Deadline Monitoring doesn't create Notification and System Cond Field

Hi Gurus,
I have created a job schedule for IP10 (program RISTRA20) and this week it created 140 new Work Orders.
However, it didn't create Notification and all the System Condition Field were in blank in different result than we got last week execution.
Any idea what happened?
Thanks,
Michel

Hi All,
In fact I just checked the settings you suggested but all the parameter were set up correctly.
PM01     M1     Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active
PM02     M2     Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active
PM03     M3     Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active
PM04     M1     Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active
PM05     M3     Assignment of Operations to Maint. Plan Notifications Active
PM06          Assignment of Operations to Object List Entries Inactive
PM07          Assignment of Operations to Object List Entries Inactive
PM08          Assignment of Operations to Object List Entries Inactive
And regarding the syscond field, I saw the in the Task List it's BLANK as well. So, I assume it pulls from the Task List into the WO.
But still wondering about the Notification issue.
Thanks again!

The version 6.0.2 doesn't create tabs, and my journal doesn't save!

I am not sure how it was done in 5.0.1 so I can't comment on that. I know that since 5.1.1, the runtime engine is nothing but .dlls.
There is another way. Have someone create a generic EXE file. Then run this generic EXE. (What I mean by generic is that you do not specify any VI when you create the application.) It will prompt you to select a file when you run the executable. You can then browse to your VI and have it run that way.
I am not sure if you'll need any license by doing it this way... What I'm suggesting here is a way for you to have an executable like what you've described. Maybe you could talk to a NI application engineer or your sales person to have them create you the generic EXE.
I am not sure about software distribution. Y
our sales person would be the one that you talk to about that. The NI Developer Suite or LabVIEW PDS is something to consider if you're planning on distributing your applications.
    Thanks.

  • Reg "created by" and "updated by" fields in Data Manager

    Hi,
I just want to know if we have any solution for the "Create By" and "Update By" issue in data manager. Because in my system i have two users. The 1st user created the record and later if the 2nd user edits any field then only the "Update By" field should show the 2nd user name but as of now now it updates both the "Create By" and "Update By" by the 2nd user name.
Expecting your valuable inputs on this.
    Thanks in advance !!

    Hi Arumugam,
goto Console and check the "Selected Fields" property of your "Create By" fields. You should choose a field that does not change at all if some updates the record. A good choice is a Auto ID that is created only once when the record is created. So you can ensure that your Create User will not change if anyone is updating the record later on.

  • Ping Status Monitor doesn't create any alert

    Hello,
for Windows Server you have the Ping Status Monitor testing connection to the servers. We have the problem, that if a server is not reachable the alert does not occure. We test it with one server - disebled the network card and the monitor does not alert.
If I ping the server from the scom console it fails but status view and state change are still green.
Is there something wrong with the monitor?

    Hi,
    Ping Status Monitor
This monitor pings a agentless computer using an ICMP ping. If the computer is agent-managed, it ping itself locally.

  • Creation of Service Notification and filling certain fields

    Hi,
I am trying to create a service notification document from inside dunning activity (TR FBVB).
The steps that I followed are
A custom FM is configured which is called after dunning event ISU_DUNNING_BLOCK_DEVICE_0350. This std FM creates a disconnection order number which can be seen via TR EC87. This EC87 transaction has a tab for service orders created via it.
The custom FM configured is called after standard FM is used to get disconnection order and then we are using FM ISU_S_DISCDOC_CHANGE. This FM creates the relevant service notification document for the disconnection order.
The problem we face in here is the equipment number, connection number, installation, material, serial number created via the FM ISU_S_DISCDOC_CHANGE is blank.
Our requirement is to have the service notification created via the above fields populated in it.
Kindly suggest is there any alternative to get those fields populated in the service notification (TR IW53)
    Regards,
    Imran

    hi eshwar
you can create service order by using the service notification,
create service notification using IW54 after entering the details select the Service notification in the menu and select the service order create OR press the Order buttom ,and enter the order type you  want to create
    hope this will clear you

  • Creating a test in PDF: Is it possible to create Right and Wrong answer fields in PDF?

Very new to this.  I may be way off, but Im trying to create a test for some students to do in class.  Is it possible to create fields that turn green when right and red when wrong?  Also can you have a field that accumulates the right answers to give a score?

Sure you can, with a bit of JavaScript. What sort of fields will you be using and what part of the field do you want to be green or red?

  • Extended notification and deadline monitoring

We are using extended notification to deliver new and changed workitem by email.  Now we want to update some workflow approval tasks to add deadline notification.  In SWU3 workflow customizing, we had setup "Schedule Background Job for Deadline Monitoring" to run job RSWFSLSDLEX (previous version is SWWDHEX).
My question: if there is some outstanding workflow task meet the deadline, will the notification email sent out by job RSWFSLSDLEX or extended notification report SWN_SELSEN?  Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Donald

    Hi,
The deadline monitoring job only creates additional workitems if a deadline is met, the sending of an email job retrieves workitems and sends them as email.

