Upgrading your RAM should help. 4 GB is about the minimum seems to be the consensus.
The 2 places I’ve seen recommended most to buy reliable RAM are below. I have purchased RAM several times from Other World Computing and have always been very satisfied with the product and service. They have on-line instructions on how to replace the RAM. OWC has also tested RAM above what Apple states is the maximum. I now have 6GB installed on a machine supposedly limited to 4 GB.

Thanks for any helpAs has already been pointed out, you've got a lot of junk installed. The biggest problem is likely to be the Intego software, which is far too heavy-handed and is known to devour system resources and cause instability. You definitely need to remove it. Clinging to it simply because you pay for it is simply not logical if it is causing you problems. For less intrusive means of protecting yourself against malware, see my Mac Malware Guide.
You also need to clean out your login items list, which is extensive, and should uninstall any apps you're not using. (I see you have Turbo Tax 2011, for example... since it is now the 2013 tax season, you can probably uninstall the 2011 version at this point.) When uninstalling an app, be sure to use the uninstaller provided by the developer of that app. Do not simply drag it to the trash (unless it was purchased from the App Store), and do not use any general-purpose uninstallers like AppZapper or AppCleaner.
I'd also point out one other thing:
Top Processes by CPU:
100% com.apple.ShareKitHelper
Top Processes by Memory:
1.48 GB com.apple.ShareKitHelper
Note the problems that ShareKitHelper is causing. This is a part of the system, but I don't really know what it's for or why it is misbehaving. Something is causing it to hammer your processor and devour RAM, though. This may be an indication of deeper problems with your system, or may clear up after you pare down your overloaded system a bit. -

Uninstall it according to the developer's directions:

Then check the general performance of your Mac to see if additional memory is necessary for your usage. It will improve performance but you'll need to decide if you need it after the fixes suggested here. -
Running very slow since upgrade, please look at ETRE Check
So basically the issue is my computer has really been slow since my upgrade to 10.10. I had read some of the forums and because my Etre Check was showing a lot of problem system launch agents, I decided to reinstall the OS via the Wifi recovery mode. The first Etre check I ran post reinstall showed that all of these were resolved, but since then the Etre check has began to accumulate more and more failures. Any idea what might be causing this. I would really appreciated any feedback greatly. Thanks in advance.

Ran Etre Check and this User Launch Agent program failed. Sorry if this is a noob question, but is there any way I can locate it and remove it?

Don't know really what i have done wrong, but after my iMac (20-inch, Mid 2007) with OS X 10.10.2 and 4 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM got rather slow, i used EtreCheck and removed a number of red-coloured UserLaunchAgents and things seem to get better.

Not sure what those two items are doing, but i am under the impression that i'm going to need them to do better then shown.
Unfortunately i don't have a clue how to achieve this and would appreciate help -

Actual data is not populated in Budget Fund Check Results for Project Budge
Dear All,
Please help me with the following issue:
1) Create Project Budget integrated to GL Budget (Top Down Integration for encumbrance).
2) Enter Time Sheets through pre-approved batches (we are aware fund check will happen only for Requisition, PO & Supplier Invoices and not for other transactions).
3) Now Actual Cost is updated for the time sheet entered in point number (2) in Expenditure Inquiry & PSI.
4) But the same Actual Cost is not updated in Budget Fund Check Results window (hence funds available is not updated). Navagation: Projects implementation Super User Responsibility
Budget> History> Tools >View Fund Check Results
Please provide us solution why Actual Cost is not updated at Fund check Results window because of this there is a huge impact on funds available.Hi,

R3 - XI - Auto-ID:How to check result of Idocs sending out from R3 in aii ?
Hi,
I am implementing the SAP RFID-Enabled Outbound Delivery Process, the installation and configuration guide have been provided from SAP; able to d/l from SAP web site. Right now, I have 3 servers already installed components for this scenario:
1.SAP R/3
2.SAP XI 3.0;
3.SAP Auto-ID(Auto-ID) v2.1
Currently, I can send Material Master Idocs out from R/3, using t-code: AIDMM. And then I check the inbound Material Master Idoc in SAP XI, the status of Inbound Idocs is "Processed Successfully" and Ack. Status is "Still waiting acknowledgment". I have the following questions:
1. Why does Ack. Status is "Still waiting acknowledgment"? Which server should send the acknowledgment back to it?
2. How do I check the result in Auto-ID server? It suppose to have the submitted Material in Auto-ID server, doesn't it? I tried to check data in Auto-ID Cockpit->Master Data->Product and then click 'Go' but no result display.
Please advise as the questions above. If you want more information please let me know
Thanks,Hello,
<u>Point 1 :</u>
You have "Still awaiting ack" until the receiver send you an acknowledgement.
If you don't want ack you can customize the table IDXNOALE in XI (SE12).
I don't know Auto-ID but if it is a SAP system like R/3, you can use the SAP documentation named : HowTo_IDOC_Ack.pdf to send acknowledgment.
https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700004003762004E/HowTo_IDOC_Ack_20040817RR.pdf
<u>Point 2 :</u>
If transaction "we02" exist you can see your IDOC.
Regards,
Chris

