have done it. If you managed to create a new user, then your data is still in the old account.

Cisco ISE Failure: 24408 User authentication against Active Directory failed since user has entered the wrong password

Since we implemented Cisco ISE we receive the following failure on several Notebooks:
Authentication failed : 24408 User authentication against Active Directory failed since user has entered the wrong password
This happens 2 or 3 times per Day. So basically the authentications are working. But when the failure appears, the connection is lost for a short time.
The Clients are using PEAP(EAP-MSCHAPv2) for Authentication. We've got a Cisco Wireless Environment (WLC 5508).
Why is this happening?

The possible causes of this error message are:
1.] If the end user entered an incorrect username.
2.] The shared sceret between WLC and ISE is mismatched. With this we'll see continous failed authentication.
3.] As long as a PSN not receiving a response from the supplicant within this limit during an EAP conversation, it will throw this error code. In majority of cases it says eap session timed out.
In your cases, the 3rd option seems to be the most closest one.

Try this:
1. In Ultiboard select Tools>>Netlist Editor>>Pins, press the Delete button
2. Select all nets in the Select the Net to Delete dialog and then press the Delete button. This will clear all nets in the layout, don't worry all traces, parts are still on the design.
3. Go to Multisim and select Transfer>>Forward annotate to Ultiboard. This will add all nets that you removed back and it should fix the pin problem

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

1. Make sure software is up to date
2. Make sure Messages is enabled; Settings>Messages
3. Make sure Date and Time is correctly set; Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
4. Make sure Push Notification is enabled
5. Make sure phone number or email address is correct
6. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) until you see the Apple Logo

Context Directory Agent maps the Active Directory Anti-Virus user

Hi,
Today I was able to join a couple of CDA's to our Active Directory domain (2008 R2 DC's) using a non-privileged account and the CDA maps (most) users to IP addresses.
I would like to use the CDA solely for building up firewall policies based on AD details whenever possible
as maintaining granular firewall policies on 8 different ASA's is too time consuming as we are not a large IT organization.
But, after deploying the first "AD Group" based rule, it turned out, that the AD user-account mapped to the IP address of my PC was actually a domain user, running the local anti-virus engine, and not my own.
It makes total sense that the the anti-virus user is logged on to the PC before any user, so it can do "its thing",
but my own user-account is never mapped.
CDA was able to map certain users to an IP address, even though the anti-virus user is actually logged on to the PC before them.
Has anyone deployed Identity Based Firewalling and experienced something which resembles this scenario and were you able to do any workarounds?
I looked into filtering out the logon events (for the Sophos user-account) from the Windows Security logs,
so the CDA will not be able to map these, but it seems a bit far fetched, and would probably violate a security policy or two :)

I opened a case and they refer me to bug CSCun10631.
(CDA doesn't support 2012R2).
the good news is that a new patch (3) should be release this month (July) and will include support.
