Default documents with /SAPSLL/CUHD_PROP

Hi everybody,
to add default documents to a customs declaration during ceration with proforma invoce in ERP, I used the method ITEM_DATA_PROPOSE of BAdI /SAPSLL/CUHD_PROP.
I add the documents to the table DOCUMENT_T in structure cs_item . When debugging the method I will have the documents in the table but the documents don't appear in the customs declaration.
Where is the error?
best regards
Markus

Hi all,
I found the problem. I haadn't filled the field launr in table document_t.
Since I do that it works fine.

  • Opening a document with its default application on the client

    In 6i I use Win_API_Shell.StartFile("path\file", WIN_API.SW_SHOWNORMAL, TRUE);
    to open a document with it's default windows application. How is this done in 10g?
    Do I use webutil? and could someone supply me an example. Again, the document
    would be on the local machine, or a mapped drive, not on the app server.
    I know I could probably use client_host('start ....') but is there a better way?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi!
    In Forms 10g you have to use webutil for this. No way...
    Why do you think that client_host ( 'cmd /C start path\file.sfx' )
    or
    webutil_host.nonblocking ( 'cmd /C start path\file.sfx' ) is not a good way?

  • Change default association with DOCUMENT class

    Hi
    Is it possible to change the default association of files in IFS with the DOCUMENT class to a subclass of DOCUMENT?
    I would like to make a subclass of DOCUMENT with additional attributes and, by default, associate ALL uploaded files with that subclass.
    If this is a setting in IFS manager, would someone be able to tell me what to change?
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks very much

    Hi,
    Yes, you have to associate the basic content type with the document library manually. You can refer to the following powershell:
    #Get site object and
    #specify name of the content type to look for in each library
    $site = Get-SPSite http://portal
    $lookForCT = "Sales Document"
    #Walk through each site in the site collection
    $site | Get-SPWeb -Limit all | ForEach-Object {
    write-host "Checking site:"$_.Title
    #Go through each document library in the site
    $_.Lists | where { $_.BaseTemplate -eq "DocumentLibrary" } | ForEach-Object {
    write-host "Checking list:"$_.Title
    $_.ContentTypesEnabled = $true
    #Check to see if the library contains the content type specified
    #at the start of the script
    if (($_.ContentTypes | where { $_.Name -eq $lookForCT }) -eq $null)
    write-host "No content type exists with the name" $lookForCT "on list" $_.Title
    else
    #Add site content types to the list
    $ctToAdd = $site.RootWeb.ContentTypes["HR Document"]
    $ct = $_.ContentTypes.Add($ctToAdd)
    write-host "Content type" $ct.Name "added to list" $_.Title
    $ctToAdd = $site.RootWeb.ContentTypes["IT Document"]
    $ct = $_.ContentTypes.Add($ctToAdd)
    write-host "Content type" $ct.Name "added to list" $_.Title
    $_.Update()
    #Dispose of the site object
    $site.Dispose()

  • Opening documents with custom layer structure, especially default layer unlocked...

    Hi, is it possible to open documents such as jpg screenshots which are apparently a locked layer by default, as instead an unlocked layer?
    Would it even be possible/easy to have a method of opening such documents with the following layers:
    1 original image (unlocked)
    2 blank transparent layer
    3 white locked background
    4 group folder called 'archive' with a copy of the original image, with the group set to invisible
    Could a droplet be made to open documents with such a "precreated" layer set-up?
    For example, I would like to take a screenshot or scan, drag it onto a droplet, and have it open with the layer structure outlined above.
    Thank you thank you thank you...

    "The image is NOT locked."
    Shesh whatever you call it the image the background the initial layer "the so called layer" I would just like to change its default opening to UNLOCKED so at minimum, as I have said four times now, it can be placed in a folder called "Archive" without having to f'ing unlock it...scripting additional opening actions in addition to that at this point must be beyond your imagination
    "Have you tried working on the so called locked layer?"
    HAVE YOU READ THE ORIGINAL QUESTION????
    Working on the background layer is not my primary concern, organizing layers automatically at the start of a workflow is...but nevertheless...erasing part of the background in order to reveal imported images or drawings created beneath it on new layers requires the background be unlocked (so erased sections are transparent rather than black), changing layer order requires unlocking, moving the background on a resized canvas requires unlocking....and of course placing it within a folder requires unlocking -- what the hell is the advantage of it being default locked?? why isn't this optional?
    I can't imagine people working on complex images with multiple folders and forty plus layers in various folders and such -- nevertheless consistently want to leave the background layer just sitting there hanging out in its default locked state. I'm ALWAYS unlocking the damn layer...if only, for the FIFTH TIME, for organizational purposes (to change its layer order and place it within a folder).
    SHESH!
    "Methinks..." Oh please...next time read the question.

