I'm backup my iphone on computer A, than i sync/ restore my backup from Computer B to my iphone...
After i take any data from my iphone, i'm plan to restore my backup from computer A.. but after i connect it to my itunes ,automaticlly sync to my iphone...
so my last backup on Computer A "overwritten"... Because on old itunes version , we can choose what time to restore backup. in the last itunes version i can't
please to all... i need help... i have important contact on my last backup from computer A and now it's gone...
And i Forget to activate my icloud...
so where i can find or see my last sync history device on my computer??

There really is no need to use caps and bolding. It only serves to make your message annoying.
Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with your bank or any savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. Something as small as an iPod should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries.

If not you're into using file recovery software like File Salvage - you can download a free trial and it will scan the disk for you and tell you with might be recoverable. Actual recovery will require that you purchase the app. There may be many files with the same or similar names. Always recover the largest file size.

This happened to me too but it was really all there. Go to your calendar, click on calendar in the upper left hand corner, click on show all calendars, click done in the right upper corner. Everything should show up!!!

When i was updating new software through ITunes my phone just shut down and could be turned on, so i had to restore my iphone from office computer and i selected restore from backup, but i sync last time 5 months ago, so when i got back home, i connected my iphone to my laptop and sync my iphone, i got back all recent apps but no photos, no music , no new numbers ! how can i get back my last 5 months info?
If using the iPhone as designed, all media and apps would exist in the iTunes library on the computer. Also, contacts would be synced with a supported app on the computer or a cloud service.
My personal opinion is that anyone that solely relies on a single device for management of their contacts is a fool.
If you have not been using the iPhone as designed, apps can be redownloaded but personalized content from those apps (game stats, etc) will be lost.
If you are in the US and using iTunes 10.3 or later, then music can be redownloaded via iCloud. -

is to turn off wifi when you do not need it. When I leave the house I turn off wifi, because the majority of the times when my iPhone has got very hot and crashed is when I am away from home. I suspect that if the iPhone is in the vicinity of public wifi (wheather secure or not secure) it will try and connect, even if you have 'automatically join known networks' set to off. This is easy of course if you have an unlimited data contract for your iPhone. I may be wrong, but it is working for me. It makes sense for me because it is another way of reducing the work the processor (and battery) has to do and therefore reduces the chance of overheating.
Having said that, I never had this problem with my iPhone 4. I now have a 4S.

ThanksThe only alternative to what you ask and what sberman tells you is to double tap the home button when you are done with the web and select the mail app from the multi-tasking bar. That will bring you right back to the mail message.
