Default Nokia ringtone instead of assigned one

Hi,
I am getting this more and more often. I have a ringtone assignes for alla calls and users. But often it uses the default Nokia ringtone, leaving me confused and not knpwing that it is actually my phone tha is ringing
Any ideas og solutions about this?

Many users have reported having this problem. It's nothing to do with selecting alternative (non Nokia-supplied) tracks or having them stored on mass storage. It happened to me a couple times and I am using one of the Nokia supplied tunes that are stored in the phone memory.

Yeah I had a hard time with ringtones and this phone.
What I did was this:
Every ringtone files I labeled its genre as "ringtone" or something like that. So when I go to change my tones they're easy to find (as a folder). Once you do that it'll be easy to keep up with them from all the other files. I used to just put the ringtones in a folder, but that doesn't help with s60v5 on this N97 anyway I hope that helps ya.

'New' Nokia ringtone

Hi.
Everyone knows the original, default Nokia ringtone. But I've heard quite a few people's phones that seem to have a newer more 'musical' version of the tone, it has a different rhythm and sounds more mp3/polyphonic like.
Does anyone know if this is a Nokia production and if not, where can i download it from? and if it's not downloadable but someone has it, perhaps someone would be willing to text it to me?

How can I set the default in "Write" to display several email address instead of just one?

Like to see more than one person on the Write screen at a time. The default seems to move the first one up.
I would rather like to have at least four be able to be seen without any scrolling of addresses. Am familiar with config editor if necessary.

On my system it was set to the default of 3 address fields. When I went into the config editor and modified the line quoted above to 5 and restarted Thunderbird, the next time I open a Write window I have 5 address fields.
Only after I fill those 5 fields does the first field scroll up and out of view.
Yes you can drag the bottom edge of the subject field down to show more fields but this is not permanent. The next time you open a write window it will show the number of fields set in the config editor.

How do I change my default "SAP Working Directory" to the one I wish ?
At the moment default SAP Working Directory to set to the following directory.
"C:\Documents and Settings\T51273\SapWorkDir"
So, when ever I try to download a Report/Table Contents/Spool Request, SAP prompts me to save in the above SAP Working Directory, which is "C:\Documents and Settings\T51273\SapWorkDir". Ofcourse I can change the folder in the dialogue box, but I don't want to change the folder each and every time I download a report from SAP.
I wish to change my default "SAP Working Directory" to "My Documents" Folder. So that from next time,
if ever I try to download a Report/Table Contents/Spool Request, SAP should prompt "My Documents" Folder. That way I don't have to change the folder at the time of saving.

Or does this affect all users?
I have a problem opening an attachment (Mandates).
SAP wants to save it to C:\Windows\System32\
I see that is stated at SO21.
If I change that to another (accessable) location, does that affect the opening of the attachment?

Assign One Position to More than one Employee Subgroup

Dear Gurus,
Please is it possible to assign one position to more than one employee subgroup?
Secondly, I have a case here where employees in a particular cadre called Junior staff have different leave quota based on no particular criteria. This means that two people can be assigned to one position and have different leave quota based on Union agreement. If I create one employee group for all those positions who fall in this particular cadre, it would be difficult to generate their leave quota since I can only create generation rules by Seniority and age. And if I decide to create all the groups there are by the leave quota each group can get, I am still constrained by having 2people assigned to one position yet entitled to different quota. Please how do I go about this?

as to your second point: a solution for this was delivered as part of the SAP customer connection program,e last year in note 816423
This allows you to manually influence the grouping of the employee to have an additional criterion to determine leave entitlement.
AS to your first point: I can't quite see, what the purpose could be. Sure, you could change time dependencies accordingly, so more than one EE Subgroup assignment could be captured. But the field is setting the default value of the same field in PA, IT0001. If there is more than one value, it cannot be decided, which one is to use. So, in that respect, it doesn't make sense. Then it's easier and better to just leave the field empty in OM and have it filled manually in IT0001.
most comoanies don't used that field in OM anyway.

Changing Workspace Loads Last-Used Sequence Instead of Current One

Since the update to 8.2.0 (65) build, when switching between workspaces, Premiere will load the last-opened sequence used in that workspace instead of the one currently being worked on.
For example: I finish my edit of Sequence A. Taking it from my Custom workspace for editing, to the Audio workspace for audio lock, and finally the Color Correction workspace. Then I'm on to Sequence B. I finish my general edit in my Custom workspace and open the Audio workspace to do sound. But now, instead of opening Sequence B in the Audio workspace, Sequence A shows up (having been the last one worked on in that workspace) and I have to manually hunt down Sequence B to load it up.
Very frustrating. I'll submit a bug report now.
I tried importing this project into a new project, just in case the issue was the way the update was handling projects created before it, but that didn't solve the problem. I'm on a Mac.

hello, the desktop is usually not the right place to store the program files. you might want to uninstall firefox from the windows control panel in order to clean up your desktop & install it again. during the setup it's best to keep the installation directory at the default location (usually c:\program files\mozilla firefox) and only create a shortcut to the program.

We are maitaining Hr master data (infotype 0105 - Communication, subtype 0001 - System User name). We have two person: person A and person B. Person A have communication with system user C. When we communicate person B with same system user C, we gettin error:
"ID/number already used for person A".
The time constraint is set to 3 (Record may include gaps, can exist more than once"
Is it possible to assign one system user more than one person?
This condition is checked by FM CHECK_USRID. We assume, what the result of this checking can be changed from "Error" to "Alert", if we will change one record in table T77S0:
Current value:
GRPID=MAIL
SEMID=SAPSY
GSVAL=0001
Table record after modification:
GRPID=MAIL
SEMID=SAPSY
GSVAL=0002 (or any digital value, which is iffer from "0001"
Should we expect negative consequences of similar modification?

In the Mac Finder, select the icon of any of your photo files and do a Get Info (Command i) on it. Then select the application you want to open your photo files, then Click on Change All.
You'll need to do this once for an icon of each file type, i.e. one on a JPEG file, one on a TIFF, one for PSD, one for raw files, etc.

6500C- Nokia Ringtones and Games deleted upon rese...

I reset all my settings accidently. i realize that all the exsiting Nokia ringtones and games were deleted upon reset. Currently, i only had one ringtones and alert tones available in the phones. Can anybody advice me on how to retrieve the exsiting games and ringtones?

I advise you to send the phone a Nokia Care Centre and ask the techs there to restore the preloaded contents to your phone.

First use JPanel not Panel.

Change the AngledLine class to store two points instead of 3 points (I would rename the class to be StraightLine). The code is much simpler because you just store the starting and ending points and you don't need to calculate the middle point.
