Deauthorize all before the year is up?

I recently got a new computer because my old one broke.  I already used up my 5 authorizations, but two of the computeres are broken.  I can't deauthorize all because it says I have to wait a year before i can do it again. Is there any way for me deauthorize them sooner so I can download my songs on this computer?

  • How do I deauthorize a lost computer when I've already used my 'Deauthorize All' for the year?

    Hi there.
I have been working for months now trying to find a solution on how to deauthorize every computer I have used for my Ipod touch (every computer I have used has been mine, of course). But I've run into an issue: every computer I've authorized (5 total) have been either killed (hard drive died), or reformatted. Thus, now I can no longer go into the computer and 'deauthorize' the computer manually.
As I mentioned above, I've already used my deauthorize all for the year and will not be able to use it again until Febuary 23, 2013.
I cannot wait this long to reaccess my account just so I can save my files & back them up! Please, someone, I need some advice!
What can I do to reaccess my account and deathorize them all again? Is there any process? I do it!
I just want to be able to use my accounts again and back up my Ipod whenever I want!
    Sincerely,
    Adam

  • How can I deauthorize all within a year

    Hello,
I have all five authorized and need to deauthorize all - but I can't until June.  Anyway around this unreaonable restriction?
    In Gassho,
    John

If you can't deauthorize the relevant computers there at each computer through iTunes, then there is no way around it that you can implement yourself. You'll have to contact the iTunes Store, explain why you now need to deauthorize all your systems again so soon, and ask if they'll do it for you.

  • UCCHECK - do you need to complete all before the conversion?

    Hello,
We are preparing for the Unicode conversion - so question is, do you need to do the UCCHECK before the Unicode conversion or can you do it after?
Or at least, can you do just part of it and complete the rest after the conversion? And what if you missed some?
What problem do you see here?
    Thanks,
    Terry

    Hi Rainer,
    Thanks for the prompt reply.
Our situation is this - we have just completed upgrading our 46C DEV to the non-Unicode but we don't have immediate ABAP resource to do the UCCHECK. Our upgrade path is the standard (export, delete non-Unicode, install Unicode/import), so we will not have the non-Unicode system to work later.
So we are thinking of doing the UCCHECK in the Unicode system - that is still ok? Any risk?
We are awre we can not test programs until its enabled.
    Thanks again,
    Terry

  • Will my pricing change/ acct be suspended if I graduate before the year on my student subscription is up?

I'm trying to set up a monthly subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud Student, but I noticed that the membership details says that my academic status could be verified at any time and if I no longer qualify, my subscription will be cancelled. I graduate in less than a year. Will Adobe cancel my subscription and bump me up to regular monthly fees when I graduate, or will they continue service at the reduced price because of my current academic status?
If no one is certain, I'll prepay for the year to avoid drama. Monthly payments would feel less painful, though.
    Thank you!

Paneenee eligibility checks are performed when your plan is renewed.  I believe most educational plans are annual commitments with monthly payments.  Please feel free to contact our support team for more specific details at Contact Customer Care.

  • How do i deauthorize a computer that i don't have access to and I have used my deauthorize all this year

I had to bring a new computer on line.  I reached my limit of computers (5) that I can authorize for my content.  The computer that I am replacing is dead so I can't deauthorize it and when I try the deauthorize all button it says I can't do that because I must wait a year to do it again.  How do I deauthorize that dead computer if I can't get it running?
    Thanks

  • I can not deauthorize my pc as I no longer have access to it.  I also can not deauthorize all my computers until May.  Any ideas?

I am a teacher and authorized my PC's in my old classroom, I then changed schools and de-authorized all my old PC's and started new at my new school.  The problem came when one of my PC's could not get internet access.  I was given a new computer, but now can not authorize it because I can not de-authorize the old one because the computer can not connect to the internet.
    Any ideas?

