I have downloaded wechat a month a go and then deleted later on, but last night I needed wechat again so i try to download it but the very astonishing problem occurs in downloading that. In apple store when i search wechat there is written open on it right side instead of free or install. I become so much astonished that if i don't have wechat in my ipod apps then how it become written open on it....?????? i just tap that open but its nor opening neither downloading.....
I am so much worried about that problem because i need wechat badly....
Please help me as soon as possible....

If you are getting the 'open' option on the Purchased tab in the App Store app then that implies that you still have the app installed - you've checked all of your iPod's homescreens and app folders for it, and tried searching for it via its spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the right) ? Do any of those find it, or if you tap on the 'open' button does that open the app ?

I paid for the $19.99 / month version, downloaded the software, installed the software, rebooted the computer. When I tried to run from the desktop icon it came up with some error message and booted me out. Then when I clicked on the icon again it asked if I wanted to use the trial version. I clicked on it thinking it might correct itself. No such luck, now it thinks I'm on a trial version. How do I correct?

When you open Acrobat (even the trial version), there should be a menu item (maybe under help, not sure) to allow you to provide your Adobe ID that is required to run it under the subscription. You also have to be online as I understand it (not sure on this one) so the subscription can be checked when you run it.

When I try to download within a site, the downloaded site flashes for a second and then reverts to a page reuesting me to sign in again. After doing this, the above process is repeated.

Running Windows XP. This does not happen when I use Internet Explorer.

I do want to remark on the issues created by Adobe's inconsistent explanation of how DPS can be used with the Creative Cloud. After reading that FAQ, I also spoke with an "Adobe Agent" through the chat system that pops up on various product pages and asked the agent as specifically as I could if the Single-app version of Creative Cloud would allow me to publish single .folios through DPS. In no uncertain terms the agent said the Single-app version would be fine, and referred me to the order page to begin the order process.
I spoke with another agent over chat in the morning on Saturday and they also said I should be able to publish single .folios with the Singe-app subscription to Creative Cloud. When I presented my App Activation problem to the agent, the agent said I should just wait 24-48 hours for my subscription to Creative Cloud to process so I could create my app.
This has been a very vexing process that has cost my team valuable app review time. If I had not encountered the FAQ and two agents who specifically told me that I could use the Single-app version of Creative Cloud to publish my .folio, I would have been happy to go straight to purchasing the full version of Creative Cloud.

If your batteries leaked and possibly eroded teh contacts the best you can do it to attempt to remove all the fluid and clean the contacts. If the keyboard still does not work after a thorough cleaning yes it will need to be replaced. A new wireless keyboard is about $59 from OWC or you may want to look online for a used one, sometimes OWC (www.macsales.com) has them used. Other sources are Apple of course, Amazon, and any Apple reseller.

FYI, the file is a photographic panorama based on several .CR2 photos taken in July, 2012 and processed in CS5's camera RAW/Photoshop. Beyond the metadata, here are no fonts or text in the file.
1. I changed Maximize ...File Capability from "Never" to "Always" and the flattened file saved and loaded OK, though I can't figure why given Adobe's description of this option. "If you work with PSD and PSB files in older versions of Photoshop or applications that don’t support layers, you can add a flattened version of the image to the saved file...". The file saved in this manner is ~8% larger and is not my preference as a routine since I've TB's of photo files. By the way, out of thousands of .psd/.psb files, the one being discussed is the first to give me the error.
2. I've tried saving/reloading the file on another computer with Win XP Sp3/CS5...again with Maximize Capability OFF. Same problem. Turn ON Maximize Capability and it works. As with the Win 8 machine, Bridge could neither create a thumbnail or read Metadata.
3. I've purged the Bridge Cache, made sure there were no old PS page files, reset PS preferences, and disabled my 2 plugins with no change in the problem. Windows and Adobe progs are all updated. Saving to a different HDD has no effect.
The problem occurs on 2 computers (Win XP/Win 8), two versioins of Photoshop (CS5/CS6), and "Maximize" On/Off togles the problem. My guess it is a bug in PSD processing routines.
If I can't find a fix, will keep with Maximize ON and deal with the larger files that result...the cost of insurance, I suppose.

Errors 3000-3999 (3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the update server (gs.apple.com) on ports 80 or 443.
Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network.

Hi there, ok so my ipad has been either turning off or just locking itself for sometime now but last night it turned itself off and when i tried to turn it back on it just came up with a blank screen with the back light. When i put it on the charger the sound of it charging happenes but nothing else. I hav tried resetting it but as i am not very savvy with all this stuff i thought i would get some advise before doing anything else. it anyone can help me that would be fantasic

If a reset doesn't work, try and force iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
2. Connect USB cable to computer
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

The 'open' indicated that the App Store though that it was still installed on your phone.
Have you tried closing the App Store app via the phone's multitasking bar and seeing if you can install it after the phone has restarted ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar. You should be able to redownload the app by tapping on the cloud icon next to it in the Purchased tab in the App Store app
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

If you tap and hold down the icon - and the X does not appear on the icon - you will not be able to delete it without totally downloading it. Finish the download and then delete it.

I know my icloud has record of my installing this app before, but that was the first install that was failed during that time some other apps also keeps loading without respond whey they updated itself, and this app didn't install before I restart the device.
