Default Header text comes in PO at the time of creation

Hi Friends,
my problem is that a default Header text must come on the PO based on the user or purchasing group at the time Creation (In Transaction ME21N).
Is there any user exits or badi for it. I have already searched for them but i have not got any thing. Please help me.

yes i know that through copy control we can get default text but it is item level text instead of the header text.and other thing it does not depend on the user or purchasing group. I default header text that is populated imediately when user call ME21N. So is there any BADI or user exit for that.Please reply.

Hi jyoti,
As per my understanding of your requirement, you can try to maintain the default PO Text in the "Vendor Master Record" or in "Contract" if applicable and then you need to do the following customisation to adopt these texts in the Purchase Orders.
IMG -> Material Management -> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Texts for Purchase Orders -> Define Text Types for Header Texts and Define Copying Rules for Header Texts.
In Define Copuying Rules for Header Texts -tab you can maintain that in which Target Header Text, the deault PO text should be adopted and from where i.e. From Vendor Master Record or Contract or RFQ. Check which of this satisfy your requiremnt to the maximum extent.
Please check this and see if your requirement is fulfilled or not.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
* "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

No, sounds like when you dropped it an cracked the screen it may have also damaged the logic board or the repair person damaged a cable.

There are a number of different alerts that can be played on the iPhone. Have you turned the mute switch on? That is located on the side of the phone. When it is in the down/on position (the orange is showing) you should not get any sound alerts. Also, it could be an SMS, a voicemail, an email, a 3rd party alert (if you have particiular apps that provide alerts). You would need to check all of those settings, but with the mute switch on you should not get any sound alerts.

I don't know exactly what the issue is, but I think I do. Are you talking about what happens when you start up your MBP, full brightness, with power cable in - and when you're using battery only, the brightness dims? If so, this is a feature designed to make sure your monitor is bright enough while using batteries - but not so bright as to cause an undue drain on power.
I don't know about a cure to this issue, if indeed this is what you're talking about.

At the time of creation of PO system showing the msg that the account assignment is mandatory for the material ,how to overcome this?

Problem at the time of creation order

Dear Gurus,
facing update termination error at the time of creation/change the sales order..in development system
after some analysis, found one more error due to which above mention error is coming
report run : "RMCSUTIC" : check utility logistic info system
after running this report system giving error message "Unit O2 : No DDIC Information for source field OI0BW_ADQN - OIMSEHI1"
but when but in production server it's working fine without error message
kindly suggest some solution for the same

Issue at the time of creation of transfer order for inbound delivery

Hello,
I am facing one issue at the time of creation of transfer order for inbound delivery.
If I create inbound delivery for purchase order with account assignment as 'M' (Ind. cust. w/o KD-CO), inbound delivery is not updated. Also document flow for inbounde delivery s not updated. I can create N number of transfer orders for on inbound delivery. Need help to resolve issue.

Different batch no in prod order at the time of creation of prod order

Hi, we need different batch numbers in production order at the time of creation of production order. tried in system, i can able to create only one batch no at the time of creation of order. we need different batch no at the time of order creation and same no should be assigned at the time of GR from prod order. pls advise how to map this.

Use the Exit EXIT_SAPLCOBT_001 under enhancement PPCO0001 where-in based on your requirement you can create batch for your order. You can use CALL FUNCTION 'VB_CREATE_BATCH' to create the batches as per your requirement.
Also make sure the automatic batch creation setting in Prodn Scheduling profile has been turned-off so that the batch is created only through the user-exit.

I want to have a default PO header text.I.e whenever I create a PO the header text say "This PO is for XYX" should come as default in Header Text. How this can be achived.Through Config OR using some Function module..

To default the Header Text into the Purchase Order
Step 1 :- Maintain text in Vendor Master
MK02 - Change Vendor
Choose Extras -> Texts - Input the text in Purchasing memo
Step 2 :- Link Text types to Header text in Purchase Order
OMFV - Define rules for copying (adoption of) text
Choose Header Text
Choose Goto -> Linkage: text types -> To vendor
Filled in the field No. (e.g. 01 - Header Text), next tick whether you want the text to be adopted or for displayed only
Choose Update to save

I would like to ask you for help in following case.
I need to set default purchase header text when a new PO is created in me21n.
I found transaction VOTX where can be this done for sales order, but not for PO. Is there anything similar also in MM?
Maybe I could use user exits in MM06E005, but I didn't find the relevant structure which keeps header texts.
Third idea is to add header text fields into personal setting in me21n, where each user can define his own default texts but I have no idea how to do that.
I need to set default texts which are global for all purchase orders, so it has no sense to use Info record in this case.
Has anybody experience with this? I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

you can try to solve it using BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST. The method open is suitable for you problem. Here is a quote from a BADI documentation.
The OPEN method enables you to do the following when opening a new
document:
o Import new data if the document was already posted to the database
o Initialize your own data when creating a new document
You get a reference for object with type IF_PURCHASE_ORDER_MM in this method. This class implements interface IF_LONGTEXTS_MM with methods like IF_LONGTEXTS_MMGET_TEXT and IF_LONGTEXTS_MMSET_TEXT. So you should be able to set long text for your new PO in this method. Check BADI documentation for more info.