  • Updated to Mavericks. Now theres tons of activity in my terminal and my activity monitor doesn't seem normal. I want to think someone's hacking me, but i need experienced help please!

I spent all night trying to fix this. It seems to me that someone has been trying to hack into my system with all of the random codes/lines in my terminal and i have all of his foreign IP addresses. And now i get this strange message that popped up in my terminal. Idk what it entirely means? I would very appreciate if someone could just walk me through this. Thank you very much.
First time poster. I have Macbook Pro. OSX. Just downloaded the new mavericks. I'm i have my firewall on. I stay secure. I run Netbarrier, Virusbarrier, IdentityScrubber.
I know something is a little odd or just doesn't make since about my activity monitor. Then my WiFi was hacked last night and this person was writing tons lines of commands/codes that i found in my terminal and my activity monitor doesn't look normal,  and I've only been a mac owner for about a year now and i'm learning more and more but while trying to figure out what was going on this message popped up which concerned me the most. Any help would be most appreciated, thanks guys. I have my terminal full of his foreign ip addresses i noticed, and a lot of other commands and lines he wrote out that i definitely did not type myself. Can anyone give me a hand on this? Thanks

  • Batch monitor doesn't launch and doesn't exist at all :(

    Hi,
    I desperately need your help.
My problems started a couple of months ago when a less than 2-hour project in Final Cut was converted by compressor into a 6-gig file.
Following basic troubleshooting steps described in FAQ, I deleted user preferences and the program went back to normal.
Yesterday my 1 hour and 30 minutes project was converted into 5 gig file. My troubles started all over again. This time I also tried to delete user preferences but now it DIN"T WORK.
I decided to remove and reinstall compressor and Qmaster following by the steps described at
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1888?viewlocale=en_US
All went well, BUT now when I export my project using compressor, batch monitor doesn't launch! And when I look into Applications->Utilities I don't SEE THE BATCH MONITOR program at all!
Maybe I have not installed the entire thing necessary for normal performance of the compressor application? (when I reinstalled compressor, I checked Compressor and Qmaster boxes only, and unchecked final cut pro, DVD studio pro and the rest of the applications I did not need to reinstall)
    Please advise.
    Regards,
    Tatiana
P.S. I'm using FCP 5.0 not the newest FCP studio 2.0

    Thank you for your reply!
Still trying to figure out what's going on.
I checked the option it IS on. Thank you for your suggestion, though.
Regarding Batch Monitor as a separate program, yes I know that I should look for it in the UTILITIES folder. But it is NOT THERE! How can it be possible if I reinstalled Compressor AND Apple Qmaster?
    Any thoughts?
Maybe I did or did not delete some file(s) before the reinstallation? What should have I done before plugging in the installation dvd with the Final Cut Pro 5.0? I followed all steps described in the basic troubleshooting section on the Apple web site. Ironically, I got into even more trouble
    I appreciate your help.

    Hi,
kindly guide where the extended notification email text and subject of email is maintained?

  • Notification and order

    Hi every one,
In my project we are having notification which is raised by production dept and order is prcessed by engineers. Now i m not getting in SAP we user iw21 to create notification and from there only we can create work order. I m not getting how to restrict production guy from creation of order bcaz screen is same he can create notification and the sam time he can create order also. What is solution for this. Kindly help me in this.
    Regards
    Abhishek Sinha

It is very simple ask authorizations team to block the tocde Iw31 in PFCG roles
they can block the tcodes in the roles of production
even if they want to create order direclty or from notification they cannot create
    Reagrds
    chandrashekhar
The production (prvovided IW3* authorization blocked) user clicks the Order button, System throws error - Not authorized.
As maintenance Engineers are authorized for IW3*, they can create direct order by (IW31) or wrt notifiction (IW34)
Follow the above steps and run a cycle then revert back with observations

  • Sharepoint Site User name, created by and Modified field issue

I am being admin of sharepoint site . I have added a user to my sharepoint site from people and groups(Site Action-->Site Settings-->Users and Permissions-->People and Groups). So Now "Created by" and "Modified by" field should
show My login name(display name) in those fields Right ? But In those field it is showing  user name whom I have added to my sharepoint site. I have added user to my site so My display name should be their  in "created by" and "modified
by" field. Facing this issue on PROD and UAT.

    Hi Rajshekhar,
Actually, the users have been added to the site groups or granted with permissions in Site Permissions, then the users will be added to the User Information List of the site collection.
I recommend to check if the users you added have already been listed in the User Information List.
If yes, then the Created By and Modified By fields have already been filled with other values.
Created By field will show the user name who is the first one to add the user to the site and the Modified By field will show the last one who edit the My Settings of that user.
To access the User Information List, you can type the URL like this:
    http://server/_catalogs/users/detail.aspx.

I've created a user decision with 6 days deadline in Latest End tab. When deadline occurs, i'm obsoleting the workitem from approver's inbox and in deadline outcome, i'm just reading next level manager's details. at the end i'm checking whether decision received from approver or not. if not, i'm sending the workoitem to next manager using loop step. This is working fine. But where to implement the logic to send reminder emails.
    Thanks,
    Siva Sankar.
