Debug Error Message
Hello,
I previously wrote for help on a debug error message. Please see below. My question is, I have version 8.2. Does the error messages I'm receive have to do with a problem with this version? Would it correct the problem if I had the most recent version of Livecycle?

Debug Error Message
Hello,
I'm having a problem with an error message I'm getting. I'm working on my form, and all of a sudden a message pops up and says
"Debug Error!
Program:...name of file
abnormal program termination
(press Retry to debug the application).
So I hit Retry and then it closes my form. This keeps happening to me over and over again, and I lose all of the changes I've made. Can anyone please explain why I am getting this error message?

Hi,
I am not sure what the cause is and it may related to the version of LC Designer that you are using.
However here are some threads, which may be of help:

I would research these and make sure you are happy to proceed. You may lose your fragments and custom objects, so back these up first.

Debug error message upon system restore?
My hard drive recently died so i replaced it. I tried restoring my system using time machine and an external harddrive and now upon booting, I get a big long error message at the grey boot screen that ends with "kdp_poll : no debugger device" anyone ever have this happen?
I booked time at the genius bar tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone else has run into this first.Did you first prep the new drive?
Drive Preparation
1. Boot from your OS X Installer Disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
5. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Security button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
6. Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
Steps 4-6 are optional but should be used on a drive that has never been formatted before, if the format type is not Mac OS Extended, if the partition scheme has been changed, or if a different operating system (not OS X) has been installed on the drive. -
after problems with my computer soundcard, i uninstalled quicktime,realplayer and itunes then re-installed them.
quicktime and realplayer now work fine but itunes wont open and i get:
iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
then the options: debug and close. nothing happens if i click on any option.
what do i do?????

okay, if you're getting the "itunes has encountered ..." message when you try to launch itunes, but your QuickTime is launching fine, we'd better start checking for a few weird possibilities.
let's try an experiment.
head into your user accounts control panel and create a new user account with full administrative rights. (there's help documentation on how to do that at the left of the control panel screen.) while you're in that control panel, switch off "fast user switching" in your logging-on preferences.
now log out of the old account and log into the new account.
does itunes launch properly from inside the new account?

RFC Connection error message while Debug the running WebDynpro app
Dear friends,
I am trying to debug WebDynpro application.
After configuring the NWDS with the J2EE server instance, I try to run the WebDynpro application, which I want to debug.
I did selecting the application and run after putting breakpoint at a button click.
But the webdynpro application uses 2 JCo destiantions, and so it gives JCOClientConnection for logical System: ... Please assure that you have configured the RFC connections and/or logical system name properly for this model! message.
If I run the same application from the portal, it doesn't give such error message.
Can anybody help me how can I run the WebDynpro application for debug purpose without getting this error message?

are you running the application on the same server? Or are you using the Debugmode on your local installation.
If so, you should check the JCO Destinations on you local server.

Every time I try to use google for a search, I get the following error msg. Debug Error:[Exception... "Node was not found" code: "8" nsresult: "0x80530008 (NS_ERROR_DOM_NOT_FOUND_ERR)" location: "chrome://ffebayhot/content/lib/Extension.debug.js Line: 366"]. I saw the solution provided for MS XP, but not for Vista. Also, while I saw the solution, I need more explicit instructions on how to "delete the ebay extension".

Unable to findout the error message in debug
Hi Gurus,
When i am trying to execute the T.code FMCI_COPY_NEXT_YEAR i am getting the
ERROR MESSAGE: SET SCREEN NOT ALLOWED IN SUB SCREEN (SCREEN NO SAPLSBAL_DISPLAY0101) in new implementation.
i am unable to find out where the exact error is comming ... i requested you to please guide me for the same...

double click on message and notice the number and type.
Debug the program/function and set a breakpoint as statement "message".
The system will hold on each message and with the information of number and type, you will find the right costing.

