We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

This is to report the problem i encountered when i updated my Ipad mini to the new IOS 8.1..
After the update my Ipad restart and after that it appears a picture that need to connect to itunes and need to restore. So i connect it to itunes and wait to restore my ipad mini because it is not opening.
After restoring it my ipad is now opening and it is like new that i need to set up again.
I set up again until i reach the apple id and password.
I put my below apple ID and password to unlock my ipad but it didn't work. The message i receive is "the apple ID cannot be used to unlock this Ipad.
What will I do? Please help.

Best wishes,The people on these boards aren't Apple Support and can't do that for you. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If you do not know whether you have a backup or not, then you DO NOT have a backup. I'm assuming you have not been running Time Machine, nor any other backup utility.

Shell initialization files (.bash_profile, .bashrc, etc...) go in your home folder. The environment variable $HOME contains the path to your home folder. The commands I gave you will edit the file in the correct directory.

Why are you in the Terminal in the first place?
Why are you trying to edit .bash_profile and/or .bashrc?
What do you hope to accomplish when everything is done?
If you are following someone else's instructions, what are they? Post them here, or give a simple pointer (and by simple, I mean we are volunteers, so we do not want to spend hours digging in some web site to find the instructions, so make our job easy, so we can make it easy for you). -

Dear apple support I still having problems to download apps in the apps store.
When I try to download some app even if it's free there appears a message saying that my ID has not yet been used in the iTunes and when I try to do so I can not finish it because the payment method is no option saying None. I've no credit card.

Im trying to export from I photo and the export froze on me , I have allready exported 73 items with no problem and now it quit on me I can no longer export any photos, no progress yet today How can I fix this problem? Is it because of I cloud sync? How long will it take?Besides Terence's questions are you trying to get those photos into iWeb to put into your web site? If so then open the Media tray at the right
and go to the Photos sections. There you can find events, albums and/or individual photos to drag into your iWeb webpage or photo page.
No need to export out of iPhoto and then bring back in to iWeb.

so you get an email with an answer to your question and you click "View full discussion"..... if you want to respond you have to sign in..... which doesn't reopen in the forum topic you were just in but to the generic home page..... you either have to go back to your mail client and re-click the link or search your posted topics.... a definite unnecessary step. Every other forum I've used either has me already logged and sends me to the specific topic as it has the login built into the link..... or if I'm not logged in and then do so it stays on the topic I want to reply to.
Apples system involves numerous extra clicks.... surely something Steve Jobs abhors!
..... also I'm not sure what the default 'stay logged in' time is but it only appears to be 2 or 3 minutes
just my 2 cents!maybe so. I didn't upgrade because as best as I can tell, I don't need any of the Lion features right now and am perfectly happy with SL which is what I started with. I figure I will wait until there are either no more updates or until I get a new mac which I am hoping won't be for a long time. I wish this forum would make it easier to include on a post what the product and OS is for the poster. You have to go to the advanced editor and then choose the product/OS you want to show. Its easy if you are in the specific community for an OS but so many of these communities include everyone. I have replied to people who are on Leopard or even Tiger and then found out that I didn't have a clue as to what they needed. If I'm asking the question, I try to remember to include mine so that those who respond will know, but I don't always do that. Maybe someone with Lion will be able to help you.
