Bonjour, pour quelle raison depuis aujourd'hui l'application Adobe Creative Cloud se déconnecte automatiquement après avoir entrée le nom de compte et le mot de passe

Depuis quelques jours, lorsque j'essaie d'ouvrir bridge CS5.1, je reçois le message suivant à chaque fois «Adobe CS5.1 a cessé de fonctionner [...] Un problème a fait que le programme a cessé de fonctionner correctement. Windows va fermer ce programme et vous indiquer si une solution est possible». Ensuite, le programme ferme et Windows ne m'indique pas si une solution est possible. Il se reproduit la même chose à chaque fois que j'essaie d'ouvrir Bridge, ce qui a comme conséquence que je ne peux tout simplement plus l'utiliser. Im trying to sign out of my old account that has requires my old email because I deleted it a few month back. The Creative Cloud Program tells me to verify my email [ which is no longer active]. The two options are Resend email or Continue and Check again. I've tried deleting Adobe launcher and reinstalling. Sadly, nothing seem to work.
Is there a sign out button for the desktop version?
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

I think you are looking for a way to sign out of Creative Cloud desktop app. If I am correct then please follow the below given steps:-
Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App. If you don't see the Creative Cloud icon, do the following:
Windows: Choose Start > Programs > Adobe Creative Cloud.
Mac OS: Choose Go > Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud > Adobe Creative Cloud.
In the app, choose Settings () > Preferences
On the Account tab, click Sign Out from Creative Cloud
You may also follow the instructions on the below given link.

Adobe Creative Cloud app doesn't run
Just tried to use my newly Adobe Creative Cloud app today after signing up for an Adobe creative cloud account. I have Mavrick Version 10.9.3 and I cannot run the application Adobe creative cloud app. Every time I run the program it starts to load and then exits immediately with no error. Talked to Adobe tech support was not able to resolve the problem. Anyone else having this problem?
I have a similar problem, my CC desktop app just shows the loading animation, usually crashing as well. I've tried reinstalling the app but nothing seems to be working.

I am able to install the Windows Adobe Creative Cloud application fine on Windows 7 box but the application fails to establish a connection with Adobe server/-s.
We use a proxy with Websense as our network security solution. Proxy configuration script is set in Internet Options. We have not tried to whitelist anything as per http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/proxy-authentication-support-creative-cloud.html as the errors suggest the application does not even connect to the proxy server/Websense at all.
Please see below snippet from that DLM.log file that contains the error messages - please have a look. Could anybody tell me what it means or advise how to resolve this please? I don't see the Adobe Creative Cloud tool to have any options where manual proxy settings can be setup to try that.

Adobe Creative Cloud app can't update any application
Hello
I have a problem wit update all the installed programs by Adobe Creative Cloud app. After installing all the programs, the have always status up to date (green icon), but that is not true. For another computer that have higher version. Adobe Creative Cloud app it's up to date for Version 1.6.0.393 released on 05/27/2014. All the file and font is sync'd but application not. I have OSX 10.8.5.

Adobe Creative Cloud unable to find any installed applications
I was updating my Indesign CS6 DPS Tool via Creative Cloud Desktop last month. However due to some internet connection error it failed. Tried to update it again later but there is no updates anymore. Logout from CC Desktop Application and log back in, all my applications are gone. It is no longer listed in CC Desktop. I have mainly CS6 and one CC application on my mac.
I have tried the following and it all did not work.
1. Change Language Perf from North American to International
2. Delete opm.db file from OOBE folder
3. Uninstall and Reinstall CC Desktop
4. Run Adobe Creative Cloud Cleanup tool
Now i am trying to reinstall but all the programs return an error. Uninstallation Failed. Your uninstallation encounted errors. Only program I manage to uninstall is CreativeCloud Desktop but it also states there are a few errors. Is there any log file I can refer to? I have also notice in the cleanup tool there is no CS6 or CC programs listed. The programs are working fine but it just do not appear as installed in creative cloud and the clean up tool.
I was using mac os 10.8.5 but yesterday I had to send my notebook for repair and the harddisk was replace due to bad sectors and the os is upgraded to 10.9.2. I used migraion utility to restore my files.THe product I have installed is CS6 Design and Web. So I have Illustrator, Indesign, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro installed. I also have several trials like After Effects CC, Audition CS6, Edge Animate, Premiere Pro installed.
Currently all adobe installations are working fine no problems and issues. In the individual program I can also check for updates. Check the update preferences in application manager and all my installations are listed too. Below is a list of stuff that is broken.
1. Creative Cloud Desktop do not list any applications installed. It thinks I have no program installed. Tried all the possible fixes listed on the internet such as chnaging language, delete OPM.db file, reinstall and nothing works.
2. Downloading any new software or existing software fail at 42%. Which is when the download completes and the software begins to install.
3. Using any uninstaller included with the programs listed above results in a adobe application manager error. (Uninstallation Failed) So far I could only uninstall creative cloud desktop, flash player, adobe air.
4. Using creative cloud cleaner tool also do not list any cs 6 or cc installation. only creative cloud desktop.
5. I have tried reinstalling over using a dvd and also using prodesigntools website direct download links to reinstall it will result in a adobe application manager installation fail error
So currently I have all my adobe programs working great, there is no way to uninstall unless I manually delete the files which I feel is too drastic action to take since everything is working fine. If I uninstall it manaually and I can't reinstall it back due to errors I won't have any adobe software for work.
This problems started after a fail update and after logging out of the creative cloud desktop.
Any solutions? -

Has anyone else had trouble with downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud applications? I got everything I needed onto my iMac with no problem; now I want to get the programs onto my MacBook Pro, but I can't sign in with my ID on Adobe's website from my MacBook -- it says:
"The Adobe ID and/or password provided does not appear to be valid. Please try again."
I checked my ID and password countless times; I'm entering it in correctly.
Argh! Things of this nature NEVER go smoothly for me. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!

Adobe Creative Cloud App Cannot Connect to Server
After updating the Adobe Creative Cloud update manager, I can no longer log on to the server. I assume that since the App Manager disappeared after the update, the new Adobe Creative Cloud app replaces it.

What is the exact error message you are getting? If I understand correctly you were able to update Adobe Application Manager to the Creative Cloud desktop app but the desktop is not working because of a server error. That right?

Adobe Creative Cloud (Desktop) does not work properly. The application is blocked : it could not be launch neither stopped. I'm on MAC Yosemite OS, does anyone know how to remove it properly or to force its stop. It does not appear in the launched applications.
I received no error message. The application was just trying to find applications unsuccessfully.
I am using MAC OS 10.10.1
I tried to uninstall the application but it seems that a kind of deamon is still installed thus providing me to reinstall properly. Do you know where are the elements to remove in order to get my machine just like before ?
Otherwise I would have to reinstall everything and this would be a pain.

Adobe creative cloud in my desktop (I have a mac) is not opening because it says that the internet connection is absent even though I am connected to the wifi and internet is working. It was working few days ago bot now not anymore. I tried to turn off and on internet and my laptop, I tried to look for other questions similar to mine but did not found anything.
