Dear apple support I still having problems to download apps in the apps store.

When I try to download some app even if it's free there appears a message saying that my ID has not yet been used in the iTunes and when I try to do so I can not finish it because the payment method  is no option saying None. I've no credit card.

Please can someone give me some help?

    You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
    For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.
    Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 (you can also try this link if you can't get your account enabled via the above)
    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use.
    For the credit card, how was the account created ? Unless the instructions on this page were used when creating the account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
    then you will need to enter credit card details before the account can be used to download any item from the store. If you do enter credit card details then you should be able to remove it afterwards : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1918

    A week ago I posted about having problems with links from the iTunes store. A helpful user suggested I use the Onyx application to reset all caches, etc. I did, and my problem was solved...
    ... or so I thought. Within a day, a new iTunes store link froze Safari. I used Onyx again, and again it seemed to solve the problem. Until today, when again, iTunes store links freeze Safari.
    I can't figure out what might be causing it. I've eliminated all Safari extraneous extension/plug-ins, and the websites I haven't been visiting any "weird" websites.
    I'll describe the problem again to see if a fresh perspective can help.
    Ever since the Safari 4 beta (I now have the full Safari 4), any iTunes store link will freeze Safari. The link could be a webloc from my hard drive, a link from another web page, anything. A new window/tab will open with the grey box that says, "Loading." This is where it freezes. I do not have a spinning beach ball, and right-clicking on the dock icon does not say Safari is unresponsive. However, Safari will not respond to commands. Clicking on the dock icon does not bring Safari to the front, and if I have Safari in front anyway, menu options will not work. I can't close the window, click in anything on said window, switch to another window... nothing. My only solution is to force quit.
    For the record, I'm running Safari 4 on a Power Mac G4 (Quicksilver, yes, I know, it's ancient) with OS X 10.4.11. I have all the security updates.
    Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!!

    Three things I have to do are:
    - to have leading zeros in excel - (wich I solved with DBF filetype - >> is there any other way ?) ,
    - to append two internal tables one after another (to have them in one excel sheet), (did it calling two times FM )
    - finally to download them in one excel sheet .
    (Note, two internal tables are different ) .
    I used WS_DOWNLOAD wich works fine with DBF filetype ,
        BUT can not append two ITs with DBF filetype .
    When using GUI_DOWNLOAD append works fine
             BUT does not supports DBF filetype .
    Which FM is best to acomplish these three things together using ONE FM ???

    I allready tryied to use GUI_DOWNLOAD but it did not help
    Gives me error Invalid type

    If you do not know whether you have a backup or not, then you DO NOT have a backup.  I'm assuming you have not been running Time Machine, nor any other backup utility.
    and then i dont know what to write to get me into the right directory
    Shell initialization files (.bash_profile, .bashrc, etc...) go in your home folder.  The environment variable $HOME contains the path to your home folder.  The commands I gave you will edit the file in the correct directory.

    To give any editing advice, we need to know what you "REALLY" want to accomplish, especially if you have little or no command line knowledge.
    Why are you in the Terminal in the first place?
    Why are you trying to edit .bash_profile and/or .bashrc?
    What do you hope to accomplish when everything is done?
    If you are following someone else's instructions, what are they?  Post them here, or give a simple pointer (and by simple, I mean we are volunteers, so we do not want to spend hours digging in some web site to find the instructions, so make our job easy, so we can make it easy for you).

    1. It is never a good idea to include personal info like your email address or Apple ID in a post on an open forum.
    2. The email you received DOES NOT say your Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPad. The email informs you that your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad. Fortunately the iPad is yours. The message confirms that. If your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad that was not yours your would then know to change your password. Since the iPad is yours you do not need to change your password.

    I also have a similar issue since upgrading from the 4s to the 5s.
    The issue I have is, issue number 2:" If I do receive a text message/iMessage notification, it disappears within 5-10 minutes before I can even check (no other notifications disappear)"
    Which also consists of the same events in the last message from monicash "So for example, if i get a text while sleeping... i wake up in the morning to check my notifications and there is nothing there because it disappeared (even though there should be a notification there with my current settings that are ON)."
