Deactivate automatic transfer order during PO process

After transfer order ,system automatically confirmation of transfer order .i need to manual confirmation, I dont want Automatic
transfer order confirmation during PO process.
i deactivate confirmation in warehouse number,storage type, movement type. but again its happened the transfer order confrimation

Check again in OMLX both indicators are removed. If you are still facing the issue then you may need to check any enhancement done for this purpose to override the configuration.
Or check you are using any special Movement indicator to directly putaway the material bypassing the TR & TO. Check WM view 1 for special mvt indicator
Please refer the prerequesiste for the TO confirmation. If you remove the prerequisites it should work fine. But it is not advisable to remove the Confirmation required indicator at storage type level

Automatic WM transfer order during inspection lot posting to non-WM-sloc

I have a question in regards of automatic creation of WM-transfer orders during QM-inspection lot posting from a WM-storage location to a non-WM-storage location:
- MIGO IM-posting: goods receipt with reference to purchase order to a WM-storage location
=> inspection lot automatically created
=> WM-stock is located on 902 GR area external rcpts / stock category Q
- Inspection lot: enter result and usage decision with posting of inspection lot stock to a non-WM storage location into the blocked stock
A transfer requirement (movement type 311 / destination u201C921 Transferu201D) is created after the inspection lot posting (QA11) but the auto-creation functionality is not possible since the u201CSystem cannot find source storage binu201D.
How can this auto-creation of a transfer order be realized since it is possible to create the transfer order manually via LB11 (entering source u201C902u201D / storage bin u201CPurchase Order no.u201D)?
The system cannot find the storage bin automatically.

Please let me know are u using quality interim storage area. If you clear material from quality and want material to go to bin then it should be warehouse managed storage location.

during the TO confirmation the users have the chance to change the destination bin, information that will be printed in TO form. For this reason is useful to set the automatic print of the TO at the time of TO confirmation.

Automatic Transfer Order Creation

Hi All,
Scenario: When there is GR from Production order into WM Storage Location I have all settings so that Inbound Delivery HU Mvt is created also Material is getting packed into HU in Backend automatically as soon as Delivery is created.
My Requirement is
that I want to create Automatic transfer Order for this Inbound Delivery created. I have gone thru STD SAP Docuemnts which tells auto TO creatoin for TRs. But I need to create Auto TO for Inbound Delivery not for TR (of course in backend)
So that in the next step the TO can Be confirmed manually.
Can anyone plz help me << Moderator message - Everyone's problem is important >>.

Hi,
To create automatic TO in the back grond w.r.t to inbound document is not possible in WM , i belive.
if you dont want to use TR ,then do the following setting in customisation
SPRO- LE-WM-interfaces-activate automatic to creation -movement type assign- keep TR column blank and in create TO immediatly column use x ( Call up transaction "Create TO for material document")

How to create automatic Transfer Order for posting change delivery mvt.321?

Hi,
We are using HU with WM functionality; While posting stocks after UD, the system creates a posting change delivery instead of directly posting the stock to unrestricted stock from quality stock.
Now that we have to process the ourbound delivery bu creating a transfer order and confirming it and also do a Post Goods Issue against delivery then only the system posts the stock into unrestricted stock.
Our client doesn't want to go thro' these process steps. They would like the stock to be posted to unrestricted automatically after UD stock posting (movement type 321). Is there a way out to automatically process the posting change delivery in the background including Transfer order creation and confirmation and PGI please?

No Automatic Transfer order creation upon usage decision for 553 mtype

Scenario: We have quality and warehouse management active. Goods receipt is done against a purchase order. Stock comes into 902 storage type under stock category u201CQu201D. From 902 storage type, Goods issue to scrapping under quality( using IM movement type 553 ) is done using QA11. Normally, once GI to scrap under quality is done at IM level, WM movement type 551 gets triggered automatically in the background which creates a transfer order to move stock from 902 to 999 storage type under u201CQu201D stock category.
Problem: System unable to find storage bin for storage type 902 Q.
In our system, automatic TO creation from TR isnu2019t happening once the usage decision for 553 movement type happens. The TO creation process couldnu2019t recognize the stock which is available as u201CQu201D. It throws an error message u201Csource storage bin could not be foundu201D at the time of TO creation from TR. Putaway strategy for the physical storage types is FIXED BIN, MIXED STOCK ALLOWED and ADDITION TO EXISTING STOCK. 902 storage type has ADDITION TO EXISITNG STOCK and MIXED STOCK as a putaway strategy.
We have already activated auto TO creation settings at WM-IM reference movement types interface configuration.
Is there any setting missing at QM-WM interface?
Can someone please tell us a methodology to activate this transfer order creation process (WM mtype 551) for 553 IM mtype ?