"CAHeadless Debug Event" Error message
I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.0 installed on my Windows 7 computer and have recently started getting a message that I believe may be associated with that program. The message reads "CAHeadless Debug Event" "CAHeadless has encountered an error - [..\..\Src\DataManager.cpp-410]"
Does anyone know what may be causing this message and how to cure it. I am able to click the Continue button and everything works as it should but it is a little annoying.

Switching catalogs does not help.
Turning off face recognition does not help.
I have looked through the forums and on the internet and it seems that this is a common problem for PSE 7, PSE 8, and now PSE 9.

After clicking OK or CANCEL the program does not start

I do not know precisely why you are getting this error. I would suggest doing a full uninstall, and then installing the latest version.
* Get the latest version here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
* Uninstall your current Firefox version.
* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

Debug unknow error message followed by shut down when attempting to render nested timeline

Premiere Pro CS3 using AspectHd v5.0 build 88
My PP3 gives me an unkonwn error message in a debug window everytime I try to render my timeline that has one 2 seconds clip of another nested sequence...!?!
It occurs at about a fifth of the 1st of 2 audio preview render that it has to do.
I usualy did have problem rendering file with PP2 cause of Premiere's system memory bug, but never I've add trouble before in PP3...until well now.
What is the problem? Anybody experiencing that bug also?The project in which this problem occurs is about 1 TB of footage in AspectHD Low HD; there's 37 tape captured in batch and recomposed on a different sequence for each tape to compensate for the lost of timecode when digitazing with CINEFORM (so 37 nested time line).
I use those nested timelines as if I was picking shots from a huge clip that captured the whole tape.
Of course Premiere ask me the render the sequences nested in addition to the main one in which I edit footage...
I'm currently editing a trailer and wanted to render 2 clip that were sampled from 2 different sequences, but PP3 has the bug windows at 10,51% and closes. The text in the debug window is that "Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry about..."
If you need anymore info please ask what specificaly, cause I would be at a lost to add more...:) -

Well, that DOES seem to be the scripted mantra of Adobe TS in some out of the way country. According to most reports, that cures everything from trying to Capture over a USB cable to working with footage from your cellphone camera. In most cases, it has cured very little, though maybe the Debug Event error IS something that will be fixed by this.

Fpga debug using simulated IO via custom VI - error message
I have an PXIe-7966R with MXI interface to Win7-64/LV2013-32bit. The setup is working. VI's can execute on FPGA target.
I want to debug an FPGA vi on the host computer using simulated IO via custom VI. I try to follow the tutorial in LabVIEW Help: Tutorial: Creating Test Benches (FPGA Module). Have made the custom test vi and the "inverter.vi", and set the proper simulated execution mode.
When running the "inverter.vi" (FPGA target but for now simulate on host) I get this error message dialog:
Execution already in progress
Another FPGA VI for this target is already executing on the development computer. Stop the other VI before running this vi.
I can't see where I could stop this other fpga vi. In fact I can't find this other vi at all. Here is the project, which can't be any simpler:

I tried restart LV and sure enough this changed things. Now I get this error
which could make sense as the IO simulation VI (simTb.vi in my project) is not tested (can't do that without the fpga target under test). This is shown in part below. Note that it is the auto generated template from fpga simulation setup dialog.
and here is the fancy fpga target vi under test (yes i try to make life easy:-))
So no host vi for communication with fpga - just the simualtion test bench.
Ok, I will work on from here and try to fix the error reported. Although I dont se any reason why it reports that its not supported to write to "IO Module\TTL Out Enable 1"
But clearly a restart made a diffence. -

It worked totally fine till FF28. I feel that it is an issue related to getting connected to XPCOM from Javascript.So my webpage is not responding for any event(eg:CLICK). I believe that I can use some other wrapping technique.Do you think XPCNativeWrapper will work instead of WrappedJSobject??
You can get this error message if JavaScript uses a variable name to reference an object that has now become a reserved name and thus can no longer be used.
It will be necessary to modify the code and use another name if this is the case.
You probably can see this if you use the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) and start typing the name of this object and possibly get a list of available object for auto-completion.
