Deactivate Nokia Lumia unlimited subscription

I am currently using Nokia Lumia 610..
Due to some reason my nokia music store is not working i.e. i cant download songs any more from the store. Whenever i select any song for downlading, the message it shows is "This phone is already registered with a Nokia Music Unlimited subscription".
Can I deactivate my Nokia Lumia unlimited subscription and resubscribe it??
If yes, then what is the procedure??

Is your phone purchased second hand? If yes, Nokia Music Unlimited (NMU) licenses are activated by signing in with a Nokia Account. If the same Nokia Account is used to activate a second or third device, the NMU licenses are accumulated on that account. It's only the most recently activated device can be used to access Nokia Music and download music for free. You will be able to play already downloaded music on previously registered devices.
Therefore, if the device is bought second hand, and the license is still in use by the first owner, the second owner is not entitled to the Nokia Music license.
Otherwise, can you check the following question:
Aside from you, someone else logged in and activated the license before you purchased your phone first hand,
Or did you allow someone else to log in with your Nokia account on your device?

You need to contact your local Nokia helpline to resolve the issue ..You can do so thru' 'Nokia Support' tab at the bottom of this page..then click 'Contact' at the bottom of the page that follows..and finally 'Contact Support' to reach different channels thru' which you can contact ...

Can we have the exact error message so we can check the cause of the error? Furthermore, where did you purchase the phone and where are you currently located? Did you use a new Nokia account or your old Nokia account to activate the service?

Nokia music unlimited subscription merged

so, I got a new Lumia 920
and unknowingly registered with my old nokia account that was already in use with my previous lumia
now, when I opened nokia music app, it merged my nokia music unlimited subscription with my previous one, and now I've got only 60 days of nokia music unlimited instead of the 1yr subscription I should've got.
Is there any way I could get it right now?

Hi..I bought nokia lumia 720 around 4 month back in india.Now i am in sweden.That time i had unlimited music subscription.But when i tried to download music here it is showing your mobile is already registered with unlimited subsciption .So i terminated my accounts and login with facebook account but instaed of unlimited it is showing you have subsrciption till 7th feb 2014.So let me k now the procedure to solve this issue asap.

Firstly, Nokia Music Unlimited offers unlimited downloads for a fixed period, in the case of your Lumia 720 this is six months. It is not indefinite.
The error must have occurred because your phone detected that you are now in Sweden. All Nokia Music (now known as MixRadio) services are restricted to specific countries according to the licensing arrangements with the record companies. Nokia Music Unlimited India is not available outside India.
Even if that were not true, unfortunately it was not good to terminate your Nokia Account. When you first activate Nokia Music Unlimited, your phone's factory-provisioned NMU licence is linked to your Nokia Account. You cannot subsequently use that same phone with the NMU service on a different Nokia Account.
Now that you are in Sweden, however, you do have access to all of the services that MixRadio Sweden has to offer, including free streaming of music mixes, and downloading music from the MixRadio Sweden catalogue,

I bought my lumia 620 on July 2013,, i used a new Nokia account to activate the Nokia Music Unlimited Subscription,, it worked and downloaded music oftenly,,, later this month i accidently logged in with my old Nokia account which i used for ovi stores in my X2-01,, every time i logged in it shows error in Registration,, i diagnosed the problem and again switched to my real Nokia account,, still this error continues..

I am also facing the same problem when I updated Nokia Music version: 3.6.99.508 , I then updated Nokia Music to the next version 3.7.3.607 today Yet it is saying 'not saved'.
So the problem seems to be not from that update alone.
Please suggest if you had found some solution for this issue.

I have the Europe+UK Unlimited subscription, but I can't call any UK number if I am in UK - why? The message is "you can only call the numbers that are outside your own". Thank you.

Make sure you are signed in with the account you used to activate your Nokia Music Unlimited subscription.If you are already signed in, try to log out and then log back in again.
To log out, go to your phone settings and select Nokia Account > … > delete > delete.To log back in, go to Nokia Music and select settings > Sign in.
If you have forgotten your password, go to http://account.nokia.com to retrieve it.

Nokia Lumia 800 & Nokia music unlimited

Does Nokia Lumia work with Nokia Music Unlimited? Lumia appears in my Nokia music player ok and I changed
my account to Lumia (registere new imei code). But when I try to move music to Lumia, it says my phone is not registered Nokia Music Unlimited device.

It is that simple. When you log in to Nokia Music from the Lumia, you are logging into the version of Nokia Music where you buy tracks/albums invididually with credit you've purchased.
Even if you with some other phone model with the Nokia/Ovi Music Unlimited (or Comes With Music) might have been able to log into to the store with free/unlimited music.
If you have downloaded music to your PC from the "unlimited" Nokia Music store and it is now on your PC, you can burn it to a CD and then "rip" the music back to the PC and then copy it to the Lumia. You can also keep playing it on that PC, or keep copying it to the original "unlimited" phone model (if you still have it, and it is still working). If you change your PC, you might even be able to re-license it for the new PC.
You probably won't be able to copy it directly (re-license it) to your Lumia.
Check with (call) Nokia Care (Nokia's customer support) to be sure.

Can you further elaborate on your concern? What type of voucher are you specifically asking? We have 2 kinds of vouchers:
1. Nokia Music Unlimited vouchers. Previously, Nokia Music Unlimited supported devices come with voucher to activate the service. Now, activation of the service has been made PIN-less. The vouchers are just to extend your subscription and can be purchased via Oxigen retail stores and through online:

2. Promotional vouchers. This is only being given away as part of a promo or marketing.
