De-duplication in MDM but there are transactions in client systems

Hi every one,
I have a question about removal of any duplicate record in the MDM consolidated from any system. Let suppose if there are several transactions are purformed using that duplicate master record. What if that master record has been deleted in de-duplication in the MDM. How do you change that master data used in transactions to a orignal and master copy.
For example there are parent-child relationship. Master data can not be deleted if there are transaction available.
If you know to deal with this scenario then please share with me as well.

Hi Naeem,
Firstly, MDM does not delete any duplicate records identified by the SAP-MDM system being fully aware that there may be open transactions on these master records which will have a direct impact if deleted.
When MDM identifies Duplicate master records across systems it merges them in MDM.Merging does not delete the original records in MDM but saves them as one merged record in the Key mapping.
The original records local key is still maintained on which existing transaction can continue to run.
The point here is these identified duplicates by MDM system can be informed to the transaction system team and futher transactions can be stopped on those duplicate master
Also we can then gradually move to the CMDM phase where once the duplicate masters are identified the new masters creation can be done centrally through MDM.
These are the Major actions that can be taken after duplicate finding using SAP-MDM.

My computer just had to get a new hard drive and we reloading info onto the new hard drive...my iphoto pics are all, there save about 8, but there are NO thumbnails. I tried rebuilding the thumbnails...nothing. I tried creating a new library...nothing.

I have recently had to purchase a new battery and hard drive. Because it wouldn't back up completely, I was able to recover most information, but it looked a bit different or I have found items in different places. One thing that is happening is in iphoto. All my pics are there, but there are NO thumbnails visible. I have tried rebuilding the thumbnails...nothing. I have tried creating a new library...no info even transferred. Any suggestions?

Tried to reinstall iPhoto library from external hard drive, it shows that the photos and events are there but there are no thumbnails and if you click on an image or video nothing comes up.

My hard drive crashed recently and we took it to apple to get repaired. The apple employees said that they would have to replace the hard drive but they didn't have the equipment to get the data off my hard drive. So I took it to a computer store who had the right equipment after a month and a half of waiting they finally got all the data off my hard drive and put it on an external hard drive (Seagate Expansion Portable Drive). I then took it back to apple who replaced the hard drive. Now I'm in the process of reinstalling everything. I have never done a Time Machine back up or backed my laptop up to . Which I now will do very often once I've reinstalled everything. I have reinstalled all of my desktop images and folders as well as my iTunes library with no issues. However when i went to reinstall my iPhoto library it came up blank. I then Rebuilt the library several times and this was the result.

Please help i have three years worth of images from holidays on here and would be devastated if i lost them.

iPhoto cannot find the thumbnails or the original pictures.
Go to your iPhoto Library in the Pictures Folder.
Right-click on it and from the resulting menu, choose 'Show Package Contents'.
This will bring you inside the iPhoto Library package. There you should see a Folder called Masters. Within that, there should be folder containing your actual photos.
Are they there?

This has nothing to do with Apple, as Apple does not make the apps.
This is the decision of the app maker.
Contact those app makers and ask them why they do this.

Have you changed the template?
Some pages may not have numbers in place as default. If you have changed the page or the template page, you may have added a object which as pushed the number out of view, or an image may be in a layer on top of the text.
If you select one object on the page...then go to Edit, select all, you should see the outlines of any content no matter that content may not be seen. Look at the bottom for a page width rectangle outline.. IF its there, you need to shuffle the content until you find that box, and use Arrange > bring to front.

Hmmm...I'm using 1Password Version 3.8.20 (build 31499) with a fresh install (scrape and pave) of Mt. Lion on my iMac and it's working fine.
I use Dropbox to sync 1Password so for my fresh install I simply downloaded 1Password from Agilbits website and installed it.
Have you tried reinstalling 1Password? Depending on how you purchased it, download it from their website or from the Mac App store to reinstall/replace it. (IIRC v3.8.x comes directly from Agilbits and v3.9 from the Mac App store.) You shouldn't have to uninstall it, the new download should overwrite the existing copy.
As with anything else, be sure to run a backup first!

Try resetting your phone, hold the home and sleep/wake button down until the apple symbol comes up, then release. If that doesnt work, you may have damaged your phone and need to take it to an apple genius bar.

This means you have 4Gb of photos in your trash.
Go to Photos - recently deleted (an option in the same menu as "camera roll" and "photo stream") and finally delete the photos.
The 4Gb of space will then be cleared.

"No data to retreive" depending selection but there are data

It's happening something really weird in a webi we have built.
We have a webi report built on a query bex - olap connection. In the query we have a variable which is 0PLANT, it's a hierarchy variable; in the webi itself we have specified the rest of variables, amongst then Document Date (0DOC_DATE).
If we run the report choosing different values just in 0PLANT and 0DOC_DATE variables, webi shows data... sometimes!
Case 1)
0PLANT = the top hierarchy node
0DOC_DATE = 01.10.2013 - 31.12.2013
Data -> ok
Case 2)
0PLANT = the top hierarchy node
0DOC_DATE = 01.01.2013 - 31.12.2013
No data to retrieve, which is a nonsense because at least there are date for the last 3 months
Case 3)
0PLANT = a minor hierarchy node
0DOC_DATE = 01.01.2013 - 31.12.2013
Data -> ok
As you see, sometimes reports shows a message saying "No data to retreive" but there are data.
We are thinking when we make a huge selection, as webi would show a huge amount of rows, instead of giving a "time-out" or another error, is saying that "no data to retreive".
What do you think?

After having done lots of executions and tests, we think we have found the possible explanation. It turns out that this report has a lot of dimensions (around 30) as "free dimensions", I mean, not shown directly in the report, but possible to include them once run.
It seems that when a webi is executed, BO looks for all data, independently it's or not in the default view. We have removed all dimensions, remaining just those which are really needed, and webi worked!
It looks like it was a kind of time-out error.