  • Not able to create a material document with movement type 103

    I am not able to create a material document with movement type 103,
    The system is populating the value as 101 .
    How do I create a matdoc with movement type 103?

    What is the error you receive? Please specify with message number.
    On MIGO, you need to change the default value mvmt type value to 103 before you enter the PO number to be able to do 103.
    Once this defualt value is set, you can enter the PO and item number in the document number fields and proceed with 103.
    But you cannot change the mvmt type for already entered items from 101-103 or vice versa.
    I think the 101-103 and 103-101 mvmt type conversion message is standard error message

  • How to create a new document with a given theme, instead of choosing it every time.

    Hi,
    for work I only use a custom made keynote theme.
    I've already deleted all the default themes, and the only one that is listed in the app is the one I actually use.
    However every time I create a new document I have to chose its theme (that's normal having plenty of themes, but in my case is just a waste of time).
    I was wondering if there's a way to tell keynote to start a new document with a given theme, in order to avoid to chose it every time.
    Thank you for reading and for the help you will give.
    Giacomo

    Keynote > Preferences > General tab
    select “Use theme,” and then click Choose to select a theme.

  • Error while uploading document with same name in Document library

    Hi,
    Whenever I try to upload document with same name in Document library it throws an error. I know its a default behavior but is there any way so that I can upload documents with same name or can we append some unique id with title of the document?
    Please suggest.
    Thanks

    No, unfortunately this is not possible. SharePoint treats the file name as the primary key identifier for a document so if you try to upload a second document with the same name it will assume this is a new version of the file. If you have versioning enabled
    on the document library, it will add this as a new version. If not, it will overwrite the original file with the new one.
    If you need two documents with the same name, you will have to either place them in different folders within a document library or in different document libraries.

  • Problem in printing pdf document with java code

    Hi All
    I want to print a pdf document with java code i have used PDFRenderer.jar to compile my code.
    Code:
    File f = new File("C:/Documents and Settings/123/Desktop/1241422767.pdf");
    FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream(f);
    FileChannel fc = fis.getChannel();
    ByteBuffer bb = fc.map(FileChannel.MapMode.READ_ONLY, 0, fc.size());
    PDFFile pdfFile = new PDFFile(bb); // Create PDF Print Page
    PDFPrintPage pages = new PDFPrintPage(pdfFile);
    // Create Print Job
    PrinterJob pjob = PrinterJob.getPrinterJob();
    PageFormat pf = PrinterJob.getPrinterJob().defaultPage();
    pjob.setJobName(f.getName());
    Book book = new Book();
    book.append(pages, pf, pdfFile.getNumPages());
    pjob.setPageable(book);
    // System.out.println(pjob.getPrintService());
    // Send print job to default printer
    pjob.print();
    but when i am running my program i am getting error
    Exception in thread "main" java.awt.print.PrinterException: Invalid name of PrintService.
    Please anybody, knows the solution for this error?
    Thanks In Advance
    Indira

    It seems that either there is no default printer setup or you have too many printers or no printer setup at all. Try running the following code. It should print the list of available print services.
    import java.awt.print.*;
    import javax.print.*;
    public class PrintServiceNames{
         public static void main(String args[]) throws Exception {
              PrintService[] printServices = PrinterJob.lookupPrintServices();
              int i;
              for (i = 0; i < printServices.length; i++) {
                   System.out.println("P: " + printServices);
    }From the list pick one of the print service names and set it explicitly like "printerJob.setPrintService(printServices);" and then try running the program.

  • Word 2010 document with images won't print to HPLJ5550 printers

    It prints fine on black and white printers (HP 4250). It's a 25-page document with images on almost every page. The file size in Explorer shows the document is 3.2mb. The printer queue window shows its 2.27mb/415 mb.
    I've tried to figure this out.
    I sent the same document to four different HPLJ5550 printers. All the same problem.
    I sent it to other printer models and it works fine.
    I sent it from different computers. Same results.
    I turned off background printing. I disabled advanced printing. I PDF'd it and it still wouldn't print.
    The issue is that we are moving to Office 2010 in May and I am responsible for training everyone. But, I can't print my training materials on 90% of our printers (HPLJ5550). Gack. What will this be like when we have all our employees trying to print and documents won't print.
    This has happened with other Word 2010 documents too. I thought it may have been the fonts in the styles. So I changed the styles to use Times New Roman and Arial. Didn't help.
    I made new styles, not based on any other style, and used TNR and Arial. Didn't help.
    I save the file back to Word 2003. Didn't help.
    I can, however, print the file fine on the one Dell 5100 color printer we have. But, that's not going to work when we have 700 users trying to print to their HPLJ5550 printers (the company default printer for all our locations).
    I would appreciate any suggestions you have. Right now I have had to go back to using Word 2003 to create the training documents for Word 2010 classes - totally not acceptable.Ugh.
    Thank you!