can any one please guide me what to do ?1) In future appreciate it is seriously not clever to start mixing details on acouns relatd to certification.
2) The 5 days is 5 business days .... and we have bank holidays and weekends scattered in your 5 business days.
3) Raising the query with the Oracle Support team is proably the best hing to do. Be aware it is very easy for email return for them to get caught in a spam filter, so check your filter carefully (there may be filters at some workplaces you are not aware of). Otherwise acquaint yourself with the help center at http://certification.oracle.com -
Where are Scheduled Hardware Check results saved?
In Toolbox - Settings, Enable Scheduled Hardware Check is selected. It is set to run monthly. Where can I find the results of the check?
How is it scheduled? Does it check at boot up if today is the day to run the check?
I'm using Win Vista x64 Ultimate. ThanksPlease allow me to clarify a couple of points made on this thread. Before I do, I want to say I really appreciate your assistance Herik! You're the best.
1. LTT uses 2 scheduled tasks to help maintain your system:
"SystemToolsDailyTest" a daily scan of system health & security status
"PCDoctorBackGroundMonitorTask" - a monthly scan of your main hardware components
These are controlled by Windows Task Scheduler. We are not running any background services.
2. The logs folder mentioned (..\Application Data\PCDr\logs\) contains information that is primarily geared toward our developers if they need to troubleshoot the behavior of our application--not your hardware. Where you really want to look for test results and other information is in the application itself:
a. Go to the Lenovo Support section
b. Select Performance and Configuration History
c. Click on a colored icon to see the results for that category on that day
d. For the monthly check, look for results in the "Hardware Scan" row
3. You can also see the overall result (not the details) of the last scan:
a. Go to the System Health section
b. Select Scheduled Hardware Check
If you need more details, let me know.

WAVEBURNER 3 - How do we check resulting Red Book Master CD?
Dear all
I'm in a quandary. Happily mastered and EQ'd a soundtrack album ready for the pressing plant using WAVEBURNER 3 (from Logic 8 bundle) .... as always, everything is very last minute and this has to fly to another country (remember good old times when physical things went by courier?!) a question:-
What can we use to check the master CD has everything it should (ie correct titles- ISRC codes - Bar Codes etc) ....... I once made a mistake with a foreign pressing plant which had a 3 day delay in courier time between me and the pressing plant and one track had the wrong ISRC code.
Surely there should be a way to double check a Red Book Audio master CD?
If not perhaps WAVEBURNER should build this into their software?
Anybody else had this problem? What do you check back your master CD's with?
All the best
DickThank you so much John ....... been in a two and eight this last few days ..... but that's the command! I have seen other people mention this as a way to read codes but until your info never been given the correct instruction for TERMINAL. That's the trick ..... you can read everything now,
BTW if anyone at WAVEBURNER reads here ...... IT WOULD BE A GREAT FACILITY TO BE ABLE TO CHECK THE RESULTING CODE INFO OFF A CD BURN as a double check.
10 days ago I sent a Red Book CD mastered in WAVEBURNER to a German pressing plant for manufacture by courier. (This was to coincide with a TV mini series which opens in Germany ....... so a last minute panic! ) I had a call from the record company to say there was a track ISRC code missing on just one track ...... I'd missed it whilst putting the info into WAVEBURNER ....... chances are that I would have noticed this if I'd had facility to check back the resulting CD burn codes.
However thanks to John ..... I now see how to do this using TERMINAL ...... but there is much mis-information out there in Forum Land about what instruction to type in and it would be great advantage to have this facility in WAVEBURNER?
All best wishes
Dick
Best wishes

GATP (APO) Check results in ERP Sales order.
Hi Gurus,
We have a requirement to get GATP results (Product Substitution) into ERP Sales order. Please note this is not CRM Sales Order we are dealing with. We are not able to populate product substitution into schedule line.
According to SAP, GATP/ATP happens automatically unlike CRM sales order which has a "ATP check" button. Standard SAP functionality for ERP SLO doesn't have "ATP" button.
My question is, when the automatic check happens in the background, will the ERP sales order populate the "product substitution" results ( assuming that product substitution is set up in APO) from APO into ERP SLO in the schedule line?
Do we need to integrate APO with CRM for ERP sales order?
For example if the order has requested quantity of 100 and only 60 is available, will APO-ATP/GATP (which happens automatically according to SAP in ERP SLO) populate rest of the 40 with product substitution into the schedule lines
Please advice if any of you guys faced similar issue or have implemented ERP Sales order with GATP check.
Thanks
ShreeDoes anyone have an answer to this question. We have the same requirement regarding GATP with ERP Sales Orders in CRM.
Thanks,
Ron