Stock Transfer Order two step process

Hi!
we are following stock transfer order in two step process along with WM
we are using movement types 641 & 101.
Now our client rerquiement is : when goods issue is posting in supply plant ( movement type 641), the accounting entry should be Goods in Transit A/C dr TO Stock Account Cr.
when goods receipt is posting in receiving plant the accounting entry should be : Stock Account a/c dr to Goods in Transit A/C, if there are price differences it will be posted to price difference accounts ( both have price control "S").
how can we acheive this.
Now only at the time of 641 or 101 we posting the accounting document as: Stock A/C dr ( receiving plant) to Stock A/C Cr ( issuing plant) and price difference.

we can a report in MB5T, but there you cannot find value of the stock, only quantity of stock, as in STO, there will not be any price, that is the problem.

Avoid automatic Transfer Order confirmation when created.

Hi Gurus,
When creating the Transfer Order, it automatically gets confirmed. How can we separate the TO creation and confirmation? Where are the switches? So we can either confirmed the TO in LT12 or by using interface.
Any help is really appreciated.

Thanks for the input. I checked in OMLX and it looks like our Warehouse is not listed for the Separate confirmation of pick and transfer to set up two step confirmation.
But when I try to set this up, system pop up an error saying 'An entry already exists with the same key' whereas this entry is not maintained.
Can you please elt me know what needs to be doen.

Automatic creation of transfer orders from goods receipt of purchase order.

The project i am currently working on requires the following;
When goods receipting a purchase order i have a requirement for the system to create automatic transfer orders to put the stock away into storage bins. I am aware that the stock goes straight into the 902 area once goods receipted. Is it possible to have the transfer orders created automatically out of 902 once the goods receipt has been posted.
In support of this, i have made an entry in transaction OMKX for the following;
Reference Movement Type - 101
Movement Indicator - B (goods movement for purchase order)
Movement Type - 101
TR Create Transfer requirement - X
Immed. TO Creation - A
Addl Data - X
Once i receipt the PO it just sits in 902 and does not create any automatic transfer orders.
Could someone please help me

Please try to process the material document of the GR manually by LT06 in foreground to find out the root cause of the error.
You may also want to setup the mail control (V_T321-MAILK) for immediate TO creation in OMKX. The system will send you a express message (depending on your setup) if TO creation is failed.

To have transfer orders created automatically in the background, you must first set the indicator Automatic transfer order creation for each respective movement type in the Customizing application for Warehouse Management under the path Activities - Transfers - Define Movement Types. The system automatically copies this indicator into the header item of the source document.

This can be configured in the schedule line level....
In the Schedule line mention the Order type : Your transfer order: This is the feild for the purchase order ,
So at the time of Delivery the system will prompt the TO and the required feilds will be entered and the delivery as well as the trasfer order can be created....

Change Transfer Order Line Items during Creation

Hi All,
I have a requirement wherein it is necessary to change the Line item (LTAP) of a transfer order , during its creation.
I had a look at exits - MWMTO001 (EXIT_SAPLL03T_001) . But it is not useful in our case as the TO is already created before the control is passed over to the user-exit.
Our requirement is that, if the source qty in alternate unit of measure (LTAP-VSOLA) contains a decimal value i.e. if LTAP-VSOLA = 2.500 CAR ( Carton is the alternate unit of measure ), then the TO line must be split into two lines and the qty must be distributed as 2 CAR and 6 EA ( Each is the Base unit of Measure ), considering that 1 CAR = 12 EA.
I tried searching for any FM/BAPI for changing TO's, so that it can be used in the above exit after TO creation, but could not find any . Any suggestions to over come this will be highly appreciated.

Hi Jurgen,
You are right. The system does not propose TO's with different UoM's for the same material. The TO split thro configuration which you have suggested does not check for the decimal value of the quantity, but rather it takes the Qty value as a whole.
As far as I have seen , there are no user exits which can be used to influence the creation of TO line items. Let me know if u come across any of them, which can be used to modify the system determined TO lines.