  • HT202213 how do i add another computer to my itunes account, system says i have five athourized devices and have to deauthourize one of them or all. if i deauthorize all, and then reauthorize the current devices, will i have to change my apple id and pass

how do i unauthorize all computers and reauthorize without fear of losing all data, personal, and account settings. Apple says I have five already as i count four and want to add another

No problem, just "deauthorize all" and then authorize the four individually. You will lose nothing - except the ability to "deauthorize all" for another year.
    Don't change your Apple ID.

  • HT1420 I am unable to authorise my iPod Classic on my new harddrive.  All previous hardrives over the years have crashed or been repaired and I never deuathorised the iPod at the time. Can you help me to authorise it please?

I am unable to authorise my iPod Classic on my new hard drive.  All previous hard drives have crashed or been repaired and I never deauthorised the iPod at the time. Can you help me to authorise it please?

    Hello zoefromoranmore,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
In order to deauthorize devices which you no longer have, you will have to use the deauthorize all command, found in the article below.
    Deauthorize all computers
If need to deauthorize your computer but you can't access it, you need to deauthorize all computers. After you authorize 2 computers, you'll have the option to deauthorize all computers for your Apple ID. You can deauthorize all computers once per year.
Why should I deauthorize all of my computers?
To make sure that only you can play your content, or to free up authorizations used by your old computers. Here's when you should deauthorize all computers:
    Your computer doesn't work anymore
You sold or gave away a computer and didn't deauthorize it first
What happens when I deauthorize all computers? Will I lose my content?
Just like deauthorizing a single computer, you won't delete anything if you choose to deauthorize all computers. You just won't be able to play content that you bought from iTunes on those computers until you reauthorize them. You need to have the computer to reauthorize it.
How do I deauthorize all of my computers?
Using one of your authorized computers, follow these steps:
Open your account in iTunes (you may need to sign in with your Apple ID). Or open iTunes, click Store > Sign In, and enter your Apple ID and password.
    Click Deauthorize All.
The Deauthorize All button appears only if you have more than 2 authorized computers. If you don't see the Deauthorize All button, that means you only have one authorized computer.
I deauthorized all of my computers. What should I do now?
Reauthorize each computer that you want to use with iTunes. Go to Store > Authorize this computer and enter your Apple ID and password.

  • I cannot deauthorize all computers

I'm changing to new laptop and installing iTunes but it pops up that I cannot authorize more than 5 computers and I have to deauthorize any of them first. Scrolling down of the help page and found "deauthorize all computer" then I opened the ex-laptop and followed the step but after "sign in" I didn't see the box to deauthorize all computers which was remarked that if I don't see this option means I have authorized only 1 computer. ?!?!
I don't get it. While the pop up in the new laptop says it doesn't allow me to authorize more than 5 computers but I couldn't deauthorize all computers because I have authorized one?
    Pls. advice.

    Hi there sutida_pp,
You may find the information in the article below helpful. It looks like you can only deauthorize all computers once per year, so this may be where you are running into issues.
Deauthorize your Mac or PC using iTunes

If need to deauthorize your computer but you can't access it, you need to deauthorize all computers. After you authorize 2 computers, you'll have the option to deauthorize all computers for your Apple ID. You can deauthorize all computers once per year.

The Deauthorize All button appears only if you have more than 2 authorized computers. If you don't see the Deauthorize All button, that means you only have one authorized computer.
    Hope that helps,

  • Deauthorize a stolen MacBook Pro - "deauthorize all" not an option

My MacBook Pro was stolen yesterday, and I'd like to deauthorize that laptop so the thieves can't access the music (assuming they can hack the account and get into the machine without a wiping it clean first). I only have two other machines authorized (home iMac, wife's MBP), so I don't have the full 5 accounts authorized to "deauthorize all". Any ideas how I can deauthorize the stolen laptop?

Take a look at this Apple support article; it may help:
One computer using multiple iTunes Store authorizations
If not, and you've already done the "deauthorize all" in the last calendar year, you'll have to contact the iTunes Store and ask if they'll deauthorize your systems for you.
