Hello all,
I have a requirement like I have a std BSP appln. before entering into the appln a popup from application server is appearing for authentication. But my reqmnt is like:
1. I want my custom BSP login screen to appear here with some custom images.
2. I am validating the username pwd thro susr_login_check_rfc. But i want to lock the user for too many failure attempts.
3. I dont want the application server pop up to appear for authentication.
how to achieve ths... Thankx in advance

Please help! My CS6 won't open and Adobe Application Manager keeps popping up to renew CS Cloud subscription.

Hi there.
I recently canceled my CS Cloud subscription about 3 weeks ago and went back to using CS6. I was using CS6 Creative Suite without a problem until 2 days ago. Now my CS6 programs (AI, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) won't open. Instead the Adobe Application Manager keeps popping up to renew the subscription, see below insert.
I have chatted with Adobe customer support numerous times but when it comes to transferring me to their technical support, the chat mysteriously becomes unavailable. The only time the transfer went through, I was advised to remove CS6 Creative Suite using Cleaner Tool and reinstall, which I did but my CS6 still does not open and the AAM keeps popping up giving me the same message to renew the subscription. The AI/Photohop icons just keep bouncing up and down without opening while the AAM pops up.
What can I do to stop this annoying AAM from popping up and open my CS6? I just want my CS6 to open up again. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Please help!

now i created a form on DS which is running fine with in the environment on DS but now prob is

can any body please let me know the performance issues, differences between 32bit and 64bit of oracle application sever 10g? I heard there were some differences... where can i find the information try to look in oracle site not much help...

May be possible but it is probably not tested by Oracle nor is it supported as error correction support for OAS 10g has finished more than a year ago.

Make sure that you always use a 32-bit emulated shell (linux32 bash).

Connection problems with Dedicated Application Sever for R/3 System

Hi all,
I'm trying to define a Dedicated Application Sever for R/3 System.
I filled in the parameters for:
(according to the basis team)
Admin Password
Admin User ID
Application Host
Logical System Name
SAP Client (300)
SAP System ID
SAP System Number
System Type (SAP_R3)
User Mapping Type (user,admin)
I also defined a user mapping for the user I'm loggen on with.
When trying to test the connection a strange thing happened:
On the first test the test completed successfully, and on the following tests it failed.
Each time I re-entered the Admin Password property the test succeeded again, and failed in the following times.
If anybody experienced a similar problem, knows its source, or can suggest additional properties I should fill in order to solve the problem, I would be gratefull.

I listen to the BBC on their iPlayer. I have other applications which use Pop-ups. The iPlayer window comes to the fore every time I've used another pop-up, and I have to minimize it to carry on. How do I keep it minimized by default?

I listen to the radio on BBC iPlayer. Whenever another application opens a pop-up, the iPlayer window is activated first, then overlayed by the new pop-up. I work in the pop-up and close it, only to find that the iPlayer pop-up is active. I have to switch to my main application to carry on working. Doesn't sound a big problem, but I have to do this every few minutes.
How do I keep iPlayer in the background please?

How to Pass Variables from One Application to Another Pop Up Window

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone on the list has tried calling up a
pop up manager, and have two other variables imported for secondary
usage. I have tried using [Bindable], but this does not seem to be
working, and I am still getting errors that tells me that the
variables are "not defined" when it gets passed to another
HTTPService. I tried embedding the Pop Up Manager in the same
application as the one that is supposed to "pass the variables,"
but it no longer acts as a pop up window.
Could anyone please tell me where I can find the answers for
this?

Hi,
I am trying to display some data on the Child window that
would need to take the data from the parent titleWindow, which
could be drop down menus, text labels or combo boxes. I would need
to use a HTTPService on the child dialog box to accomplish task I
think, but the problem is, how would I get the information from its
parent window? The example I have are all about how the text input
from the child window gets feed back to the parent.
Would I need to create a "reverse" declaration or something
so I can access the information from the parent in the child
window?

Deploy Webdynpro ABAP application without logon portal

We have a Webdynpro ABAP application bulit in ECC to deploy. User wants to access the application via an URL on their webpage instead of logon SAP portal. They do not want the application to show the portal header and navigation area.
With the help of portal support, we created an URL iView to access the application with parameter NavMode=3 (e.g. http: //portal.xxx:8280/irj/portal/index.html?navigationtarget=roles://portal_content/mycompany/application.iView
/WDApplication&NavMode=3). This method can fulfill user's requirement. However, we have to hardcode the Webdynpro ABAP application URL in the iView (e.g. http: //devep.xxx:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/WDApplication). This will be a disadvantage because the URL will be http: //qasys.xxx in QA environment and http: //prodsys.xxx in production environment.
Can someone suggest a solution to me? We do not use NWBC. Thanks.

I think only after moving to PRD., the client will use the application rite.!! so u can directly give PRD url in ur iView.,
If it is in application ., we can get Host and Port., but we have to hardcode the url., So I am thinking better to give PRD Url in iView.

I've installed Vision Demo and able to access it via FireFox download Jinitiator and login in the applet application.However i can't extract any information as my con-current manager seems to be deactivated or unable to start.
Has it something to do with my dbc settings given below.

Uninstall Applications from logon Script

HI, I got few applications to uninstall from domain PC's. I have create following bat file but can we run this from input file with all these GUID?i need some logs to check this pc's are uninstalled before install new application?-----------uninstall.bat ------------------------:SP4.0x64

Hi JRV,
I just need a script to remove above applications form 50 PC's then run the another batch file to install the new software. These applications are installed from the MSI from the SOE.
So i need uninstall each application and if successful /unsuccessful write that to a log file.
I prefer to ask users to restart their PC's and then put the message " Software is installing ...etc etc) then uninstall the old software and install new software.
I did this to a test pc's via Computer GPO but noticed that some applications are uninstalled and new application installed or some not installed.
I Put uninstalled.bat and installed.bat into GPO computer logon section.
As

Deactivate Application sever logon pop up.
