Dear Guru,
I am creating a RFQ AND want a printout for it from the standard SAP.
1= I given document no ,purchasing group and in message data given application as EA , Message Type as NEU Processing status 1.but found message
as no purchasing document found.
2=Checked NACE the standard output types
The program ,form routine are above and in partner function the standard partner function is there.
3=If i want a new smart forn then should i use the same program same form routine , same form or make a copy of it and attach a smart form
to the standard or any other process is there?

Solution for printing of Purchasing Documents in SAP with version managemen
Hi experts,
We found that the standard solution does not meet the following requirements for purchasing document
1) The print for the latest version of the document does not contain items unaffected by change. It requires printing of whole document with all items, but with version number and highlighted changes.
2) The standard solution cannot highlight some of the changes which are not captured by version management like text changes, target value and Contact (Purchasing Group) in header, text changes at item level, etc.
3) The standard solution can be used to reprint the whole PO without version management but that cannot highlight the changes specific to the version for which it is printed.
If any solution which can meet the requirements specified above, please let us know <removed by moderator>.

I have already done with SPRO configuration.
MM->Purchasing->Version management->
It has implemented ECC 6.0. The version management has been activated for Purchasing documents. The standard printing solution for printing of these documents (PO, Outline Agreements and RFQ) print these documents with changes made in the latest version. Any item which is not changed in the latest version does not get printed. -

Yes have shared in PSE forum as well. But I usually drop such posts on PS General forum so community moderators as well as our power users who mostly use both PS or PSE or are aware about can communicate to their students, audiences etc.
The idea is to reach out the message to as many as folks via relevant forums. Most of my otehr posts have found mentioned only on PSE forum.

Clear another user's print jobs from standard user account
I have Parallels set up to print from Windows through Bonjour printer sharing with Mac OS X. Periodically print jobs I've sent from Windows will hang, or for some other reason I need to cancel them. Because I usually use a standard user account, I apparently can't delete them from the print queue--or, rather, I can, but then they just appear again. I can get rid of them by fast-switching over to the admin account, opening System Preferences, opening the Print & Fax pane, opening the queue, deleting the jobs, logging out, and then logging back in to my standard account. But that's kind of a pain, and I've been trying to find a faster way to do it.
I have some extremely rudimentary knowledge of Terminal, and came across the sudo lprm - command, which seemed like it would do it. I had thought that sudo would just ask me for an admin password, but when I tried it, of course, I discovered that what it apparently actually wants is for my standard user account to be in the sudoers file (or, I guess, for me to have root enabled and use that password somehow).
But since I don't really know what I'm doing, and doing anything with sudo or root access scares the bejesus out of me unless I know exactly what I'm doing: Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to do here? Is there a way to run the lprm - command to clear everything out of the print queue with just an admin password, without requiring root access? Or have I gone completely off the rails and missed some other easy way to clear another user's print job from a standard user account without resorting to Terminal at all?
Thanks!OK, never mind--I had assumed I needed to work some sort of admin privilege into the mix to do this, since that's what the GUI seemed to require, but it turns out that just using "lprm -" in Terminal clears it right out. Perfect!

Cannot remove clear a job from printer queue in Windows 7 Home Premium
printed a word document. document prints, but does not clear out of the printer queue. i have cancelled the print several times, but the document remains in the printer queue and reprints every time the computer is restarted. how can i clear this job from the printer queue?

From the Control Panel, open Administrative Tools and select Sevices. Browse down to the print spooler service, right click it and select Properties then click on the Stop button. Now browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS and delete the job inside this folder - You may need to click a prompt to gain the appropriate authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
Restart the computer and you should find the document(s) have been removed.

Hello, I have installed a new Laserjet Pro M1217nfl using Wi-Fi. My laptop prints everything e-mails, Word documents etc. My iPad 3 (latest issue) only prints documents using Wi-Fi so has clearly recognised the printer. How can I print e-mails? Thanks.
In the email you want to print, on the top right there is an arrow. Click that and an option should appear that says print. That should work. Have you already tried that?

Iphoto gives message "no images were selected" when hit print button. Yet the the images are clearly selected in the print window. I've printed hundreds of images without a problem before. Iphoto 6.0.6, MAC 10.5.8, Suggestions?
I have recently started having this problem in PSE8. The Adobe workaround
did work, but I don't fancy having to re register each time I use it.
What I have discovered is that it's nothing to do with the image metadata as it occurs before any image is opened.
It SEEMS to only occur if you use file/open with to open an image in the editor - IE start PSE with that command.
If you close elements down, and start it using programs/PSE/Elements (or your desktop shortcut) - the panorama feature magically works.
Each time I've opened the editor 'automatically' using image/open with, it seems to create the problem.

This is due to condition record being maintained in tcode MN04 for your Purchase Order key combination with external send. Key combination could be your at purchase organization level or Vendor/Purchase organization level or plant/purchase organization level etc.
And you can see the out put of external send in tcode SCOT.

HP LaserJet P1102W - no print output in Linux Mint 17.1 Cinnamon Desktop
I've just done a default install of Linux Mint 17.1 - as feared, no print output.
I'm guessing I need to install a driver - but I couldn't find anything easily on HP site, only Windows/Mac OS stuff. Are HP printers generally linux friendly? Where can I download drivers if they are? More over, I'm a total linux newbie, so any drivers need to be easily installed! I'm not currently familiar with Terminal windows and line commands!
My printer does have wireless enabled, but I have it connected via direct USB also.
Linux Mint did offer to run a diagnostic tool/debugging tool which gave a great deal of what means nothing to me. Debug output is below if it is helpful, but hoping a simple driver install will cure all ...
