Deactivate a crashed computer, how do I add another one
My computer is no longer working therefore I can not deactivate that computer and add another one?

You can authorize up to 5 computers.
To authorize you need to install iTunes on the computer to be authorized:
Open iTunes
From Store in the menu bar, choose Authorize This Computer. (If the menu bar is not visible hit CTRL-B).
When prompted, enter your Apple ID and password, then click Authorize.

You can only deauthorize everything to do that. Click on Account under Quick Links. You can deauthorize all five there. But you can only do this once a year.

I would suggest you to uninstall Adobe Reader using the cleaner tool and then re-install the latest version.

If I am on another computer, I will open Firefox ... enter the master password ... and move on as usual? ... because all this is on Firefox servers.

If you want to use your account then go to settings and sign in.