    I am using BB ZZ10, and my laptop has Kaspersky Anti Virus installed in Windows 7, as mentioned in the forum, i have stopped my AV, and installed the PrintToGo and still it is not working.
    I get a small window asking for my blackberry ID and Password, once i enter it correctly it give a error message, stating that cannot connect to internet or DNS not found when all other browser pages are able to connect.
    if i enter wrong password it shows password wrong and then asks for correct password, only if i give correct password it shows the error message which is a typical Internet explorer error message.

  • Updating a document with category metadata using updateDocument(): error!

    I have studied the sample code and the API docs, and I feel pretty sure I am coding it according to the docs, but I cannot successfully update a document with category metadata. I always get a MetaDataSchemaInvalid exception.
    My process goes like this:
    1. Upload a new file, creating a new document publicobject.
    2. Create a CATEGORY_DEFINITION with all the metadata name/value pairs I wish to write.
    3. Call FileManager.updateDocument() with this CATEGORY_DEFINITION.
    My process differs from the docs in that I am first uploading the document, and then adding the metadata as a second step. I want to get it working this way to make my system more modular. I do not want to make my upload method dependent upon metadata attributes, and vice versa.
    Step 1 is working fine. The document is being uploaded to the right folder. Good to go.
    Step 3 is where I get the error. If the error is my fault, then it must be a result of what I do in step 2. The structure of my CATEGORY_DEFINITION must be messed up.
    Here is my code for creating the CATEGORY_DEFINITION. The Document class is my own entity that encapsulates the binary data for a document, as well as the metadata attributes that are to be assigned to the document once it is uploaded into Content Services. We don't need to worry about where the data comes from. Just assume the raw data is correct.
    public NamedValue[] newCategoryAttributeDefinition(Document document, String categoryDisplayName) throws WebserviceClientException {
    /* Get the category attribute name-value pairs as a 2-D array. */
    Map metadataMap = document.getMetadataParser().getAttributeNameMapping();
    List categoryDefinitionAttributeList = new ArrayList();
    for(Iterator i = metadataMap.entrySet().iterator(); i.hasNext();) {
    Map.Entry entry = (Map.Entry)i.next();
    String name = "CUSTOM_" + (String)entry.getKey();
    Object value = entry.getValue();
    if(value != null) {
    categoryDefinitionAttributeList.add(new Object[] { name, value });
    Object[][] categoryDefinitionAttributeArray = new Object[categoryDefinitionAttributeList.size()][];
    int index = 0;
    for(Iterator i = categoryDefinitionAttributeList.iterator(); i.hasNext();) {
    Object[] value = (Object[])i.next();
    categoryDefinitionAttributeArray[index++] = value;
    /* Create the NamedValue tree that describes this category's attribute values. */
    Long categoryId = new Long(getCategoryClassId(categoryDisplayName));
    NamedValue[] categoryAttributeDefinition = WebserviceUtils.newNamedValueArray(new Object[][] {
    { Options.CATEGORY_ID, categoryId },
    { Options.CATEGORY_DEFINITION_ATTRIBUTES, WebserviceUtils.newNamedValueArray(categoryDefinitionAttributeArray) }
    NamedValue[] categoryDefinition = WebserviceUtils.newNamedValueArray(Options.CATEGORY_DEFINITION, categoryAttributeDefinition);
    return categoryDefinition;
    And below is the resulting CATEGORY_DEFINITION, as seen in a jdb debugger.
    -- The OPT.CATEGORY_ID value is equal to the ID column in ODMV_SCHEMACATEGORY, otherwise known as the category class id.
    -- My OPT.CATEGORY_DEFINITION_ATTRIBUTES tree for this document has the 4 attributes that I want to set. The category has more than these 4 attributes; I am not populating every attribute. None of the attributes are required, and all are editable. I don't need to include every attribute in my CATEGORY_DEFINITION, even if the values are null, do I? Also, all the attribute names start with "CUSTOM_", which I believe is necessary - right?
    -- I am setting only the OPT.CATEGORY_ID and OPT.CATEGORY_DEFINITION_ATTRIBUTES. Am I missing some other required attribute?

