Default font for HTML Markup Style

Hi,
We are using SSRS reports and fetching the data from SQL Server. The data is in form of HTML tags and hence we have set the field properties as HTML Markup. Now we need to know is there a way where in we can set the output font irrespective of the font available
in HTML tags pulled from SQL server.

Based on my understanding, you get values that contains HTML tags from database. Then you set HTML Markup Style in Placeholder Properties to render the values as HTML. Now you want to change the font of output values.
In Reporting Service, already defined font properties in HTML can’t be changed in Placeholder Properties. As we tested in our environment, we add in HTML, then set HTML Markup Style in Placeholder Properties to render the values
as HTML. When we preview the report, the color of output value is blue. Then we set with this path: Placeholder Properties->Font->Effects->Underline, the output value shows with underline. However, if we change Font Color to Pink, the color of output
value remains blue. Please refer to screenshots below:
So in your scenario, if you have set font properties in HTML tags, then you can’t change corresponding properties to another values in Placeholder Properties.

As you may remember there used to be a Messages pane to the Preferences where the Font and colour of the Balloons or background and the Font text colour could be changed.
And there was a Format Menu for character, word and Sentence changes in the current IM or iMessage.
Those have gone in Yosemite's version of Messages (Despite it retaining the designation of Messages 8 the same as Mavericks' version).
All that can be done now is set the size of the font and this has been moved to the General Section of the Preferences.
The Yosemite version has also been fixed to using the Balloons style of send and receiving any type of messages as well.
Changing the Font would involved editing the Balloon.transcript file.

Howto set default font for JLabel & JTextField in JClient?

JDev 10.1.2
Can you please tell me how to set the default font for labels & textfields in JClient?
For some reason the proposed font is now "Microsoft sans serif", before it was "Tahoma".
I search the preferences all over and didn't found any clue.
I know you can change the font of the source editor.
I suppose the default font is taken from the OS environment, but where?
I intend to deploy to linux so a Microsoft font doesn't suit me.
I changed the style to bold for some labels and in this case the font parameter is part of the code.
Any help will be appreciated.

The defaults reached thru the Terminal are not storing infos about the font used as default one in a template.
I apologize but when I select all in a Numbers document and save it as a template, it doesn't match your requirements.
Each time I insert a new table it defaults to HelveticaNeue.
This is why I gave the tip which changes the font name in the Index.xml file.

CMDLET commands regarding setting a default font for all users using OWA on an exchange 2010 platform

HI,
We are running Exchange 2010 and are migrating users from 2003 to 2010 with no problems. The client has asked me to set OWA font to LuidaSans which I can do for individuals with no problems. However, when I try and run the following command
Get-Mailbox -Resultsize Unlimited | Set-MailboxMessageConfiguration -LucidaSans but then got a message to state
"property composefontname can't be set on this object becuase it requires the object to have version 0.1 <8.0.535.0> or later. The object's currant version is 0.0 <6.5.6500.0>"
What object is this reffered to? Can anyone help please?

Hi,
To set a default font for all users, you can use this command: -
Get-Mailbox | Set-MailboxMessageConfiguration -DefaultFontName "Trebuchet"
You can use any font style in place of “Trebuchet”.

Every time I create a new title/text slide, i have to change the font to meta book. is there a way to make meta book the font that always comes up(as a default) when i go to create a new title/text

You set up your font in the Title Properties then go the panel (dropdown) menu of the Title Styles and select New Style.

<html:file property="" /> to allow the user to upload file. but i need that a default file should be set so that even if the user donot click browse ie the user wish to upload that default file the default file get uploaded on page submition. I had a Dell 20 inch 2007fp monitor that I had to give up. I purchased an LG 22inch widescreen monitor.
My home page is the Drudge Report and with the new monitor the font is all messed up.

[CS2/CS3 JS] How to set Default Font for multiple documents

Hello,
How do I set the default font for any new text frames I create.
I have several thousand InDesign templates in which the default font is set to a font that is no longer licenced and therefore requires changing.
I already have a script which will open each template and change the first insertion point of any (empty) text frame to a new font but any new text frames created in these templates still want to use the unlicensed font.

Global Default Font for Application

Hi,
I'm using flash builder 4.5 and I would like to set a custom font as the default font for the entire application.
I've tried setting fontFamily="myCustomEmbeddedFont" in the main application with no success.
Is there a spot that I can declare a custom embedded font and then set it to be the global default font for the entire application?

I ended up having to change every slide individually. It was pain having to scroll both font and size to find what I wanted each time. It was a bit easier once I discovered opening the fonts window and leaving it open. Once I picked the font and size I liked, it was listed under the category of "Recently Used." Then all I had to do was click once to change both font and size.

It depends on the template and the part of the text. Just click your mouse on the text and you should see the font name in the format bar at the top.

Is there a code sample i can look at for reference and a standard way of doing this.I've seen examples posted in the forum the use the UIManager.getDefaults() method and then iterate through the defaults looking for all properties that end with ".font" and then replace the font as required.

I upgraded from a previous version of OS X and my mail program uses:

- Message font: Helvetica 12
- Fixed-width font: Menlo Regular 11