    If ALLOW_ALL_CATEGORIES is set to true, any category in the domain can be utilized that is not abstract. To determine these, the domain item has a property CATEGORY_CLASSES that returns all category objects in the domain. It also has a property ROOT_CATEGORY_CLASSES which returns just the top level categories (those that have no custom category superclass). You would create a sub AttributeRequest[] checking for CLASS_ABSTRACT when requesting the appropriate categories attribute from the domain.
    If ALLOW_ALL_CATEGORIES is set to false, the applicable categories objects that can be utilized on items contained in the folder is determined by the items contained in the ALLOWED_CATEGORIES attribute of the category configuration.

  • How to paginate an Indesign document with a PDF File?

    Hi everyone!
    I'm a french student and i have to do a document on the movie IN TIME (2011) by Andrew Niccol, and i wanted to paginate my document in the style of the counter the characters have on their arms (0000.00.0.00.00.00).
    I created it on Photoshop, as a simple Text, and i wanted to know if there was a way to paginate automatically all the document with this file (changing the numbers automatically)? Moreover, it would be perfect if it could be decreasing, like the counter, to have the last paged numbered 0000.00.0.00.00.00.... ?
    If someone has an idea....
    Thank you for helping me!
    I added snapshots to make my question more clear:
    PS: I'm sorry for my poor English...

    This is a job for Data merge, if using the photoshop files, but I'm not seeing anything in the screen shot that looks like it must be done in Photoshop because it is impossible to do in ID, which makes life simpler, so I'd just place a text file for the page numbers.
    Start in Excel and make a one-column table with your numbers in descending order. After you enter the first three, you should be able to get Excel to autofill the rest. Save as a text file.
    In InDesign add a frame to the master page where you want the number to appear, and rotate as desired. Don't forget to thread them together if you put a frame on both pages in the master spread. It looks like this frame is going to need to be on a new layer above other content. Create a paragraph style with the character color and the keep options (start in next frame) to use for the numbers. Also create an object style to add the glow on the text and apply it to your master frames. You can also include the paragraph style in your object style, but you must still select it inthe Paragraph Styles panel before placing the number list or the current default paragraph style will override the object style and things won't work as planned.

  • Default Document Size

    I recently was working on a design for a #10 commercial envelope in InDesign. Ever since then, it seems that #10 envelope has become the default document size that InDesign selects when I create a New File. How can I change the default new document settings?

    Jongware: "You change the default for new documents the same way as just about everything else in InDesign: change it with no documents open. In the case of a default new document size, close all documents, then call up the Document Setup dialog. Set you size and OK the dialog. Done."
    I don't get that behavior. If I call up Document Setup, set the size, and OK the dialog,  then close the document, the new setup is not saved. I think it's better to call up Document Setup, set the size, and then click the Save Preset button; save the Preset as [Default] in the pop-up menu so that it overwrites the previous Default setting.

  • Change Default Document Size Attribute

    I understand that I can make a custom attribute that displays the size in KB, MB, etc -
    But I want to know how to edit the default Document Size attribute - surely that is possible?

    @Steve – you are totally clear what you are doing and what you like to do.
    But I fear an automatic setting that is creating the page size according to an asset's size does not exist right now.
    I can change the size of a new document beforehand, if no document is open and create a new size in the document's properties dialog with the keyboard shortcut alt + cmd + p (in my German InDesign on Mac OSX 10.7.5). But you have to know in advance what size that should be.
    Example: If I chose A3 instead of A4 (my default) when no document is open and double click an asset in a CC Library the asset will be placed in a one page document sized A3.
    1. Changing the size (no document is open) in my German UI of InDesign CC-2014.2:
    2. Double click and the result is according to the settings I made:

  • Can't create a default document in iis for an mvc application

    I know!  This post doesn't belong here, but resetting a password in asp.net or iis.net requires a much more brilliant person than myself.  Long story there, just trust me...
    I'm hoping some kind (and smart) soul will have had experience with this, and will respond despite it being in the wrong forum.
    I have a website written in MVC.  I need to temporarily have a second website hit the same content, but default to a different page. I attempted to override the routing by adding the following to the tag to the RouteConfig file, and also tried the next
    line in the web.config file.  I'm getting a 403 when I hit the website.
    routes.IgnoreRoute("");
    Also added this to web config... and ended up getting a 500 internal server error.
    <add name="StaticFile" path="*" verb="*" type=""  modules="StaticFileModule,DefaultDocumentModule,DirectoryListingModule" scriptProcessor="" resourceType="Either" />
    So the question is, how do I get an MVC web application used default document instead of routing?  Thanks!

    Try the MVC forum on forums.asp.net, that would be the best place to get a good answer.
